• Javier Veglio (7/5): Una corta visita a la Isla Cozumel - Solo estuvimos un día y no optamos por la opción de desayunar en el hotel. El ambiente es tranquilo, la atención es amable y el hotel tiene una buena ubicación respecto a paseo por la ciudad. Las playas están alejadas de este punto. No es como comentario negativo sino nota de atención con varios puntos de reglamento del hotel.

• Brenda Abigail (8/5): - Todo bien para el chek in y el check out, el internet es maravilloso! Solo que son demasiadas reglas, nada imposible de cumplir.
• DALILA (2/5): Exceso de cargos, restricciones en la propiedad - Las dimensiones del cuarto sumamente incómodo, no existe posibilidad alguna para estacionar el vehículo, sino hasta más de 4 o 5 cuadras de distancia. Es triste el lugar, realmente excede el límite de lo tolerable las restricciones y cobro, por cualquier accidente dentro del lugar. Como si fuese una habitación de lujo.
• ARTURO (4/5): Mala noche!!! - Estuve esperando varios minutos para que me atendieran, no había nadie en recepción, no tenían a la mano la reserva, tuvieron que checar y ver en su libreta de registros, la habitación sucia, con araña en la cama, aire acondicionado no servía.

• Cristi (2/5): Needs maintenance. Great bargain for the money. - Great location but very run down. Our bathroom smelled like methane gas from the sewer. We had to open our front door to vent the room after we opened the bathroom door. Other than that if you are looking for a great bargain in Cozumel this is ok. I felt safe and the people who who were were very sweet and kind. With a little work this could be a great bargain hotel.

• Katharina (7/5): Ok for one night - The room was very basic, but clean. Good water pressure in the shower. The room was a bit stuffy and the door didn‘t close properly even when locked by key. Apart from security issues this also let the mosquitos in the room. For the price there are better options in Cozumel
• Raquel (7/5): Good - The hotel is well positioned very closely with restaurants and the beach. You can easily walk around, it’s safe and they have a code for the door.The staff very friendly. The bed is not so comfy and the sheets were kinda hard.

• Faggiola (7/5): Good place for travelers! - The staff was welcoming and helped us sort out a snorkeling excursion. We managed to rent a scooter and leave out stuff on our day out. Good place to stay for a couple of days. The walls and windows are thin, so it can get noisy (or awkward to hear your neighbor through the bathroom wall).

• John (5/5): Passable - The hotel was locked and no staff was present when we arrived,. Just by chance a fellow at a business nearby knew a fellow who lived there long term. He contacted the guy who let us in, called the management of the hotel, found our key and showed us the room which was lean and prepared with towels , etc. We had an extremely anxious hour or more before we got into the hotel. We had arrived at the hotel almost precisely the time we told them to expect us.

• Leonard (10/5): - Stayed there years ago in the late 90’s when it was $20/night U.S. Now, it’s $47/ CDN. A classic diver hotel. Basic, clean, safe, and simple! Hot water comes and goes.Had a King bed and A/C with fan. No TV. They offer breakfast. A great coffee shop a few doors down toward the ocean, “Sugar Sale”! Housekeeping daily! Great staff! A block and a half from the beach, 50 ft from San Miguel Square! Scooter rental right across the street! “Cozumel Dreaming” sushi restaurant (excellent) a few doors down the other way! Smoking’ deal!
• Kateryna (4/5): Rude worker, outdated bathroom but good location - Location is good. We were welcomed by a very unpleasant young man, felt like he was doing us a favor. I think he didn’t want to work there at all and he just couldn’t hide it. The room and especially the shower need a makeover. It wasn’t very cheap either. If you just need a place to sleep and nothing else, it can be a good option because the location is great. Otherwise you will be disappointed mainly by the only worker we saw there and he couldn’t care less. When we came to check out, the reception was empty and we needed to call and wait until he arrived. He mumbled something about the towels and he insisted we need to bring the towels to the reception, I didn’t understand why and he didn’t really try to explain. Just said these are the rules. He could go by himself and check that we didn’t steal the towels but as I said, he couldn’t care less, he made me go back to the room and bring the towels, while we needed to check out quickly and go to the ferry. Really bad client service.

• Michele (3/5): Poor - Can't say there was anything at all I liked about this hotel other than the convenient location to the town square. The room was very damp..the bed felt damp and my clothes felt damp.I asked for an additional towel which I was refused and on checking out I was asked if I'd left the towel! There was no soundproofing to the rooms and it was extremely noisy not just hotel clients but music blasting out till 3 am every morning. Thank goodness I had only booked 3 nights and that was too many. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I've been traveling Mexico for 3 weeks all budget hotels but all were quite good and some excellent for the money but not this one.

• Anya (10/5): Exceptional - This was a darling little place to stay, in the middle of the city, a short walk away from anything you could want to do. It's beautiful and calm, like a little garden inside, with free filtered water, hot water in the bathroom, and two of the cutest little turtles walking around. Viviana and her staff are sweet, helpful, and friendly. My room was cleaned halfway through my stay and was a nice surprise. For me, it was much more comfortable than a bigger or fancier hotel would be. I would love to come back!! Thank you so much!! I felt safe and comfortable here.

• Morten (8/5): Nice hotel with good location - This is in opinion one of the better hotels/resorts to stay at when visiting Cozumel. It don't have a long beach with sand, but you can enjoy the sun at the beach look out at the ocean, take a swim or snorkel in it. Or you can enjoy the big pool area with entertainment if you don't want to stay at the ocean. It's close to downtown (a 10 min walk) so you can choose to eat at a local cantina or find a fine dinning, and everything between :)

We went to check in, and look around, waited for the managers to stop gossiping for a full twenty min before helping us, we asked to see a room and it was tiny, hot, no fan, no air conditioning, no tv, dirty, bad odor, bugs everywhere inside, filthy bathroom. We have stayed in 19 different places in mexico for the same price or less, and had never seen anything like this disaster. I certainly hope I am not charged for this booking, because it was nothing like advertised. I don't blame the hotel, I blame the hotels.com.
