- Mihir (10/5): Great value for money option with excellent service - Great Staff, excellent food. Very attentive people overall. The rooms are good and the property is excellent value for money
- Valentina (9/5): Our Staycation at Sterling Kanha - It was a wonderful and relaxing staycation at Sterling. The staff were extremely courteous and polite, making our experience even more pleasant. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and lunch—truly worth every penny. ☺️
Thank you, Sterling, for making our short trip so memorable. 😇😇 A special appreciation to the restaurant staff, Mr. Yogendra, for his exceptional hospitality and warm behaviour. A sign board of the resort was nowhere on the route ,I suppose like other resorts it should be available on route it becomes easier to locate the spot.

- Rohit (9/5): - The buffet veg food menu was repetitive and the rest was very good. The washroom flush was not working properly.

- kant (9/5): very comfortable stay - Room was big and the food was also good. Staff was very courteous nothing which i could comment. It was a very good stay.
- Nishant (1/5): My stay at this resort was a nightmare. Everything which could go wrong, went wrong. - Food was pretty decent at the restaurant Almost everything was substandard. Firstly, the approach road to the resort was in very bad condition. It was mainly full of potholes and I cannot believe it was due to rains as it recently started raining and road was in pretty bad shape.
I booked their most expensive room which was a suite thinking quality would be better but room was not clean. It had dead bugs on the floor. I immediately noticed that there is a clear gap in the door panel from which bugs can easily enter. Restroom was not very clean either. I still thought it is something I will manage but it turned into a nightmare by evening. I had lots of bugs constantly coming in the room even though door was closed. I had to get rid of them as my kids were getting scared. Once, I came back from dinner, I saw a frog in my room and had to get that removed. I guess it was there from beginning and just hiding below the bed. My hunch is that staff usually cleans the rooms with door open and from might have sneaked in but I never faced such issues in any resort before. My kids were scared and I had to stay besides them entire night.
Even cleanliness overall was a problem. I asked for setting up sofa bed and the bedsheets were stained and quite dirty and I had to ask them to change it but the changed bedsheet too had stains. Eventually had to decide not to use that extra bed and we adjusted on the main bed.
TV and Internet were not working. They just made an excuse that it is due to bad weather but it was not as bad. I guess it was not working as suites were towards the far end of the resort where signals were weak.
Food quality was good but choices in the buffet were very limited.
Overall, had a very bad experience. On my India trip, I have 2 more sterling resorts booked for Nanital and Udaipur but I am seriously contemplating cancelling the reservations and booking elsewhere. I cannot take such chances with the family. They lack basic hygiene and services mindset.
- Ramachandran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saurabh (1/5): Do kot book tents at any cost - I had a frightening experience recently when I received an electric shock in the bathroom of our tent. A technician from your property inspected it, which suggests that this is a known issue. It is evident that the tents are not prepared or maintained to a professional standard. tents are not prepared or maintained to a professional standard.
- Aratrik (10/5): Excellent Stay - Very comfortable tents and prompt service. Food quality was very good. Cab service provided to reach Khatiya gate.
- Sanjeev (5/5): Passable -
- Awchate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chandra (8/5): Very good - ITS A VILLAGE AREA NOT VERY CLOSE JUNGLE TYPE, INSIDE DEVELOPMENT MADE TO LOOK LIKE JUNGLE AND MODERATE RESORT. I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL RESORTS CAN SAY WORTH IT FOR MONEY, BUT shOULD COME IN COLD WEATHER, SUMMER ARE OBVIOUS NOT GOOD CHOICE Still need lill improvement, specially the recreation room was like temporary structure just to fullfill basic amenities required as per the resort business, again the problem of weather and may be lill bit off season types vibes were there
- S_sengupta (9/5): Superb - Property is nice. Hospitality great
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional - Food was excellent and staff Abhishek among others as well

