- Antoniette (5/5): I was not happy with what I got. - Location, kids enjoyed more because of pool, breakfast. I did not like how it was displayed on website versus in person. I guess they had did some updates but they were horrible & I didn’t enjoy the smell of the room. Bathroom was very small. Covers on bed was very thin. Soon as we got off elevator & saw the outside of some of the rooms & walls. I was very unpleased & uncomfortable

Lined being able to ask the staff questions via the app. They were prompt & friendly in their responses. 5 day stay and housekeeping never came by. We literally had to throw our own trash out to the hallway bins, source bags ourselves and ask for things. Pretty sure the couch was missing covers for the cushions. The orange foam was exposed so we just didn't use the couch. Needed to extend our stay an extra day was quoted nearly DOUBLE the price so we booked elsewhere. We were also informed Hilton was supporting unfriendly enforcement staff so we likely will not be back for that alone
- Dubov-Flinn (4/5): Decent but Dated Hotel - Location was good, next to the retirement home where my aunt and uncle are staying. However, when I arrived and asked about the discount offered to visitors to the facility, I was given some excuse about “contracts not being signed”. This was after I explained that I was there to attend my aunt’s funeral. The desk clerk then awkwardly wished me a good stay. Ouch. The fixtures, carpet and furniture in the hotel desperately need updates. To top it all off, no decaf coffee is offered for breakfast. I mean, c’mon, folks.

Quite a few runners & dog walkers about. It seemed a busy place to stay, but not all at the same time. And the room was very quiet & the bed so comfortable. Not as clean in public areas as I would've liked & don't even get me started on the "breakfast".

No one tells you about it, price is not low so I was expecting a better service

The service was exceptional, I don't remember the name of the person that checked me in but he was very welcoming and helpful. I traveled to Dallas for medical appointments and had to be there early in the AM. I was traveling with my 85 yo-grandma and they were able to accommodate an earlier check in, my grandma was able to rest after the 4 hr. trip from Houston. Also the breakfast they offer is perfect to get your day started. We will be staying here again. Nothing

- Andy (1/5): Not family friendly. - Bad experience with staff waking my family up after hours unnecessarily. Instead of owning the mistake the employee quibbled. Manager blew it off the next day and ignored calls and emails a week later. It took a call to Hilton Customer Care to receive some degree of resolution.

It was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. Also, the only thing my kids like at breakfast was waffles but the dispenser broke so they would let you get waffles. Thankfully the sweet lady saw my frustration and filled cups with batter so we could make some. It’s in a nice area and comfortable.

- Diane (6/5): Incidental disappointment that ruined part of trip - I had a great time but have never been more disappointed in a hotel for the incidental charge. That price is crazy. You took away money I could have spent on my child. It was a trip to celebrate being together before I move. I was in 2 other Hilton hotels on my trip and neither of them charged that ceazy price. Very disappointed in how the staff didn't even care that the price was to much. They asked me if I wanted to cancel reservation. I have decided to not return to your location for that reason and have told family and friends.

Staff is great, rooms are clean and we appreciated the service every other day taking out the trash, clean towels and beds made. Breakfast bar was great since everything in Dallas costs a small fortune. We also were able to wash/dry our clothes while working out. I would stay here again.

- Miodrag (9/5): Weekend in Dallas - Quiet location, room size, tv size and connectivity, stuff, decent breakfast. I always eat oatmeal with yogurt, nuts and baana. Hearing a dogs on the 4th floor. They should stay on the first floor close to the back door. We don't need to share an elevator with animals or hear them barking in the hotel. Fake eggs, bacon and lots of unhealthy carbs for breakfast.

- Yong (10/5): Still a great place to stay - Home 2 Suite is always the first place I look for when I’m traveling with my family. It’s always clean and ample amount of space in the rooms for my family of 6. Breakfast is always good when available. Parking is always great! This particular building showed some age though. The mattress was collapsed in the middle and we would eventually roll into the center by middle of the night. Toilet did not flush very strongly and sometimes had to be flushed twice. We actually lost water completely for a few minutes but it came back with no further interruptions. I understand things happen and it won’t keep me from booking again. I just hope Hilton takes proactive measurements and “freshen” up their business.
- Jada (8/5): Peaceful Couples Staycation - Clean spacious room, didn't have a do not disturb sign, asked twice and never received one. Also the phone in the room didn't work I had to use my mobile phone to call the front desk. The pool was very clean, we just didn't like the breakfast.

- Sherry (8/5): Needs some love - Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Couch in suite looked like a dead muppet and the cushions did not match the rest of the couch. Made room look old. Sheets were thin and would not stay on the bed. We would stay here again just needs some maintenance to be 5 star.

- John (8/5): Brother gathering - Bed was fine, could not find anything worth watching on the TV, shower was fine until we need to check out at 4:00 am and the water was ice cold. Otherwise it was ok
- GENE (4/5): - Almost had to beg to get a room change because of no hot water and no water to flush the toilet We offered to leave on the last night of the reservation but was told no refund. That's when they finally agreed to put us in another room. I will never stay at this establishment again
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was great. I had eye surgery at a near by facility and needed to check in early so that I could follow my surgeons instructions and they were very accommodating. Under my circumstances I felt very comfortable and safe. Thank you for making a difficult time seamless. Nothing, everything was perfect.
- Jacqueline (6/5): Pleasant - The night receptionist. She was super pleasant . The smell in hallways. The fan in bathroom didn't work . Didn't like the big heavy door for bathroom . And I couldn't extend to a late check out without getting charged 50.00 to stay 30 mins extra
