- Sandra Mosqueda (8/5): - I stayed at Don Jacinto for five days (October 6–10) and really enjoyed my time there. The location is one of its biggest highlights — it’s surrounded by great little coffee shops, restaurants, and quiet streets that make it easy to explore Mexico City on foot. It felt very safe, which allowed me to relax and truly enjoy the neighborhood. The design of the property is modern, creative, and welcoming. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and the space had a comfortable, homey feel that made it easy to settle in. A couple of small details could be improved — the hot water tends to run not very hot, and while the bed was quite comfortable, the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors. Overall, though, I had a wonderful experience. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend Don Jacinto to anyone looking for a stylish, safe, and well-located place to stay.

- william (8/5): Charming little hotel in charming part of city - This is not a full-service hotel and does not pretend to be. It is easily and thoughtfully set up for easy snacks and coffee. The hotel staff went out of their way to solicit feedback on how our stay was going. Location next to Chapultepec Park/Castle in Condesa is excellent spot from which to explore the city. We barely scratched the service and will be coming back to CDMX and the Don J.
- Ileana (8/5): Great customer service - The service was amazing, there’s always someone ready to lend you a hand; we had a problem with the hot water but they are prompt to help out. The area is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Very spacious place in an older building but well kept place.

The bathroom lacks privacy, the window that divided from the dinning commons area has an open window so you can hear everything that is going on … :-/ There are no full time staff in situ, and the keyless pad to enter the premise is “capricious.” Very good area, safe, very close tho Chapultepec metro and Park. The TV did not work for us… They change the towels every fifth day… :(

- Maria Luisa (6/5): Just for sleeping is ok - If you like industrial decoration, with a magnificent housekeeping and room service, with a dining room in the same decorative line as the rest that has a small fridge and a microwave where you can bring food, a small room with space for a king size bed and a clothes rack, with no window (only in the bathroom and you can't open it more than a little), this is your hotel.

Check in was so easy. All contact was through whatsapp and they helped me the minute i touched down in MEX. You could not beat the location either. It was a short walk to chapultepec and all the museums in the park. It had so much surrounding it. I loved this place so much. Check out was seamless as well. They even offered to store my luggage if i needed. I would visit again.

- DANIEL (10/5): Great location, cool place. - This place is cool and in a great location. Room is somewhat minimal, industrial chic. But the bed is nice, we enjoyed our outdoor patio, fresh water and housekeeping every day. Plenty of coffee in the morning. Our room was a bit dark, might be tough to work in there. There is also one flight of stairs up to the floor where we were. Though no front desk, “they” were communicative and responsive to any questions that we had.

The room was spotless and the building is super clean. I really love the bed and breakfast style set up. A common area with a fridge and microwave and complimentary tea and coffee. I walked many places and cheap uber otherwise. Also caught the bus one day and the major bus stop is just a five min walk. I highly recommend and I WILL stay here again!

- Juan (10/5): - First and foremost, a huge thank you to the staff of Don Jacinto properties! My family and I had a fantastic stay. I was in commuication with the management (Carmen) the whole time prior to our arrival. We were also able to book a secondary property last minute as we had a fairly large group (7 adults and 1 child). Check in was fast and easy and we were also allowed to check in early. I had communicated our early arrival to management and we were able to come to agreement. Flight arrived at 5am and we checked in at 830am. We rented Tina and Toña. Tina property was perfect for 2 people. My wife and i stayed here. The property is right next to a day bar and comedy club which was very cool, not noisy either. The property has several rooms but while there we did not encounter any other guests. The bed was firm and comfortable, the shower was a nice size. Both my wife and i fit in in comfortably. The property supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was amazing. It wasnt the travel size bottles properties hand out for free either, these were large pump style bottles. If you prefer to purchase your own there is literally a Wal Mart within 10 min walking distance from the property. The Toña property was very large. Gorgeous background view of the city from the living room area. The kithchen had pots, pans, plates, utensil, cups. You can cook full course meals here without a problem if you choose to do so. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable.

There is a really nice view of some high rise buildings that offer a colorful view at night. Lastly the host is very helpful with all questions and responds back quickly to messages sent.

Only downside is that the floor creaked very loudly when walking and a few of the wood boards were broken and dangerous if walking barefoot.