- Ashish (9/5): Superb -
- Rakesh (10/5): Exceptional - Flora-Fauna and keeping up with jungle theme, apart from that Hospitality by Mr. Yogendra Singh is appreciable. Food quality, quantity, and taste are good Nothing, they are providing the best services they can just need to maintain the beautiful property
- Gaur (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic property
- Peter (10/5): A surprise of first class hospitality on a level of 5 star hotels - This was a surprise as the approaching litter of scruffy advertisements for "safari, camping, wild life experiences" was leading us to believe we may have chosen badly but soon we came to a haven where one could rest and enjoy the hospitality promised on the booking.com site.
From arrival to departure we enjoyed first class service, attentive staff, good fresh food and a bungalow nicely laid out with all the amenities expected.
There is only one negative comment we could make and that sadly was outside of Sterlings control: here i speak of the blaring pop music at an early hour shattering the peace and quiet of the jungle, a trend throughout india in the lowest classes who seek the risk of impending deafness at an early age!
Would we return? A certain yes. And would we recommend this resort? Another certain yes. Just the pop music blaring loudly by an adjacent temple or mosque presumably!
- Mohitbirla21 (4/5): Disappointing - The Only likable thing was the Restaurant The food is a little pricy but tasty To be Frank.. I paid nearly 20k for 2 days.. Which included a lot of facilities.. Got a call that the swimming pool was not functioning.. I was okay but when we reached I realised that none of the facilities are usable.. Paying 10k for a room is not worth it as there is nothing else to do other than safari.
The Areas are not cleaned..
a lot of insects around . Lighting is too dim to take any walk once the sun is gone . ..one cannot even walk out of the room.... Sleep with a clean room and a lot of insects inside the room in the morning...
When u go for an early morning Safari.. the only thing they pack for breakfast is 2 pieces of Bread butter and 2 Paratha.. and tea..
One should only book a room and not breakfast included ...
The approach road is also pathetic and it's nearly 3 km of highly bumpy ride.

- Preetish (10/5): Good getaway in the wilderness for a comfortable family stay - Breakfast was awesome swimming pool can be made better, the water remains stagnant and there are ants and flies all over the water
- Dr (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shailendra (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (7/5): great and very convenient - location was very nice, the bed was perfect and the people very friendly. na
- Shourya (9/5): Superb -
- Binit (8/5): not Upto the mark of Sterling property. - architecture maintenance and less staff and variety of food
- Aayush (8/5): Very good -
- Vijay (9/5): Superb -
- Bhavana (9/5): Superb -
- Akshay (9/5): Superb -
- Vishwas (6/5): Overall okay ; could have been better if above stated two points were taken care. - Room comfort, location and overall property. 1. Packed breakfast for Safari
2. Excessive profiteering from Safari gypsy service. Almost 2000/- per safari charged extra on a base rate of 3000/-. Will never avail gypsy service from the resort.
- Manasa (8/5): Quite a comfortable stay with scenic view. Near to Khatia gate. - - Size of the room
- Cleanliness
- Food
- Value for money
- Staff
- 10 mins from Khatia gate so lot of time saved for travelling
- Breakfast - The hotel provided us take away breakfast which was well packed for safari. - The hotel is quite far away from Mukki gate which is the main gate when it comes to Kanha Tiger Reserve. Almost 51 kms i.e. an hour of travel. It gets expensive if you have to take hotel's transport. We had our own vehicle so didnt burgn our pockets much.
- Can improve the dinner buffet.
- Manjima (10/5): A heavenly 5night stay at Sterling Kanha - Property, locations are great. The location lets you enjoy the ambience of jungle from the resort itself.
But the jewel in the crown are it's support staff. Everyone was exceptionally caring. However, I must mention Sudha ji from reception desk, and Vikas Pal n Ankit from the restaurant, who, far exceeded our expectations during each interaction. A heartfelt thanks to all of them. Would highly recommend the resort. Very difficult to say, actually...
- Borja (9/5): very nice stay - very good location close to the park and very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Special mention to the chef. A very pleasant stay very recommended
- Mohinish (10/5): - Pretty good location and very helpful staff
- Anshuman (8/5): A great family room close to nature - - Ghanshyamji’s flawless arrangements of all of our safaris and python park visits
- Courteous employees - Food menu
- Restaurant is dependent on few over working folks. Sterling management should provide couple more staff specifically during rush times
- Amit (7/5): Good - Ambience Bathroom drain choked.. No extra drinking water.
- Rajeev (8/5): Very good -
- Abhijeet (5/5): Passable -
- Perimity (8/5): Very good -
- - (8/5): - It was nice and clean. Did'nt get time to use any amenities.
The resort can update to bigger hot water supply in showets as the gyeser was too small for hot water use in showers.. especially people want a good hot shower after a dusty safari ride in winters
- Harvinder (10/5): - Nice, Clean, Well maintained & Comfortable property. Courteous Staff. Good Food. Overall Good Experience.
