- MaggiJ (10/5): - Beautiful, clean, very spacious apartment with all the facilities you need for your stay, including washing machine and tumble dryer. We stayed in the 2 bed ground floor apartment, plenty space for 3 adults and 1 child. We also reserved a car park space which was just at the rear of the property. Brilliant location, 5 min walk to tram stop at South Pier, just along from the Pleasure Beach as well. There is a Wetherspoons at the end of the road a local convenience shop and a cracking takeaway Romero. Ideal base for exploring Blackpool and beyond and an ideal apartment for families. Very quiet location. Will definitely be returning. Communication with the owners was 1st class as well. (If youre light sensitive like me, then id recommend an eye mask as there are no curtains, just blinds)

- Megija (7/5): Overall it was good stay in Blackpool and apartment was very solid. Would like to return back. - Instructions were very clear. Was easy to find the apartment, key box. Very nicely explained. The facilities were nice, bed, sofa, kitchen. We were missing bed sheets, towels and trash bags, as we were staying at apartment for one week.

- Elaine (9/5): A great stay - Great location near South Pier and Pleasure Beach giving options on the trams into the centre. Near the Velvet Coaster so breakfast and any other meal is an easy walk. There is also a Spar shop round the corner. The apartment was clean and well organised and very comfortable. It was great to be able to come and go as I pleased. There was everything available if you wanted to make a meal and the heating was great as it was really cold when I stayed. Shower was hot and there was sufficient towels. The automatic light in the entry hall switches off really quickly and before you have time to put the code in the door but I just waved my arms about to switch it back on (LOL)

Perfect location for a family. Would definitely recommend and have already booked to come again in the summer. Nothing. Can't fault it.

We did enjoyed alot because the living room has a large window which was important for us to circulates air. also could watching outside from that window. Sonia is a nice person, responded to email promptly. I just see some white hair that attached to my husband clothes and I. Also, the bath water was very coldddddd for December so these were only issues we had. Hope be helpful for others. But I am happy.

Sandra was very kind and helpful to us throughout our stay and always ensured we were comfortable and happy. The Internet wasn't too good after the 1st day so we had to use our own data, but our overall experience was good.

Brilliant location, just a couple minutes walk to south pier and the pleasure beach. The accommodation was brilliant for a family, lots of space. Generally clean and well presented. TV in lounge with WiFi access meant the children could watch Netflix etc. Washer and drier available and easy to use (great of you have children) We will definitely be using the accommodation in the future. There wasn't anything I didn't like. Would suggest perhaps a broom or dustpan and brush so that guests could sweep carpet / kitchen floor this is particularly useful for families with smaller children who can make a little mess at mealtimes.

Was noisy outside late at night and early in the morning as not far from a wetherspoons but not the apartments fault

Great for families. No tea or coffee on arrival. Bathroom was small but manageable. Nails coming loose on carpet trim to bedroom door which can easily be fixed.

Great communication with the host and free parking was a bonus, we also arranged a late check out no problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

- Natalie (4/5): Disappointing - The Apartments are clean. The beds are uncomfortable so we didn't sleep very well. I checked parking before arrival as it stated free parking, I was told that we didn't have any parking as the places had been taken. We were advised to contact the property before we arrived. This wasn't possible as its restricted parking on the road. Once we checked in the guy who lives on site said that there was parking so he wasn't sure why we had been told otherwise. By this point we had paid an additional £40 in the local car park. The property is advertised as having WiFi. This was not the case for us, it wasn't working when we arrived but was told it would be working the next day, again, this didn't happen. Clean property but doesn't offer the services it offers. I did try to contact the owners but was ignored.

- Yeuk (9/5): Overall, fantastic place to stay in blackpool!! Will definitely recommend and would stay again! - Everything we needed was provided. Extremely close to the pleasure beach and free park was the cherry on the icing. The WiFi wasn't not work ( not the host's fault, BT not working) The towels has a slight hint smell of cigarette smoke.

- Duncan (8/5): For our needs, which was somewhere to sleep, as a family but affordable, it ticked the boxes. Warden was very helpful, a - Apartment style-offered value for money as a family travelling Shower curtain and light in shower would be nice!!
- Ciaran (6/5): Pleasant - It’s close to the waterpark and pleasure beach Very cold heating didn’t work very well. Shower didn’t stay hot only one of us could shower. Parking cost us almost £60

- Paulst (9/5): Great apartment - The location was good, very close to pleasure beach but 30mins walk from amusements/Blackpool tower 🗼 The host was very friendly and helpful The car park around the back of the building is CCTV monitored and big enough for two vehicles The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed, we didn't use the kitchen or the living room but everything looked in order The apartment was very cold at night (Feb) even with the radiators being on since we checked in at 3pm

- Naomi (8/5): Better than expected, we would stay again. - The location was fabulous, literally a two minute walk to the south pier. James met us when we arrived and gave us the keys, he shown us around the apartment (which was so much better than we expected), set up our WiFi and shown us where the lock box was to store the key. He answered any questions we had and he helped us with an issue we had connecting the WiFi. It was a very nice apartment, clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again. Thanks! The only small issue we had was that there was no blind/curtain on the bathroom window which did make me a bit uncomfortable in the evening. Even though there is the frosted glass which is great for the day time but not so great at the night. The window isn’t facing a main road but there are other houses/apartment windows over looking. Everything else was great!
