- Denis (10/5): retour de vacances - J'ai été très bien accueilli dans l'hôtel. Séjour c'est très bien passé. C'est la deuxième fois que je viens en 6 mois et c'est toujours un grand plaisir d'y séjourner. La chambre était parfaite, le nettoyage se fait tous les jours. Je prenais mon petit déjeuner tous les jours et c'est parfait. Enormément de choix.

- Expedia (10/5): ОЧЕНЬ ДОСТОЙНО! - Отличный вариант размещения в Новороссийске, но бронируйте заранее, т.к. ценообразование динамическое, в сезон просто пиковая стоимость проживания! Но были и негативные моменты, но они связаны исключительно с сотрудниками, которые следили за безопасностью у крытого и открытого бассейнов! Эти ребята будто из деревни, один тыкал, второй выгонял за 20 минут до окончания работы бассейна, а также видом показывали, что клиентов тут не жалуют! Надеюсь, что ситуация уже исправилась, но прошу это проконтролировать!

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Отель новый, чистый. Закрытый бассейн шикарный, на веранде второго этаже открытый бассейн также великолепен, вода чистая в бассейнах. Персонал внимательный, отзывчивый. Полотенца идеально белые и новые, как и постельное белье. Халаты, тапочки есть, полотенца для пляжа можно взять у сотрудников закрытого или открытого бассейна. Все необходимое, вплоть до зубной щетки и пасты есть, пополняется каждый день без напоминания. Чайник в номере, вода в бутылочках, кофе, чай, сахар и сливки в изобилии, также пополняются каждый день.

- Ilya (8/5): Отличный отель с отличным видом - Отель, отличный, все новое, везде чистота и порядок. Быстрое заселение, отличная подземная парковка, правда мест маловато , многие парковались возле отеля, но на места хватило ) Единственное, что расстроило , так это ресторан на террасе возле бассейна, заказ ждала 1,5 часа!! Устрицы принесли не на льду , а в воде со льдом , я так понимаю долго несли) остальное готовили неприлично долго, часть вообще забыли, типа чек на ресторан потерялся )
- Andrey (4/5): Переселение посреди ночи - Заселили в номер на последнем этаже под вентиляционным оборудованием! Невыносимый шум заставил переселиться в другой номер в 01:00 ночи! Персонал прекрасно понимает, что в данном номере невозможно спать, но тем не менее, ставит эксперименты над своими гостями в полупустом отеле!
- IRINA (10/5): Яркие мартовские - Так совпало, что у нашего родственника на кануне 8 марта был юбилей. Он родился в Новороссийске и здесь живут его родители. Мы решили сделать ему подарок и отметить эти праздники в новом отёле, который входит в сеть отелей по всему миру. Мы прекрасно провели время. В вашем городе есть магазины с фанагорийскими винами, как вариант, можно в качестве подарка преподносить гостям бутылочку вина и бокалы, это будет запоминающейся момент. Кусочек торта для юбиляра был маловат, расчитывая что в номере жила пара. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство, надеемся увидится в мае

- Aleksei (10/5): Вернуться в лето в октябре. - Нам есть с чем сравнивать, потому что часто путешествуем и останавливаемся во многих отелях. Данный отель вызвал только позитивные эмоции. Начиная от вежливого персонала и заканчивая всем спектром предоставленных услуг в отеле. Нет ничего, что бы не понравилось или были бы к чему-то вопросы. Все было очень хорошо.

- Hamlet (10/5): - Best hotel in Novorossiysk. New facility with many usefull amenities. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, specifically want to recognize Tatyana at the front desk. Location of the hotel could not be better, right at the water front close to the beach and the city center. Try to get the room with ocean view, because the view of the bay and the port is awesome. Overall service at the hotel could probably qualify for 4.5 stars if the hotel was a 5 star hotel.
