• Claudio (8/5): - Sicuramente la location veramente bella immersa negli ulivi Unica pecca, purtroppo gli impianti idrici, molto complicato fare la doccia o lavarsi in generale l’acqua esce molto piano e non è semplice dosare acqua calda ed acqua fredda, soprattutto nella doccia.

• Dana (10/5): - Das Poggio del Sole ist ein Stück Paradies. Italien pur. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt zwei separate Schlafzimmer. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Das Frühstück ist in einem sehr gemütlichen kleinen Häuschen, wo von den Gastgebern alles liebevoll hergerichtet wird und für jeden etwas dabei ist. Die Gastgeber sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

• Sify (6/5): - La colazione e la bella location tranquilla Purtroppo siamo stati sfortunati (vedendo le altre recensioni), ci siamo lavati con l'acqua calda che andava e veniva. Il proprietario ci ha detto che la caldaia era andata in blocco ed è intervenuto poco dopo, ma senza risolvere totalmente il problema. La struttura é potenzialmente molto bella, ma servono assolutamente delle manutenzioni ai bagni e più pulizia.

Fresh breakfast was made every morning as a large family they set a table up for us every morning. Excellent pool with a shallow area for our toddler. We stayed in the large family apartment upstairs the Views from there are incredible.

Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner varié. Nous recommandons cet établissement et il faut absolument demander conseil à Enrico pour le vin, il a quelques trésors à faire déguster dans sa cave. Bravo, nous garderons un souvenir ému de vous et du séjour que nous avons passé.

Er is een wasmachine voor de gasten beschikbaar evenals een laadpaal voor de elektrische auto. Het ontbijt was top en werd geserveerd door Anna, een ongelofelijk lieve en zorgzame dame. We hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad. Niets! Hooguit dat het wifi signaal verbeterd kan worden.

• Marta_1985 (8/5): Under the Tuscan sun :) - Pros: Idyllic location – The property feels like a scene from Under the Tuscan Sun. It's also perfectly located for exploring both Umbria and Tuscany. Wonderful hosts – Anna was incredibly welcoming and full of helpful tips on what to see in the area, while Enrico baked the most delicious cakes for breakfast! Lovely breakfasts – Fresh bread, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, sweet treats, and those unforgettable cakes… all accompanied by delicious coffee. Well-equipped room – Everything we needed was available, and the option to borrow an iron was a great convenience. Comfortable bed – We had restful nights throughout our stay. Good climate control – Evenings in April were a bit chilly, but the air conditioning kept the room warm and comfortable. Easy parking – The property has its own private parking area, which made everything so much easier. Great for families – There’s a playground with a slide and swings, so little ones have plenty to do. Perfect for summer stays – The large swimming pool looked fantastic – an ideal feature for those visiting during warmer months. Relaxation & barbecue area – There's a dedicated space to unwind or enjoy a barbecue – a great option for evenings outdoors. Cons (very minor): The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, especially for guests needing a reliable connection for work or streaming. A few maintenance details could use attention – like replacing sink seals, checking appliances, and descaling the kettle. Due to the climate, the room would benefit from more frequent ventilation – there was a slight sense of humidity. --- Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay – full of warmth, comfort, and the charm of the Tuscan countryside. We'd be happy to return and highly recommend it to others!

• Anca (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed the fantastic location, ideal for exploring the region, the tranquillity, as well as an excellent breakfast, which the hosts, Enrico and Anna, have offered every day in their breakfast house. On the estate there is also a pool with very good loungers, which we unfortunately could not enjoy because of the weather. You can really switch off here for a few days and recharge your batteries. Tips from the hosts were very welcome and in the right place, especially because we visited this region for the first time. We will return for sure. Although we had no problems, the bathroom might need some modernization.

• Chiara (9/5): A beautiful countryside agriturismo in Umbria - The location is situated on a beautiful hill. In the morning when the sun is shining and you open the window the views are breathtaking. The owners are very friendly and are great hosts. We stayed in the 5 bedrooms apartment and it was great. Clean, comfortable and the big open fire brought us a great family atmosphere. I will go there again :)

• Verified traveler (8/5): Soggiorno tranquillo - Il nostro breve soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La struttura è immersa nella campagna e quindi regna il silenzio e la tranquillità. Il personale è stato disponibilissimo anche a risolvere un piccolo disguido. La stanza era spaziosa e completa di ogni confort. Il grande giardino che circonda la struttura è attrezzato per varie attività da fare all'aria aperta. Esperienza piacevole.
