- Macario Antonio Ildefonso E (10/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is nice , very clean , big room with very comfortable bed and Toilet, have laundry machines, have many restaurants and cafes near by. Just only it's far from tourist attractions. Around 1 hour to go to middle of Seoul. But easy to take the train or bus. Staffs are nice even they can't speak English much. It's good if you would like to go to Nami Island. And not far from Local Outlet. Just only it's far from middle of Seoul. But it's manageable

- SEUNGJIN (10/5): - 전반적으로 시설이 매우 깨끗하여 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 청결 상태에 흠이 하나도 없었으며, 실내에 공기청정기가 있는 점이 마음에 들었습니다. 욕실 또한 수압이 양호하고 비데가 설치되어 만족하였습니다. 달리 없습니다. 처음에 방에 들어갔을 때 담배 냄새가 살짝 나기는 했지만, 공기청정기가 있어서 문제가 되지는 않았습니다. 호텔의 특성 상 감안하고 넘어갈 수 있는 부분이라 봅니다. 이외에 전혀 문제 없었습니다.

Not particularly a big disappointment but maybe the restaurant it already has in place was open not shut and the hotel had dining facilities would help foreign travellers like ourselves.

- Anne (10/5): - It's a newer hotel and always refreshing to return to a clean room where bedding and towels are replaced daily, supplies ie tissue and shampoo are topped up and also 2 bottles of free water, coffee, and cider is provided daily-that is a lovely bonus. We extended our stay another two weeks because of how lovely it is here. Far from city center-1 hour away but train is two streets away. Plenty of restaurants close by and shopping mall next door. Quiet rooms fast elevators great staff. Just no laundromat (must use the private laundromat 4 blocks away) and no ironing board. No microwave. But for the price we're paying it's fine for us especially since we're here for a month. We love the neighborhood-it's very clean and safe. Just far from city and after midnight if we miss the last train the 707 bus takes us to Galmae Station or taxis to city are around $20.

- Eun (9/5): I loved it, would go back, but will bring my signal detector. LOL - I liked the room, the many restaurants around the area, and the fresh air. The room is plenty for me. And there are two doors that could be locked for a solo traveler to feel secure. Each room has a computer and wifi. The TV remote control is the air condition control, too. Quite advanced in technology. For the staff, you have to be proactive to ask questions. But they do answer your questions when asked. I find it interested that my wifi/electricity detector rings loudly when placed on the bathroom mirror. I am not sure if it is just the wiring or something else. So, I covered the mirror with a towel just in case.
- alvin (10/5): - During our first trip to Korea, our family of three stayed in a room with a queen-size bed and a twin bed. The room had a separate shower and toilet, as well as a bathtub. The hotel staff were available 24 hours and were very helpful, even though they spoke little English. We used a language translator app to communicate with them. For transportation, we mainly used taxis, and there were many amenities near the hotel. We were just seconds away from a 24-hour mart, a mall, and a park. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including Pizza Hut, Paris Baguette, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and various Korean and Italian restaurants.

There's a metro stop right near the hotel, but I opted for a cab to Gangnam (30 min) as it was much too complicated to take the metro. I would stay here again.

Located next to Galmea station (not a metro system, so you do need to check timetable to time yourself at the station) Location next to Galmea station that is not a metro station but Rail Korea which has train stop at 2-3 per hour. Tip is to get off at Sinnae station and change to the metro all the way to downtown. The train may not always end in Cheongnyani station which is frustrating. Trip to downtown Seoul can be anywhere between 20-75 minutes depending on where you go.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Cannot adjust the room temperature - 酒店雖然鄰近地鐵站，但還是離市中心偏遠。坐地鐵轉線也比較複雜。酒店房內有浴缸，可以浸浴。洗手間的燈設立了時限，在洗澡期間突然自動關了燈，被嚇了一跳。最大的問題是房間溫度不能調節，即使我把設定溫度調低，它仍然顯示房間溫度維持在28至29度，所以全晚都睡不好，反覆被熱醒。房間內也沒有提供前臺的電話聯絡方法⋯⋯
