The breakfast is always the same flourish styles. Always leans Mexican style breakfast. Which I like but a better variety would be cool. Though they do have many other sides.

GottaGo (5/5): Convient location, but the hotel is in need better maintenance and cleaning. - The location is good. The staff is friendly. The maintenance of the room was not good. The ceiling fan was out of alignment and it made a screeching, grinding noise when turned on. It was so loud and unbearable that we could not use. it. The lights in the bathroom mirror were partially burned out. The parking garage and not been cleaned since last year. There were leaves from last autumn still in the garage and also they were in the hotel hallway that was used to access the parking. In additon, there was alot of dried muddy dirt all over the parking area and it was hard avoid when rolling suitcases along the ground.

Miklaszewicz (6/5): - I like the location and the staff and shower. Every morning I woke with an incredibly dry mouth. Probably because of the heater, only set at 68. Paying for parking every night isn't cool. The end of the structure has the birds poo all over and again pooped on the van. Happens each time. The structure also always smells like Marijuana. Very smelly. The breakfast food is mid and the plates are now paper, which seems weird because its new. Being that I paid 800+ for 4 nights. You would think that they could still use the old plates. I also had a 1230 am walk up by who ever that just banged really loud and must have ran. Needless to say It scared me a bit. And couldn't fall back to sleep for atleast an hr and a half. And have to say i just don't understand the 800 I just dollars. It's not the Ritz. And wasn't a holiday or anything else special going on. When I first started staying there it was roughly $561 and some change. I just don't understand what I am paying for. Yes the people are we incredible nice. I love the front desk people. But its just soooo much. So I will have to look into other hotels for my 4 trips up there a year. I know it won't change anything but its sad. The location is great for what I need on my business trips. But you can get that anywhere there now. Pillows are far to soft and the tops of the fridges are always dusty so I would always clean the rooms, before I left. So the next person didn't have to deal with it. And for the meeting my expectations. Part I would put yes and no.

jalisa_39212 (2/5): If I could give it less than a ONE, I would! - It started as a 5. Tiffany was exceptionally nice! She is by far the best part about this hotel! It went down to a four when the restroom flooded and we had to ask twice to get it cleaned. It went to a 3 when I asked for towels to be left in my room and they weren't. Then I went down stairs to get said towels only for them to not have bath towels. We had to share towels just to take a shower after being at a waterpark all day. I was told a manager would reach out to me the next morning. No one reached out to me. It went to a 2 when I went to breakfast with my granddaughters for there to be young children with no shirts on playing and joking over the food. There should be a forced standard when it comes to food. Everyone should at least have on a shirt and if they don't, they should t be allowed around the food. It went to a one, when on the last night of my six night stay, I got a call about my granddaughters being excited over the fireworks show they could see from our hotel window. Now mind you there have been children ALL over this hotel for the entire time I've been here. They've hit the walls on both sides of my room as well as the ceiling for the entire trip. We've dealt with it because, we have children too. But the minute my grandchildren get happy to see a fireworks show they call my room. No! I wasn't having it! It was the final straw for me. Yes I had a tremendous attitude and was angry as heck when I went down stairs and said don't call my room for anything else. And I meant that. This was my vacation and time with my family. After putting up with all I put up with, it was the final straw! I wasn't taking anything else.
Jenna (10/5): - Great place to stay! Very clean, fair price. Lobby is really nice. Breakfast wasn’t really anything special and I wish it had a hot tub but nothing to hold against this place. We will be staying only here when coming to the Milwaukee are in the future.
K5023GCmarkm (8/5): Solid Hotel in the Milwaukee suburbs - The Hotel was good. Clean room with an adequate breakfast. As a Hilton Diamond member all you get is 2 free waters (this is a Hilton thing not this particular property). Please note they do charge a $10 fee to park which is not competitive with other suburban Milwaukee hotels.
Miklaszewicz (5/5): Pretty disappointed, I left a day early because I just couldn't take it anymore. - The staff is great, minus giving my room away. So I booked my stay a few months in advance, As I normally do. I have stayed here 5 times now. In the beginning everything was great. As the trips went by it started changing. But this time round. As always I reserve a specific room because it's right at the exit. It's because I bring all of my work stuff in with me, so that it's safe. So this time they gave my room to someone else. Know I was towards the pool and the the door there wouldn't open to bring my stuff in. Soooo I had to walk my cart all the way to the back. And then back up the hallway. I had to do this 4 times all together. And of course it was 400 degrees outside, so I was soaked. There must have been a dog or cat in this room, because I could hardly breath. All 3 nights well days too. The last day I was there, the A/C was barely working so the sweating continued. Parkinging is no longer free anymore which obviously stinks($10/night), I was already paying a $1000 for three nights. Which is just astronomical. No where near worth it . Summerfest or not. There was also the dead bird right next to my van when I first went back to it to get my things it with trash, just stayed there the whole stay. As I said this was my 5th stay, and it's ti.e that I find other accommodations.
David (8/5): Very good - Specious room layout, pillow choice Location James into a poorly laid out commercial development. Parking horrific small spots. Terrible bath room lighting the worst
Kaylee (10/5): - The hotel was nice, service was good. However, there was someone else’s food on the inside of our sheets. The staff was apologetic, however it was unsettling.
Verified traveler (10/5): Best option we can find for Wauwatosa! - Hotel was clean, as always. Very nice staff. Breakfast is great. Coffee is great! Walking distance to several great restaurants and shopping. Tried a few other properties in the area over the past 2 years, including rental houses, have determined this is the most consistently great spot. Will not be looking for options for future visits.

Katrina (10/5): Great hotel -- cleanliness, service and location! - This hotel was perfect for our stay. We were in town for our daughters softball tournament and the location was perfect. The gal at the front desk was fantastic and very welcoming. The free breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There are food options right next door and shopping as well. The area was safe. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Cathy R (10/5): Great place. - All employees were very pleasant and kind. Room was great. Beds were very comfortable. Garbage disposal was not working, but was repaired within 10 minutes of notification. Tried a few other places during earlier visits. This will be our place for all future visits to Tosa.
