• Robyn (10/5): Amazing Price, Balcony Views, 5/10 min to tourist/beach - To be in a location with peace, nature and only pay such a small price. 5 minute drive to where all tourists are and beach. Balcony, views and privacy. Lady was lovely and didn’t expect amenities she provided me daily. Yes a lick of paint would be fab and if this gets done I think she should double what she charges. Well maintained grounds and rooms. Refreshing to find somewhere so cheap with so much charm. Rare Find - spent 6 nights Absolutely nothing for the price I paid. Anyone that complains after spending so little is crazy! I fear dogs and there are 3 - barks are very frightening but they are NOT to be scared of. Did not approach me, constantly following owner and they are well looked after by her. Thai dogs just bark.

• Georg (7/5): - Die Lage war gut, nicht weit weg von Restaurants. Zum Strand war es ein bisschen weiter zu fahren, aber das weiß man ja schon bei der Buchung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir mussten für unseren Hund extra bezahlen, sagen wir den halben Mietpreis nochmal. Das ist ok, aber dann erwarte ich das das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wird und auch die Handtücher gewechselt werden. Leider war das nicht der Fall.

• Mike (6/5): Very peaceful but I wouldn't stay again - Nice room loads of potential but needs money spending on it The location is not good. Too far from everything. Even the taxi driver couldn't find it. Outside area needs cleaning and upgrading. Dangerous steep rocky pathway to room
• Shivac (8/5): Blessings in disguise - The location is on the hill surrounded by trees and farm like living. The room i was staying has a huge balcony and was great for hanging out. Very far from the beach and shops. If you have your own transportation, this will be the best place to stay.

• Ján (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was ok, it is little bit far away from the center, but in Hua Hin, everything is far away 😀😀 you need a scooter of course, quiet location, it seems to be seedy, but inside of bungalows is very clean, so much space, woman is very kind.

• Paul (8/5): Great location great view from balcony peaceful lovely manageress who has big hart for dogs - No breakfast, 5 minutes drive on hired scooter to shops and beach, the resort was very quiet and catered for dogs lovely big bungalows we originally booked for 3 days but stayed 7 Not much to say bad rooms a bit dated hence the cheap price but ok for us and Bob the dog I’d be a bit worried leaving the dog in for a couple of hours if the rooms were new

Ideal if you like a peaceful spot to relax. Very good value for the size and views. Room could have been cleaned more often but I think the lady who runs it does her best.

• Anna (10/5): Nice, tranquil location - Away from busy town. Big room with a view I stayed with 4 dogs, charging 150 per dog, per night which almost costed as much as the room. Negotiations led to 150b for medium sized dogs and 100b for small, for cleaning to which we agreed even though one dog and 4 dogs would require cleaning anyway. Had they given us a better price, we would’ve stayed for 2 weeks. The next day when we notified staff we will leave the room so they can clean, they said cleaning was not included. It may have been miscommunication between staff and language barriers.. but eventually the lady staff was lovely enough to freshen up the room. Eventually we stayed at another location right on the beach with no charge for dogs

• Steven (10/5): Perfect for dogs. Warning: extra charges for pets - It was a large room with a nice deck, perfect for us and our two dogs, one miniature pinscher and a big mastiff/pitbull. Extra charges for dogs. I didn't realize this. Booking.com needs to create a space that allows the property to explain if charges apply rather than stating only that it is "Pet Friendly".

• Heinz (4/5): Disappointing - be careful, your travel plans maybe disrupted. a booking confirmation here means nothing. with only 7 rooms they overbook! i had another confirmed booking 5.-8. may and was walked (not accepted). a rude and unfriendly owner gave no apology, no compensation and no assistance at all for an alternative hotel.

• Irene (7/5): Outdated big bungalow with awesome views and quiet neighborhood - Super views and quiet, windy after the morning heat, but it’s very outdated, the bathroom was leaking and smelly. But the views specially at night and the quiet neighborhood are the best. The lady is trying her best. but it’s very outdated, would need fast some painting, the bathroom was leaking and smelly.

We stayed over 7 weeks as and liked our stay there a lot. The lady managing is very nice. Always there if we needed anything.

• Sterrin (7/5): Good - Beautiful quiet place, with amazing views. Rooms can use an update. We stayed in 3 different rooms. In one the bathroom ceiling is coming down, one didn't have a bed lamp and in the other one (room 7) the shower is broken. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly.

• Scott (8/5): Wake up early, the sunrise is worth it. - Very comfortable private bungalows on top of a hill on the outskirts of town with spectacular views of the sunrise. The driveway is very steep but the hotel is well signed and easy to find. About 2 km from the center of town so quiet. Very little English spoken but enough to get checked in. The rooms are large modern and with a delightful open air shower so you can see the stars as you bath. Very comfortable, excellent value, highly recommended.

Have nice resrurant/nice music in front of resort . I sure will stay here every time when I visit Huahin in future. I would recommend for tourists to stay here IN CASE OF you have car.
