- Mirella (8/5): Airport stay - The location is convenient for the airport. They store your luggage and offer free transportation to the airport every hour from 5am to 11pm. The neighborhood close by is also nice for finding restaurants and cafes. The rooms were clean. Checkout at 12 is a big plus. Not a good ventilation in the room and if you open the fun it makes noise. There was a lot of stress and chaos at breakfast.

The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was an added bonus. The location of the hotel was neither here or there. Too far from the airport and too far from the city. The horrendous traffic in Bogotá made for long journeys to the city and airport. In hindsight, I would have picked a hotel nearer to the city centre.

A szálloda tiszta, a személyzet előzékeny, segítőkész, mindenki mosolygott, ami nagyon pozitív volt számomra, Európában ez sajnos nem jellemző. Nincs ilyen, minden nagyszerű volt. Egy varrókészlet jól jött volna ha van kéznél a szobában, de végül megoldottam enélkül is.

- Pardo (7/5): Short stay in april 2026 - El hotel esta cerca al aeropuerto. La cama es comoda, el wifi es ok, hay plancha y secador de pelo. Hay aire acondicionado. El checkin fue rapido pero solo hay 1 persona en el counter. No hay jabon de manos en el lavamanos, solo hay un cuadrito de jabon para la cara. El desayuno podria ser mas completo con mas productos locales. Para mejorar la estancia y el servicio, podrian agregar en la habitacion slippers y un bathrobe.

- Roberto (8/5): It’s a hotel I would recommend staying at. - The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The service was very good, and its location close to the airport made it especially convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the lobby had all the necessary amenities. The surrounding areas were also clean, and the view was pleasant overall. The Kleenex in the room had a noticeable cigarette smell, which was unpleasant. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it mainly featured local options. I personally prefer a more American-style breakfast, although it did include the basic items you need. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient; however, it is quite far from the city. Due to traffic, the trip can take about an hour by Uber or taxi. This isn’t a fault of the hotel, but it is something to keep in mind when planning your stay.
