Waren öfters schon bei euch & waren davor das jedes Mal begeistert. Leider diesmal nicht. Ggf. Kann man es auf die Renovierung schieben.. schade.
- Leon (3/5): Leider ein Reinfall! - Der Wellnessbereich - wenn er dann mal nicht komplett überfüllt war, sodass man wieder gehen musste! Zuerst Zimmer bekommen mit defekter Heizung (bei -5 Grad Außentemperatur). Dann sollte sich darum gekümmert werden; um 23:00 Uhr musste man dann doch in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen und bekam noch nichtmal Hilfe angeboten! Dies zerstörte der ersten Abend des Urlaubs komplett.
- AbhijeetT74 (2/5): Felt cheated at Roomers - I stayed at Roomers Munich in Feb. I was aware at the time of making reservation that the hotel is undergoing renovation. I have stayed in dozens of hotels which are undergoing renovation, with minimal to slight inconvenience to guests. But at Roomers Munich, the situation was different. The hotel is in a mess. And that they still sell rooms during this renovation at Eur 230/night is not just irresponsible, but also immoral. It just shows the greed of the management, with 0 care for guests comfort. Even after the hotel is renovated, I will never stay in Roomers again, as to my mind, a greedy & irresponsible management is just so not cool.

Und der Wellnessbereich im Keller ist umwerfend Rustikaler Stil und moderne Technik können durchaus harmonieren... aber wenn die Technik unbequem zu erreichen ist und dann noch unzureichend funktioniert, macht es keinen Spaß

- Veronika (4/5): Ich war bereits häufig im Roomers, aber eine solche negative Erfahrung habe ich dort noch nie gemacht. - Die Lage und das Design. Die Jungs vom Parkservice sind super nett. Wir haben einen sehr wertvollen Gegenstand im Zimmer auf dem Nachttisch neben dem Bett vergessen. Eine Stunde nach dem Check-out sind wir zurückgekehrt – doch die Sachen waren bereits nicht mehr auffindbar. Statt einer Entschuldigung reagierte das Personal genervt, als wir darum baten, nachsehen zu dürfen und die Reinigungskraft zu kontaktieren. Zudem wurde zunächst sogar im falschen Zimmer gesucht. Ein einziges Chaos. Auch der Poolbereich ließ zu wünschen übrig: Die Pool-Bar hatte nur sporadisch geöffnet, und der zuständige Mitarbeiter war häufig nicht auffindbar. Außerdem war ein Gitter direkt am Pool lose – eine eindeutige Verletzungsgefahr. Die Stelle wurde weder repariert noch gekennzeichnet.
- Charlotte (9/5): Great location to many option for food and transportation - Friendliness of front desk staff. Room was ready when we arrived from an overnight flight from USA. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options, which was greatly appreciated. I also liked the availability of candy at front desk when I needed a little something. Lighting in room not sufficient to apply make-up. Need additional signage to direct guests to room. We walked by it the first time, but had no other problems. When renovating room 316 ( room we had) may I suggest making the space holding TV and mini bar closer to back wall to give room more space. Please move room safe from bottom spot in closet as it is hard to check that I retrieved my valuables without kneeling on floor.

- André (6/5): Nach der Renovierung ist es hoffentlich wieder besser - Gute Lage zur Wiesn. Tolle Bar, gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel wird aktuell renoviert, was dringendst nötig ist. Leider war das bei der Buchung nicht bekannt, dann, trotz Einschränkung den vollen Preis zu nehmen ist fragwürdig. Unsere Badewanne hatte einen Riss, der Abfluss stank. Zum Glück gab es noch eine Dusche. Zimmerwechsel war leider nicht möglich.

- Nina (1/5): - Die Lage am 10 min entfernt zum Hauptbahnhof ist komfortabel. Das Personal war mürrisch. Das Zimmer lieblos, ungepflegt, verwahrlost. weder Tisch noch Stuhl noch Ablageflächen waren vorhanden. Von einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwarte ich noch dazu einen ganz anderen Service.

- Jan (5/5): Besser nicht - hat eher Motel One Niveau - Personal war freundlich. Rate der ersten Nacht wurde aufgrund diverser Mängel um 50% reduziert. Zimmer zur Straße viel zu laut. Nach Wechsel dauerte es ewig, bis das Gepäck gebracht wurde. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ließ sich in der ersten Nacht nicht regeln und es war viel zu kalt (wurde dann behoben). Keine Wattepads im Zimmer (dafür aber immerhin Kondome ;-)). Griff von der Duschtür viel direkt beim Öffnen ab…

Wir waren etwas später (gegen 19 Uhr) dort, und es war kein Personal mehr anwesend. Überall lagen benutzte Handtücher herum, und allgemein war es sehr unordentlich und schmutzig. - Peter (4/5): Prinzipiell nettes Hotel mir (sehr) viel Luft nach oben... - Es gab ungefragt ein Upgrade, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war modern und komfortabel, die Lage für meinen Aufenthalt nahezu ideal. Bei Bedarf ist die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr perfekt und auch mit dem Auto ist das Hotel gut erreichbar. Entgegen der Ankündigung auf der Website war nicht nur die Bar geschlossen, sondern auch das Gym. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich mir schon einiges an unnützem Handgepäck sparen können. Das Zimmer war sehr laut: Der Kühlschrank brummt, die Klimaanlage gehört nicht zu den leisesten und an der Schallschutzverglasung hat man wohl gespart. Hinzukommt, dass beim Öffnen oder Schliessen einer Tür im Flur auch meine Zimmertür jedes Mal laut im Rahmen geschlagen hat. So waren die Nächte durchaus unruhig. Über die Qualität des Spas kann man streiten, aber man sollte hier definitiv nichts grossartiges erwarten. Es fängt an mit dem Flur zum Spa, wo ich erstmal dachte ich sei aus Versehen in einem der Wirtschaftstrakte des Hotels gelandet. Anschliessend empfangen einen eine lieblose Bar und Körbe voller benutzter Handtücher. Der sogenannte Infinity-Pool ist einfach ein kleines Schwimmbecken mit flachem Rand und die (finnische) Sauna ist rech klein ausgelegt. Da suggeriert die geschickt fotografierte Website mit blumigen Beschreibungen deutlich mehr. Beim Checkout wurde ich gefragt, ob ich zufrieden war, was ich leider verneinen musste. Da der Spa Geschmacksacke ist, habe ich nur die Probleme wegen des Lärms und der nicht-kommunizierten Schliessung des Fitness-Bereichs angebracht. Die Antwort: "Das tut mir leid, dennoch ein schönes Wochenende." Vielleicht gehöre ich nicht zur Zielgruppe des Hotels, auch wenn ich recht viel unterwegs bin. So oder so war dies wohl eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen der letzten Jahre und das erste Mal das ich eine Rezension hierüber schreibe.

Frühstück von 42,- p.P, und Garage von 35,- EUR pro Nacht VIEL zu teuer

- Franziska (8/5): Tolles Hotel kleine Unstimmigkeiten - Die Betten sind sehr bequem der Roomservice war sehr praktisch. Gute Zimmeraufteilung, frische Luft durch die kleinen Terrasse. Als wir ankamen kam nur brühend heißes Wasser aus der Dusche was Fragen aufwirft wie das Reinigungspersonal überhaupt die Dusche putzen konnte. Als das behoben war ging der Hahn extrem schwer, musste noch jemand kommen. Leider gibt es auch sehr wenig Stauraum. Das Lichtsystem könnte einfacher sein.
