Many massage places nearby and shops/resturants within a few minutes walk. Host was very accommodating and they also offer a laundry service which is convenient. No complaints from my stay!

Beds were comfortable, ac was also good. They also have a kitchen inside if needed. Balcony as well. Worthy for the price for sure Tv is quite old, needs changing because you cannot connect it to your phone.

Rooms were huge, location was 6-7 minutes from beach and 2-3 minutes to a 7-11 and food options, 10-15 minutes from bangla.Very great central location. Staff/owner was ver nice and welcoming. Internet was strong for the most part (few cut outs). The property also has some kittens and cats that will sometimes come in and hang out which was a + for me. Don’t expect any “amenities like a pool or something like that, but for the price this is super high value

It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Bangkok as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses.
