• 李佳訓 (10/5): 大里村莊大約散步15分鐘就可走完, 僅有兩間餐飲服務, 最近的便利超商要騎機車10分鐘到大溪漁港才有。民宿的廚房有微波爐與電磁爐可自備食材炊煮。民宿對面的大里火車站旁有足夠腹地停車。 - 從公用區到客房, 都乾淨怡人。晚上在公用客廳區閱讀民宿提供的雜誌或小說, 很愜意。如果計畫要探索草嶺古道與桃源谷步道, 這間民宿會是絕佳的過夜住宿休憩點。

• Tassi02 (10/5): Einfach perfekt - Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch englisch sprachen. Alles super gepflegt und sauber. Die Fahrräder konnten wir unterstellen. Wir durften schon eine Stunde vor dem eigentlichen checkin in unser Zimmer. Wir bekamen ein gratis Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer.

Cooking was possible in the kitchen/common area downstairs. I was able to store my bicycle safely indoors. No curtains on the top bunk bed.

• Wei-chun (7/5): Great for a short stay to visit the sea - Simple, clean, nice location. Not much nearby in the evening

Luckily on that Saturday night they have friends come round and invited us for dinner...Great chance to speak to some Taiwanese and learn their culture... Really clean, comfortable place. Seaview (female dormitory room)! Not many shops nearby, but just one night is fine.

• Teo (6/5): Pleasant - The Person at the reception war extremely friendly and helpful. The room was big enough. There was no hot water in the bath. We had to leave so we didn't manage to solve the problem with the hotel.
• Luka (9/5): Recharging - The room is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and the facilities (bathroom & kitchen) are well equipped. Because the window has a view of the east coast you get to wake up with the sunrise :) Sky is a great host, thank you for the hospitality! It was no problem for me because I came specifically to this hostel for the hikes but there’s not many restaurants and no supermarkets in this village. The train station is across the road though, so you can still easily access some more shops if needed.

• Wen-li (9/5): Would love to return again! - Great location. If you stay in dorm rooms and you can see sunrise without going out. The owner is friendly and introduces the attraction you can go! And perfect for people who don’t want to get bothered too much by the tourists. (Just a friendly reminder) the curtain only covers half of the bed, but I promise the bed is super comfortable and cozy! :)

• Geeske (10/5): Great place! - Clean, comfortable, great host. The manager is really nice and he knows a lot about the area. The hotel is nicely located right next to the train station so you can go wherever you want within minutes, but you're not right in the middle of the noise and people. Besides all, there's good coffee in the kitchen! And a place to wash and dry your clothes 😁 I stayed for nearly a week, repaxed for the first time in a while :)

• Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, blankets warm even in the winter, directly across from the train station. Good place if you want to try the seaside village experience. as another reviewer mentioned, the partial curtain on the bunk bed somehow feels less private than if there were none at all (maybe the intent is to block only the light by one's head in the morning). But, not a big deal.

• Samuel (8/5): A gem in the middle of nowhere - It was a great hostel but why would anyone go to Dali? There isn’t anything thing there. Not even a 7-11 which is saying something in Taiwan. It was quite nice and just next to the station though. I was the only person staying there because no one would go to that town.

• Ying (10/5): heart-warming stay at Dali - It’s well maintained and very clean! It’s directly opposite the train station, which is very convenient. The hosts are very warm and friendly too, shared local specialties and guided me on hiking the CaoLing trail. Had an enjoyable stay here. Nothing, it was perfect.
