- Joerg Alexander (4/5): - Strand und Anlage im Pinienwald ein Traum. Aber Service und vor allem das Essen ein Alptraum. Schade, denn man könnte aufgrund der einzigartigen Lage viel daraus machen. Insgesamt Max. 3 Sterne Niveau mit einem Auge zugedrückt. Sich als 5 Sterne Hotel zu verkaufen ist einfach nur dreist!

Sürdürülebilir doğa ve yaşam için çaba sarf edilir. Ancak benim gibi sinek, sivrisinek ve arı lardan rahatsız olunuyorsa kesinlikle thassos tercih edilmemeli edileceksede akşamları kesinlikle üst/alt kıyamet uzun olmalı gelirken sinek kovucu ile gelinmelidir.

Özel plajının olması ve herkes için önceden belirlenmiş şezlong yerlerinin olması yer kapma stresi oluşturmadığından bir avantaj olarak değerlendirilebilir. Mimarisi, yerleşimi, sessizliği yönünden tercih edilebilir. Doğa içinde huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için uygun bir tesis.

- Onur Selcuk (8/5): - A piece of paradise in the middle of pine forest, yet so close to the port. A true gem with a spectacular sea and pearly sand beach, nice rooms with exquisite architecture. However, the staff apparently are not as accustomed to international guests as they should be. Housekeeping sometimes needs a reminder; there is a serious bee and mosquito problem. It is almost impossible to dine or have a drink outdoors.I personally got my share of bee sting at the beach shower 🙃. In general, I would comment that the food is acceptable for families with young children, but both open buffet and the tavern is far from satisfactory for the experienced traveler. A fair note for the management : it would be a nice gesture for your guests from Turkey who comprises a good 20-40% of your high season guests if you signify the pork-containing foods at the open buffet. A good internal education for the staff is advisable about not to be prejudiced against certain groups, service, food and beverage culture.
- Oda-Katrin (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt in den Makryammos Bungalows auf Thassos war einfach traumhaft. Die Bungalows sind über das gesamte Gelände verteilt, wodurch sich die Gäste gut verteilen und es nie überfüllt wirkt. Wir hatten das Glück, eine Unterkunft mit direktem Strandzugang zu bekommen – einfach fantastisch. Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich, das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders beeindruckend war der gepflegte Strand, der zum Entspannen und Genießen einlädt. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben!

- Joshua (10/5): Perfect for a relaxed holiday - Lovely little spot pushed back from Thasos town. Decently easy to walk to from the port (though maybe not with kids). The stay was incredibly relaxing. We stayed on property all 4 days because the beach was so beautiful and the water was so clear we didn’t feel a need to go to a different area. The food options are decent and the alcohol is reasonably priced. Would come back here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotell med vaccker natur och strand - Första intrycket var väldigt bra, vaccker strand och omgivning. Väldigt grönt i hotelets ormåde. Receptionen var väldigt hälpsamma och trevliga. Maten var ok fast det saknnas all a carte restauraanger. Man tröttnar på buffen efter fyra dagar. Rummen är ok med jättefin utsikt. Dock är renligheten sådär. Både rum, restauranger, beach baren kunde ha varit renare. Stranden är nog en av de finaste i thassos.

- ASIM MURAT (10/5): The Magnificent - To be obvious it was really one of the best hotel that I stayed at Thassos. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are really well decorated and has wonderful sea view. Restraurants are good and the prices are NOT so high for the extras. The location of the hotel is very near to the center, only 10 min. driving. As a conclusion I do advice this hotel for the families and for the couples also.

- APOSTOLOS (10/5): Άριστη επιλογή - Υπέροχη εμπειρία. Πολύ καθαρό, μέσα στην φύση χαμένο στο δάσος πάνω σε μια πανέμορφη αμμώδη ρηχή παραλία. Το φαγητό επίσης πάρα πολύ καλό. το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Φανταστικό kids club. Μεγάλο μπράβο στις κοπέλες εκεί για τον ευρηματικό και δημιουργικό τρόπο απασχόλησης των παιδιών. Μόνο αναμενόμενο "αρνητικό" η απόσταση των δωματίων λόγω της διασποράς τους στην τεράστια αυτή έκταση, αλλά φροντίσαν για την διευκόλυνση των πελατών με το μικρό ηλεκτρικό αυτοκινητάκι που σε πάει στα δωμάτια.

If there was bad and breakfast option, we would select that and eat at awesome Greek food at any restaurant at Thassos. Rather than weak open buffet food, hotel, service and beach is awesome

- Daniela (10/5): Nice and relaxing stay! - Great beach and food. The staff was really helpful and polite. Having a private beach is definitely the highlight. We got an upgrade of the room and sunbeds on the first line. The cleaning could be improved. Be aware - there are ants and mosquitos in the rooms. Bees and wasps on the beach - we got stung twice. All in all - we were happy with our stay.
- Athanasios (8/5): Upscale feel - The property has an upscale, private feel. Its amenities are situated conveniently; the area of the resort is beautiful and lush. This is a family-friendly hotel, with plenty of room for children to occupy themselves. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The only drawback seems to be the kitchen at the taverna -- perhaps it is worth going for food elsewhere. Overall, a very good experience staying at the Makryammos Bungalows. Would visit again.

- playmogotospace (10/5): Excellente découverte - Site incroyable, plage paradisiaque, pinède luxuriante, pavillons en pierre avec toiture en lose parfaitement intégrés dans le paysage. Chambres modernes et design, refaites à neuf avec goût. Restauration de qualité avec buffet extrêmement varié et fournis. Service souriant. Vraiment top !!!
- consens (10/5): Beautiful Beach Hotel!!! - Beautiful view from the deluxe beach front room! Food was excellent with a broad selection daily! Staff was super friendly to include the beach personnel, who supported our stay greatly! Our only negative experience were the stray cats in the dining area and the music played over the stereo was sometimes very Greek. I guess the latter is to be expected...

- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect family hotel and beach - We had amazing experience at Makryammos bungalows complex. This is the perfect place for family with young kids vacation. Clean rooms with contemporary interior. The bungalows are built within the Mediterranean forest and there's constant shadow. The beach is private with umbrellas and beach beds. Water is turquoise and clear. No big waves. You can rent some beach sports vessels. The staff if always friendly and everybody is multi lingual.
- ahmet (10/5): Perfect stay for family - We stayed in makryammos in middle of june. The hotel has the best beach in Thasos island. It has a very good kids club. Restaurant and food was ok, not perfect. They also have tavern which is open in july and august, so we couldnt try it. Overall very good hotel to stay especially with children.
