- Silvie (8/5): Kromě kávy vše v pořádku. - Skvělá lokalita, přímo u moře. Poměrně velký, čistý bazén. Před sezonou naprostý klid. I přes zavřený bar mimo sezonu nám obsluha připravila drinky k bazénu. Káva na snídani nebyla připravována každý den čerstvá. Obsluha loktem vymáčkla zbytek kávy z termosky v 8.05, přičemž snídaně byla od 8.00. Na dotaz, zda je káva včerejší, obsluha suše odpověděla, že ano.

- Janelle (10/5): Vile Dalmacija is a lovely property right by the sea with a gorgeous pool and incredibly comfortable accommodations. 100 - Clean, pristine, comfortable beds with cotton linens. We loved that there was a full kitchen, even with a dishwasher and endless hot water! What a treat to have two bedrooms AND two bathrooms! The 10 minute walk to and from the marina was just perfect.

- Jean Marie (9/5): Très bon emplacement, très bon service, belle plage - Piscine bien chaude, sauf les derniers jours de septembre. Appartement complet, changement des serviettes tous les 2 jours, parking proche et gratuit, plage impeccable, eau transparente. Commerces et restos proches. Et lieu calme, personnel très agréable. Via booking il était noté « possibilité de petit déjeuner », or ce n’était plus le cas pour ces dates. Je dirais il s’agit plutôt d’une erreur de chez Booking. Heureusement, c’était un appartement donc nous avons pu nous préparer nous-mêmes nos petits déjeuners.

- Claudia (10/5): Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, super Lage, tolle Zimmer, schön angelegte Insel, freundliches Persona - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage war einfach ausgezeichnet. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Auch die Ruhe auf der Insel. Im Gegensatz zu Zadar hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dass die ersten Restaurant schon zugemacht haben, aber es war einfach Nebensaison. War also schon okay.

- Delles (10/5): La Villa Dalmacije est parfaite, tout est fait par les hôtes pour que l'on s'y sente bien :) - L'accueil avec le sourire :) Une petite maison hyper propre, bien agencée et équipée : le petit-déjeuner Top !. Une place de parking réservée et facile d'accès. Tout était parfait :) La politique de stationnement le soir dans la ville d'Uljan... piège à touristes ! nous avons eu une amende de 18€ pour défaut de paiement de stationnement, il faisait déjà nuit et nous n'avios pas vu qu'il fallait un ticket.

- debbie (6/5): Great location but lacks friendliness and 4star touches - The property is in a great location, opposite a pebbly beach with plenty of shade. The seabed is sandy and gently sloping with easy access. The apartment was spacious and light-filled with lovely views of the bay and is within a short walk to the main village with a choice of restaurants. Breakfast buffet is good and the man on breakfast duty was the one happy friendly staff member in the place - he was great! The apartment could do with some finishing touches, there are no hooks to hang coats and no shower tray. The cleaners come in every other day and just change the bins and provide clean towels - bedding was not changed in a week! We were charged 40 euros cleaning fee at the end which is not mentioned on booking.com or on arrival, even though we left the place spotless. We disputed this as the cleaning service wasn’t great and they just shrugged. Pool area is nice but we were shocked to have to pay 10 euros a week for one pool towel - most other places we have stayed provide this service for free. Don’t bother with a transfer - it’s a 20 minute easy flat walk or a 5 minute drive which they charge you 20 euros for! The attached restaurant had nobody to make pizza so the menu was unfortunately pretty limited. Staff are unfriendly on reception - they handed us a booklet about the area but it was in German - summed up the lack of interest in guests and no attention to detail.

- Thomas (9/5): Gesamtpaket ist sehr gut. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage mit Liegen am Meer sehr gut - Strand mit Steinen zum Schwimmen und für Kinder der Sandstrand. Es wäre besser ein kleines Bett für Kinder anstatt der ausgezogenen Couch zu verwenden. Wenn die Couch ausgezogen ist, war es praktisch unmöglich die Terrasentür zu öffnen. Das Restaurant war sehr gut, leider ist der Pizzakoch gesundheitlich ausgefallen.
- Catherine (10/5): A calm and lovely stay by the sea - This is a lovely hotel in a gorgeous location. The self-catering apartment was well designed, well equipped, and very comfortable, and the setup is wonderful – there is a pool area with loungers and directly in front of that, a large and beautiful sea-swimming area (with a sandy sea-floor, too!). There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants a short walking distance along the sea. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing summer break.

Our kids enjoyed staying to the pool. The beach bar offers a very good esspreso, a variety of cocktails,, beers and the stuff is very friendly.. The Jaz Beach is right in front of the villa, it is withi sand and green water.

- Birgit (8/5): Schön war es. - Frühstück und Lage des Hauses waren sehr gut, die Ausstattung des Appartements war sehr gut. Terrasse sehr groß und schön. Meer direkt gegenüber. Die Größe des Appartements war sehr knapp bemessen, Durchgang zur Terrasse extrem knapp. Der Pool/Poolbereich ist sehr klein aber schön. Leider störten tobenden Jugendliche, die niemand zur Beachtung der Poolregeln anhielt.

