Buona la cucina e il personale gentile e disponibile. Arredamento datato e consumato, Kit S.p.A strappato e vecchio pagato troppo per quello che vale.

- Bronislav kopa (10/5): - Vše bylo super jen kdyby to nebylo přes booking dražší víc jak o 180e + platba za spa dalších 40e při přímé rezervaci na stránkách hotelu v ceně a levněji Při podání reklamace ceny u booking a zaslání všech odkazů a skreens hot a několika urgencích vždy zamítnuto. Názvy pokojů na stránkách booking jsou jiné než na stránkách hotelu a to je pro ně důvod neuznat reklamaci ceny. Booking tímto podvádí zákazníky.

Una cosa piacevolissima è stata l' accoglienza con un bel sorriso di una signora in dolce attesa e di un cucciolone simpaticissimo di Bull Terrier. Staff gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso, dalla signora delle pulizie al personale di sala, praticamente tutti !

- Shuak (1/5): Bad - Balcony was dirty, towels and bedsheets doesn’t smell fresh. Hotel was shown in booking as 4* but really it’s 3* , we discovered it when we arrived. Reception was surprised, idk how much it’s true. The foto absolutely doesn’t coincide to reality and reception guy said : ITS NORMAL THAT FOTO COULD BE DIFFERENT. WHAT DOES OT MEAN ? How people choose the hotel excuse u ? 300 euro for staying in some kinda 2* motel room absolutely insane . Spa we paid extra 40 euro , and in 40 meters square we’re about 12-13 people (including children) , was not possibile event to breath normally. I will never back to this awful place.
- Miha (7/5): Good food & nice staff - The location of the hotel was great. 500m to Moena center and about 3 km to one of the best ski resorts Alpe Lusia. The food was great. Typical italian which means awesome fresh ingredients. The room is quite outdated especially the bathroom. The bed is good and I can say the room was clean. The room was also very small price preformance wise.
- Sightsee58617306112 (10/5): A big compliment - A very nice, clean family run hotel that will give you a nice homely atmosphere. The friendly and professional staff will pamper you. Excellent food and local wine only complement the beautiful atmosphere. The spa is a big plus. Keep calm. I will always be happy to return to Hotel Fanes! Marcel&Monika
- 729larst (6/5): Okey hotell for a stiff prize - I never tried the pool, so I can not tell how much of a spa it really was. But at least the room did not exactly remind me of a suite. Pleasant staff is very positive, but the place is not morethan an okey hotell eventhough the prize is really high compared to just as high quality-hotels nearby.

Czysto, spokojnie, obsługa bez zarzutu.Obiadokolacje b. dobre, urozmaicone.Przystanek ski busa pod hotelem.Blisko centrum. Jedyny niewielki mankament to ogrzewanie - włączało się gdy w pokoju było już dość chłodno. Ogólnie byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

- Pippi_Rome (8/5): Great hotel and spa in a really traditional alpine environment - The hotel is a real must for those who want to experience alpine holidays with great relax. The hotel SPA is really wonderful with some hot pools and sauna in the lovely garden. Hotel rooms are ok, even though our Ladina was slightly small and quite commonly decorated. Food is just great, from the morning breakfast to the complimentary afternoon tea and the luxurious dinner. A lovely bar for relaxed after dinner is also available to hotel guests
- loredana507 (10/5): excellent for relax - I passed one week skiing in Dolomitis on February 2016, and in Fanes Hotel I found very kind and professional staff, wonderful service, good and various food, beautiful views, comfortable spa with a warm small swimming pool .
- junxuj (8/5): Relaxing ski trip - We hoped for good access to ski slopes, spa facilities and a comfortable room for our family ski trip. We found all of this at the Hotel Fanes, together with excellent service. The only drawback (for us) was the that the nightly animation is loud. If you're not participating, you don't want to stay on the ground or first floors. We were surprised the first night, but the staff generously accommodated us in a room one floor up. The hotel's spa facilities are lovely and opened between 3-7. We would have appreciated slightly more expanded hours. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to town. Dinner at the hotel was very good, and we ventured out a few nights to try some of the local restaurants. Thanks to the staff of Hotel Fanes for a relaxing sojourn in a beautiful location.