I felt safe, it was super conscientious, the staff was so helpful with anything I ever asked for, there was always plenty of filtered water available, my room bathroom was perfect. The bed was great, I’m so thrilled with everything. They are so thoughtful, you can see it in how they clean. The Cheka room is a little dark, but I didn’t care because the bathroom had a ton of light so I used that area to get ready. The location is literally perfect. Close to everything. Safe, walkable. I’d book again in a heartbeat. Incredibly affordable too. I was a solo traveler and felt great my entire stay. Thank you so much to everyone!!!!! Oh and it’s the best water pressure I think I’ve ever showered in!

A beautiful park is within walking distance and a short inexpensive Uber rides are available to anywhere in the central area of the city! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. - Joshua (6/5): - The hotel is really well located and we loved the neighborhood. The decor is great, but our room, Lupita, was very dark during the night, as there isn't enough lighting, and too bright in the morning, as there were no curtains to block the sunlight. The bed was comfortable and the coffee facilities were good. The staff were friendly, but there is no reception, so it was frustrating to have to message all the time to arrange arrival and e.g. leave luggage. Our terrace area was really dirty, and there was soot all over the chairs. We were sent some useful information, but the brochure sent was half finished, with lots of incorrect information and place holders. I think this place has lots of potential, but we would perhaps not repeat our stay here.

- Mariana (4/5): - The name stay and sip is somewhat misleading. The apartment is very spacious and has comfortable rooms. The location was great and walkable to a lot of sites. However, It was not worth the price of the stay. Even though I was in contact with the owner- I had a wait to be able to get in. There were no clear instructions upon arrival and was bombarded with WhatsApp messages on my first day on door locks, WiFi, not opening windows, and amenities (all that could have been shared before or in a handbook.) there was no hot water on our first night and we had to call the owner in- and made to believe we were lying about not having hot water. It just lacked tact and professionalism even down to the “bottle of wine” to receive us that was a cheap dollar store wine that was not a VIP experience at all. Condesa is an amazing area, but I’ve have much better experiences at other stays.

Even reached out to me first to ensure I know how to get the location and etc. They were very kind to me about checking out late too, just generally helpful. However what I did not enjoy is that I wish I knew ahead of time that there were no windows behind the blinds in the bedroom and that the main hallway would be so loud. The hallway has an echo and the doors and rooms are not sound proofed so every step someone takes in the wood floor, or worse simply closes their door or someone’s dark barks, it would be amplified by the echo and this would wake me up several times a night.

- Marie (8/5): - I will say that the images provided for this property make me consider that they have other properties with the same name and a variant location. The licha room was very much like the description. However, some of the property images made me feel that this location had a larger lobby area, and also somewhat lower level area to roam. This is not the case, and I will warn anyone who has heavy luggage that this property does not have an elevator. Keep this in mind. The property is conveniently located to nice restaurants, the Chapultepec metro station, and it is a safe area to roam. Although the property was clean, and the hospitality did keep in touch through Whatsapp text, the only disappointment I have had is that I had paid for this property ahead of time through Expedia. The lady when I got there took my card and perhaps with a bit of language barrier didn't inform me that she was charging me again for both nights! I believed that she was just putting hold on card, but learned once I got home I got double charged!

- Roanne (10/5): Perfect weekend! - This was an amazing place! Close in proximity to delicious restaurants and bars. The apartment style room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alexa is wonderful at making sure we were taken care of. Will stay here again. The only complaint was the elevator was out of order. And apparently it’s been out of order for a while. We were on the 5th floor and one with challenged movement will have a hard time with the stairs.

- Enrique (4/5): - -No A/C -Lumpy pillows -Rude in-person host, whatsapp.host is courteous -Loud: discussions from neighbor room felt like it was inside mine -Loud: jerry brakes from trucks afar are heard inside the room at night. -when people smoke outside, smoke gets into room and it stinks. -dark bathroom, romantic lighting in wc is not easy to shave with (or apply make-up I would guess) -if you are carrying heavy bags you must climb upstairs, front door opens to stairs.. Visually the room looks nice so vusually it would seem amazing but I had no rest. Sorry just being honest

- Kimberly (10/5): - I had a lovely stay at Don Jacinto. It had a very bed and breakfast feel to it. A lot more warmth and character than a hotel. I am very sensitive to chemicals and did not have any issues with that during my stay. The bed was super comfortable, the room was night and dark, and it was a very quiet neighborhood. They also use double filtered water so I felt very safe to drink the water that was provided with no ill effects. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend!