- Wiebe-Neumann (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Strand, die Restaurants, Cafés, Lebensmittel Geschäft war alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Der Sandstrand ist leicht flachabfallend, gut für die Babys, Kinder und für nicht Schwimmer. Die Fähre ist in 20 Gehminuten erreichbar und man ist in 25 min in der Stadt Zadar. Fähre kostet 5€pro Person. Alle 2 Tage wurde geputzt und wenn irgendetwas gefehlt hat, wurde aufgefüllt ( Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, spülmaschine Tabs, Küchen Handtücher) Uns hat der Backofen gefällt, der Kleiderschrank für 3 Personen war zu klein. Ich hätte mir noch zum Frühstück Haferdrink oder Soja gewünscht und es gab nur Filterkaffe. Strand war überfüllt, aber es ist so in der Ferienzeit. Pool ist klein, aber wir haben trotzdem freie Liegen bekommen.

- Mike150958 (10/5): Ein Urlaub der unsere Erwartungen voll entsprochen hat. - Meine Gattin und ich sind mit unserer Tochter und zwei Enkeltöchtern verreist. Wir hatten noch zwei Hunde mit. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr entspannt genossen. Tolles Team vor Ort. Besonders das Restaurantteam ist top, wobei wir generell das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und nett fanden. Der Poolbereich inkl. Toiletten unter dem Poolbereich ist zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr gepflegt gewesen. Das gilt auch für den Strandbereich. Hier sind uns die zahlreichen Mistkübel positiv aufgefallen. Das Meer vor Ort ist optimal. Es gibt einen großen Bereich für Nichtschwimmer, aber auch für Schwimmer. Für Babys gibt es ca. 200 Meter entfernt einen kleinen Sandstrand. Eine Anmerkung zum Thema Hund: Wir hatten zur Sicherheit nachgefragt. Wir konnten mit den Hunden den Strand benutzen, nur ins Wasser durften sie nicht. Für uns kein Problem, da beide das Wasser meiden, wie der Teufel das Weihwasser. Noch eine Anregung zum Thema Hund. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man bevor die nicht stornierbare Reise gebucht wird, die Gebühr für den Hund von € 25,00 pro Tag ersichtlich wäre. Wir hatten 11 Tage gebucht und es wären insgesamt € 550,00 an Kosten angefallen. Uns würde aber gleich bei der Anreise mitgeteilt, dass für beide Hunde die Gebühr € 25,00 pro Tag beträgt. Mit einer Gebühr von € 12,50 pro Tag und Hund konnten wir leben. Zusammenfassend möchten wir feststellen - es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können Vile Dalmacija wirklich nur empfehlen.

- Markéta (8/5): - Apartmány jsou asi dvě minuty od moře. Vše blízko v docházkové vzdálenosti. Snídaně byly moc dobré. V apartmánu vše krásně voňavé a čisté. Paní uklízečky moc milé a usměvavé. Kafe, které se podává ke snídaně bylo jedno z nejhorších, které jsem kdy pila, ale jídlo bylo výborné. Personál v kavárně, která patří k hotelu byl značně nepříjemný. Člověk ani nedořekl objednávku a číšníci hned po prvním slově mizeli pryč a po přinesení objednávky si nás už nikdo nevšímal klidně dvě hodiny.

- Kenneth (10/5): Loved this place - Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday. We would like to come back. Really nice apartments and pool and right next to nice beach, restaurants and shops. 300 m to a Tommy shop with all you need. Small place and small pool which was nice. Therefore no need to place towels at the sunbeds when not present. Could you put up a sign saying that if you are not in or at the pool, please take your towels etc away from the sunbeds. We came several days where they were booked, but with few people present.

- Markus (8/5): Schönes Hotel am Meer - Personal war meist freundlich, Lage am Meer , großzügiger Außenbereich Beim Frühstück war viel los und das Personal war nicht immer freundlich, der Platz dort ist zu eng wenn es voll ist. Bäder sind für den Preis nicht angemessen.

- Klodiana (10/5): This place was a gem, made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Staff waa friendly and helpful. - Perfect for a family beach holiday. This is a separate townhome villa type of accommodation. Clean, quiet with friendly staff. Roomy private terrace was a nice bonus, to enjoy an evening meal or early coffee. No mosquitos on terrace which was nice. Grocery store is a short walk away. Only a few meters away from a great family beach, restaurants. Nice pool. They have reception staff which was helpful and convenient to address any questions. Bar fridge was not very cold and barely kept drinks cold. Would recommend replacing.

- Igor (10/5): Odlično iskustvo koje ćemo ponoviti ! - Mirna obiteljska lokacija, uz sve sadržaje koji su bili nadomak apartmana.. bazen, restoran, beach bar. Doručak izvrstan. Odlična pješćana plaža vrlo blizu.

There was no coffee machine in the room, but the coffee in the bar that was 40 m from the apartment was great.

- Beata (10/5): - Recepcja łatwo widoczna od strony ulicy. Parking zaraz przy ulicy. Każdy taras osłonięty tujami, które zapewniały prywatność. Śniadania smaczne, pożywne w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Obsługa obiektu bardzo uprzejma. Mogłoby być więcej owoców i warzyw na śniadanie. W willach w pierwszym rzędzie od basenu w ciągu dnia dosyć spory hałas z basenu, a wieczorem mocno było słychać muzykę z knajpy (ale tylko do 23 także do przeżycia). Jeżeli ktoś chce słuchać śpiewu świerszczy, to powinien wybrać willę w dalszych rzędach.
