Mogłam przedłużyć pobyt tylko dzieki temu ze, mimo pełnego obłożenia, Panu z recepcji chciało sie trochę pozonglowac zakwaterowaniami, abym mogła zostać dłużej w tym samym pokoju. Bardzo to doceniam. • Sara (7/5): Vista bellissima - La posizione del residence permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti di macchina molte spiagge, supermercati e ristoranti e il residence stesso ha un bar ristorante al suo interno. In 5 minuti di macchina si arriva a San Nicolò e Ricadi, mentre in 10 minuti si è a Tropea. L'appartamento è spazioso e il nostro aveva una vista spettacolare, abbiamo potuto vedere lo Stroboli ad ogni tramonto. Note negative: l'appartamento non è provvisto di saponi, detersivi, scottex, canovacci... Abbastanza spazioso ma fermo agli anni 80 come arredamenti. Inoltre per chi ha il cane, è ben accetto ma consiglio di chiedere bene i prezzi prima.

• Sebastiano (10/5): Settimana di relax - Peter, con la sua gentile calma, ci ha dato sempre assistenza sin dal primo momento per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. L’ appartamento, al piano superiore vicino la piscina é stato perfetto per una settimana di relax, é stato trovato molto pulito con tutto il necessario per cucinare (bicchieri, piatti, posate, pentole, moka, mestoli, scolapasta, etc). Nel bagno c’è presente il phono e lo specchio a led ottimo per il trucco. Piccola terrazza con stendino, tavolo e sedie comodo per degustare i propri pasti all’aperto , per leggere un libro o per stare insieme ad altri ospiti conosciuti in loco. Due camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una con due lettini, con armadi e scrivanie per appoggiare le nostre valigie e borsoni. La struttura ha anche il bar, ristorante e pizzeria gestita sempre da loro (a conduzione familiare) aperti tutto il giorno. Il pane servito ai tavoli é fatto dal proprietario ogni mattina con il forno a legna. La piscina ha tre zone: una con idromassaggio, una parte bassissima per i più piccoli ed una per tutti. Lettini ed ombrelloni sempre disponibili. . Acqua limpida e pulita. A 150m si trova un supermercato fornito di tutto. A 900m c’è la stazione ferroviaria e con 1,40€ a persona si può andare a Tropea (stazione a 450m dal centro storico). A 200m dalla struttura, subito dopo il market, c’è un Infopoint per escursioni alle isole Eolie e per il trenino per Tropea (10,00€ a persone con partenza ore 21:00 e ritorno alle 24:00 da Tropea). Chiamando Robibike, sempre in zona, si ha la possibilità di noleggiare MTB ed E-bike con un’ assistenza eccezionale. Consegna gratuita. Un caro saluto a tutta la famiglia proprietaria, a Peter e suo fratello Michael, ai suoi genitori ed alla signora Francesca tutto fare sempre allegra, sorridente e professionale. Peter é il punto di riferimento per ogni esigenza. Nell’ appartamento sempre ben climatizzato, per conoscenza, c’è un solo climatizzatore posizionato nella cucina/ camera da letto con i due lettini: l’ aria per arrivare nella camera da letto matrimoniale deve avere la porta della stanza aperta; inoltre, avendo una cagnolina piccola maltesina abbiamo dovuto fare i turni per stare a casa con lei in quanto in piscina non sono ammessi (come é giusto che sia) ma questo non c’entra con la struttura.

• Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this place. The family who own it are just lovely. Our luggage was delayed, so they kindly leant us some poole towells. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a balcony with a sea view. We loved sitting out there watching the sunset. There is a well equipped kitchen with a hob and a big fridge freezer. There is plenty of wardrobe space, and there was always plenty of hot water. The poole is beautifully, and was never busy, getting a sun bed was never a problem, they even had some spare ones, but I never saw anyone needing to use them. It was so great having a restaurant on site, we had many, very delicious lunch time pizzas. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times too, and it was really nice. The place is very central for visiting Tropea, Pizzo, Scilla and many other areas. There is a large onside carpark too. It is a 1km walk or drive to the beautiful local beach. There is a small supermarket just a 5 minute walk away for any essentials. There are alot of other nice restaurants, all in walking distance too . I think the poole should be a no smoking area.

• Laurent (7/5): Could be a lot better if the management was not so cheap. - Wonderful view from the terrace, nice outside space (garden and pool) No oven, no keetle, no trash can, not even a drop of soap to wash the dishes or some salt, sugar..nothing in that tiny kitchenette. The washing machine for 12 apartments was not free of charge, a system with coins has been installed 3 days after we arrived ! The second room has no window ! Thank god no one had to use this room made for 2 people.
• Doriano (7/5): Good - The swimming pool was incredible and we throughly enjoyed our time in it. Was fairly quiet during our stay and often had the pool to ourselves. Basic items were not included such as dishwashing liquid, a sponge or a tea towel. There was also no rubbish bin.
