Definitely not suitable for someone from the UK. Mouldy toilet roll holder. The bedsheets were dirty, lots of stains and even rice on the bed. No room service after 12am so was stuck with what I had. Tried to call from after 7:30am for service or operator no answer or no dial tone on the phone. Extremely noisy corridor from 7am, people chatting and shouting no consideration for residents in the occupied rooms. Received message from booking.com that I did a no show when I checked in during check-in time and paid with my card. Thank god I have me receipt on me to prove.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and very tasty, my son didn't want to join us for breakfast and stayed in his room, they didnt just take food from the breakfast buffet, they made him a fresh breakfast and had it sent to the room. It was very clean and cool with the AC. All in all it was a great stay. Only thing was it would have been great if there was some hand wash in the bath room but wasn't too much of a big deal, they did have fresh soaps.
