• Toulouse (9/5): - My wife and I are passionate about the environment. Whenever we travel, we try to avoid using plastic knives, forks, and spoons. We were very happy to see that traditional tableware is used at your hotel. And we loved the breakfast (especially the omelettes). The families with the hockey team were a bit loud.

• Bridget (10/5): - Breakfast was good. A little understaffed it seemed as there was a good amount of people at 8:30 am. Had to wait for some food to come out, but they were doing their best. There was a kids hockey tournament in town. I was on the second floor. And there was running on the floor above me and a get together across the hall from me until well after 1am. Very frustrating to not be getting rest. Maybe that should try to be regulated for the guests that aren't there to be disruptive.

• Melissa (9/5): Well worth the money! Clean and comfortable! - The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly! I worked at a hotel for many years and I have never seen such a disgusting Hot Tub in my life. There was so much yellow foam on top I almost didn't get in but I had just danced my butt off in heels and needed the heat. Speaking of Heat it wasn't even that hot 🔥. This is my only complaint.

• Kate (6/5): It was OK, but the fact that I couldn’t sit in a hot tub really sucks cause that’s all I wanted to do - The beds are really comfortable, the rooms were quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I wanted to do was sit in a hot tub, and the hot tub was out of order. I was extremely disappointed by that and had I known that their hot tub wasn’t working. I would’ve booked at a different hotel.

Comfortable bed and ample bathroom space. The microwave was handy. Staff very helpful with lost key card and help connecting to WiFi. No room service. Not very “cosy”. Seems very utilitarian. I know it’s is standard, however dislike getting chard ahead $35 for “incidentals” because I don’t and never do anything during my stay to warrant the charge. They just assume I will. That is wrong. Only change AFTER if this is the case. As a note, hallways are dim and dingy looking.

The breakfast was wonderful, great variety of choices. The food was freshly made and abundant. It was a long walk from our room but well worth it. Nothing I can think of, everything was wonderful.

The suite was nice and when one of the TVs wasn't functioning immediately, someone came to the room and fixed it so that we didn't miss any of the game! The extra kitchen area was nice. I showed up at the hotel and there was no sign of our booking for 5 rooms but was charged on my credit card and app shows that it was good. Super frustrating as I need to get my refund back now somehow.

• Corina (10/5): Overall, I would stay here again because of the staff and the cleanliness. - The property was clean. The beds were super comfortable and the room had plenty of space.. The kitchen was a great addition and the pullout couch came in very handy traveling with three grandchildren. We arrived roughly around midnight and the lady who checked us in was super sweet and offered us a late check out at no extra cost knowing that we were traveling with three young children. It was greatly appreciated! The breakfast attendant went out of her way to make sure that we knew that the coffee had been refilled and she had freshened up some of the other options as well. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and super helpful. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcome. I felt like the price that we paid was pretty expensive for the location and the value.

• Aaron (1/5): Brutal experience trying to sort out our dates, paid for two nights as a result and feel screwed - Place was fine and clean, breakfast was good and it had a functional gym. We made a mistake and booked the wrong dates, we submitted two requests to change the dates with the website, we received a notification after 2 days that the request wasn't responded to so we called escalated support with booking.com who called the Hotel and said we had been rebooked to the next night. We received an email confirmation of this from the website. When we showed up we had no reservation in their system for the night we had been apparently rebooked to (it still had us as the previous night and we were 'no shows' for the reservation which hadn't been moved by the hotel). We needed to pay for a 2nd night in order to just have somewhere to sleep that night. In all this has been a massive hassle and I can't help but feel like the hotel is being purposely evasive whenever we try to talk with management since everyone at the front desk can't do anything and management is apparently in meetings. In all we have invested several hours trying to sort this out and are still out the money for two nights. I'm frustrated 🥴