My room was spacious and very clean, comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The perfect place to recover from a long flight and discover Condesa.

In a fantastic area, vary safe and secure, close to transport, clean, unbelievable beautiful rooms and super comfy bed. Best of all are the staff. I had so much help and assistance prior to my arrival and fantastic assistance when departing. I cant speak highly enough of the people and staff here. Book and enjoy your stay.
- NADYA (10/5): - This was an awesome 3-bedroom/2 bath apartment! Well-decorated, very comfortable beds, beautiful plants and windows, large TVs with Netflix in every room. Very clean, well appointed (filtered water, toiletries, etc). Staff responsive and helpful. Fantastic location with great breakfast, pastries, tacos, restaurants a short walk away. We could have stayed for weeks! Can't say enough good things.
- Maria Elena (10/5): - Very tranquil building, so clean and equipped for any kind of stay (couples or solo travelers). Staff was above and beyond, available for any questions prior, during and after stay. The lighting is dim, air was clean and there is a common lounge for microwaving and eating on a table. I would love to return!
- William (6/5): - Cute place, it's the 2nd time I stayed there. They did get a little weird about towels. They said that I had to use the same towels for 3 days. Day 4 comes along and they still didn't replace the used towels for clean towels.I messaged the staff via WhatsApp, their preferred method of communication, and the person who responded was a little rude. I was also met with some dirty looks from the staff after that particular interaction. I understand they're trying to be environmentally consious, but I think thee are other things they could focus on. When I booked, I didn't realize that they were stingy with the towels and I think it's something that should be mentioned on their listing. What other hotels don't provide clean towels daily?
- Francisco Javier Tapia (10/5): - Great place to stay. Centric to the city, near Metro and Bosque de Chapultepec. Lots of good places to eat around and walkable distance to Angel de la Independencia and Bellas Artes. Shower was a bit tricky to use, but rooms and bathroom are beautiful. There's a fridge on the common room. Staff is great and feels secure. Would definitely stay again.
- Shannen (10/5): - The hotel was very responsive. The area was great. We walked to so many coffee shops and restaurants and if not an easy Uber ride. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was large but firm. Otherwise we had a great experience and would definitely stay again if we return to CDMX!
- Catherine (10/5): great people and location - Alexa, carmen Victor and everybody was absolutely fantastic and responsive. Nice comfortable bed. I missed the sink in the common area? I will definitely highly recommend! I ended up having a little bit of an upset stomach, and they delivered chamomile tea and medicine to my door, without even being asked. Victor was able to direct me how to get to all the museums easily. very very nice people Great location

- Kimberly (8/5): - The Tina apartment is in a nice area of Condesa that is near some good dining options and a short walk to Chapultapec Park, but isn't far from the noisier and more populated area of Condesa. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. All English-language communication is through Whats App and I think any requests would have been answered in a timely manner if we had tried. I wish the apartment had more written instructions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): hidden gem in La Condesa - It was in a good location, affordable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth despite having a flight delay and it was easy to contact staff at any time. The room could have used a little more lighting but otherwise no complaints. I would consider staying here again.
- John (10/5): - The room was outstanding with plenty of space, a very comfortable king sized bed, a well laid out and ample sized bathroom, and a strong and fast wifi connection. We were given a free bottle of wine and two caraffs of free water. The La Condesa neighborhood where this small property is located was fantastic, fun and my wife and I felt very safe. The restaurants that were suggested were excellent. We were allowed to choose an individualized code for the very secure outside door and the door leading to the hallway with our room (Chayo). The staff were very helpful, explained how everything worked and were available by WhatsApp chat as needed. We only stayed for three days but would definitely prefer this location over our our normal choice of a Hyatt or Hilton hotel if and when we return to Mexico City.

She even allowed us to check in at 9AM instead of waiting until 3PM which was a lifesaver due to the slight altitude sickness we experienced upon arrival. The "Tina" apartment was very comfortable, clean and stylish. Highly recommend staying at Don Jacinto and I will definitely stay again when visiting CDMX again in the near future.
