• Graues Woelfle (9/5): - Sehr komfortables Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad. Ruhige Lage in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Sehr leckeres Essen im Pup und reichhaltiges Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr nett!

Views over to the Black Idle and within walking distance of the shops. It is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful moray firth coast and Inverness. Everything was fine for our stay.

Les serviettes dans la chambre n’étaient pas propres, nos tasses à thé non plus et le sol non plus. Nous avons également retrouvé beaucoup de poussière dans nos bols pour le petit déjeuner.

• Fiona (8/5): Great Wee Spot - Super comfy bed, excellent location for both town/beach/parkrun/sauna. Staff are reallh friendly, great drinks selection including Alcohol Free. Food portions at dinner were huge. Room was very cold, even with the heating on, food (albeit big portions) wasn''t the best quality - overcooked chicken strips, overcooked pasta, greasy onion rings etc. Would prefer smaller plates done better. Bed wheeled itself away from the wall several times so I lost my pillow down the back, haha. Take earplugs as it's noisy when live music is on (expected since it's a pub).

• Dan (7/5): - Great location: We were in Nairn to do the Parkrun. The Havelock was a few minutes walk from the start point down by the beach. It was a 5 minute walk into the town centre. The beds were comfy. The heating wasn't on in the room when we arrived. It took ages to warm up. Brrrr

Staff very friendly and allowed us to check in late. Can not fault the staff!! Was not impressed with the room. Dirty towels and no hot water on two occasions. The bed I slept on was on wheels and would move away from the head board over night and the bedding would be falling off the mattress!! Also my friend’s room smelt funny.

• Lydia (8/5): Very pleasant, and with a few minor improvements to the room, it would be even better. - The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. The bar had local beers. It's a lovely old building in an excellent location. Although the bar was busy, we did not hear any noise from the bar in our room. The room, although all facilities were provided and it was very clean, was a little dated and 'tired'. The decor was a bit drab - just a refresh and a wardrobe with doors would help and maybe some more attractive pictures of the beautiful Nairn countryside and beach on the walls. The guest information book could be a little more attractive and comprehensive. It was a double room but there was only one comfortable chair.

Great location as Nairn is such a lovely place. Unfortunately breakfast doesn't start until 08:00hrs and I had to leave prior. They do a grab and go but I didn't realise I had to let them know before the kitchen closed the night prior.

Le pub / restaurant est très bien et le personnel à l'écoute. Des travaux d'agrandissement ont été réalisés cette année. J'y retournerai. Je regrette que le porridge ne soit plus proposé au petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propose beaucoup de choix mais le porridge me manque !

• Stuart (10/5): One night in the Havelock - This is a great hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and spacious for a single room. The shops are just a five minute walk away and there’s a golf course not far away also. I didn’t eat in the restaurant so I can’t comment on the food but I will definitely be staying here again.
• Chris (7/5): Decent stay. - Convenient for the town. Food was ok. Room wasn't cleaned after the first night, it was fine as I could use the 2nd coffee cup. Prefer a separate shower. Mattress sinks on one side. Key was sometimes awkward. Dining room was way too bright, like a staff canteen rather than a restaurant.

No hot water (electric shower was good) but stone cold from the taps on Saturday evening for having a wash!! Laminate flooring in a bedroom in the north of Scotland 🤷‍♀️ feels a bit cold! Especially in the winter I would imagine! Cheap and uncomfortable bed!
• Kirsten (7/5): - Wir sind auf einer Rundreise und haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der Lage gewählt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Was uns aber am meisten überrascht hat, war das hervorragende Essen im Lokal des Hotels. Es wurde köstlich angerichtet und war ein Genuss. Auch das Frühstück war sehr köstlich. Dem Zimmer fehlt es an jedem Komfort. Das Bett war hart, natürlich empfindet es jeder unterschiedlich, es gab keine Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad, alles wirkte sehr abgewohnt, der Spiegel im Bad ist verblichen und fast blind, die Ablage rostet und das Fenster ist auch stark angegriffen durch die Feuchtigkeit. So ein Kontrast zur Küche des Hotels, sehr schade.
