- Erin (6/5): - This was a stopover stay at the end of a long trip that started in Paris. When we checked in, we were first told the we did not have the connecting ones we had booked and that we’d have to pay for breakfast. After some digging in my records, I showed proof and they put us in correct room. After settling in, my daughter nearly stepped on a straight pin sticking from the carpet and my eldest found shards of broken plastic on the bathroom floor getting ready. The rooms were tired and the bedding was not 5-star. That said, the restaurant had a good breakfast and was very charming. I would not stay here again but it’s not bad if you need a short stop with connecting rooms.

- Jessica (8/5): - great room and facilities in a lovely area of paris. our only and main issue is the staff we encountered at breakfast for our last two days. the male server was not very friendly. he did not offer the breakfast menu for us for either of the days despite us having access to it with our room type, nor did he even offer coffee - my partner had to ask for that. we also found out at check out that he included breakfast charges to our room for both those days so he clearly didn't bother to check if we had breakfast included. we also had another charge to our room from the restaurant that we did not authorize/weren't even in the hotel the evening it was charged, so the restaurant could definitely be more organized all in all. front desk staff were friendly and helpful otherwise but it was just a shame that dealing with the all of this at check out left a sour taste.

- Brian (10/5): - 5 star hotel in a quieter, safe neighborhood, excellent vicinity to public transportation, French Farmers market and boulangerie, as well as other good restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly, supportive and responsive. Room was comfortable, offering all amenities: Chromecast TV, shower and bathtub combo, balcony, room safe, fridge, and Nespresso machine with complimentary water and fresh towels everyday. Hotel featured a full restaurant and bar, and a very top of the line AC unit in the room which kept it nice and cool during the hot summer days we were walking around Paris. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Every team from housekeeping to the restaurant to the fantastic concierge, Francois, all paid extraordinary attention to detail to make sure one’s stay was flawless. The food was very good, best frites in Paris, and the Sunday Brunch is not to be missed. This hotel is well located and the rooms are QUIET! The dining recommendations for Paris were on point. Truly a memorable stay and I will absolutely be back!

Very modern and clean and the staff were kind and helpful. We tried the swimming pool and sauna and it was a lovely treat. Walking distance to metro stations and a great street market steps away from the hotel on Thursdays and Sundays. Overall, a great stay!

Even though it looked good, the bathroom is easy too small and the overhead shower is way too big for it. Water was slaying everywhere - on the floors, toilet, vanity, etc. And therec was a lot of water accumulated on the bathroom floor. That made our super sleepery. Not thought through.

The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculate, the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was great and our room was stunning. They ensured our room was set up for them and provided great restaurant and activity recommendations. We will most definitely be back!

- Andrew (2/5): Avoid this hotel. - We didn't enjoy our visit. The bathroom sink was completely blocked and full of dirty water when we arrived at 14:00. We asked several times to have this resolved, and it was only just past midnight that we were moved to another room which we had been told was not available as the hotel was purportedly full. It helped to switch rooms, but the service was quite poor, and the condition of the hotel is even worse. This is not a 5 star property and it is not clean or in good repair. We regret booking this property, and regret even more that we paid nearly £1,000 for 2 nights.

- Joseph (10/5): - I was in Paris for business in the 11th District and was dreading a postage stamp size room and telephone size bath. This was a pleasant surprise. I had a queen size room. Very large even by American resort standards, sofa, coffee table, small dining table with 2 chairs, large bathroom, shower and tub, lots of light and quiet. Veryhelpful staff, nice breakfast and reasonable bar. At about $800/night, a bit expensive for the amenities. But sold out every night. I don't think I would go thre as a tourist as it's a bit far from where the attractions are, but it was perfect for business.

I couldn’t move around the bed. I had to carry my luggage to the room because they don’t have a bagagiste. It is not a 5 star hotel !!!! I left the hotel looking for another one ! And they would not refund me !!! It is your fault that you showed wrong info and pictures of the hotel and room. I can’t not trust Expedia again!

- Thrush (2/5): - Filthy hotel. 2 star at best. My pregnant wife and I booked for 4 nights. We left after the first night as the room was dirty and there was no hot water. Paid in advance for the full stay and they refused to issue a refund. Staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating. Room smells, elevator smells, whole place smells. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.

- Lisa (10/5): A Marais Gem - When we go to Paris we always stay in the Marais. It's vibrant and fun with great restaurants, shopping, and metro access. This is our first time at Maison Breguet, which was suggested by a Parisienne friend, but it won't be the last. The staff is lovely, to a one. The restaurant is excellent if you choose to eat in, and the rooms are comfortable, beautifully styled, and spacious. We were in a Jr. Suite that had windows over the courtyard bar that we opened each night. I was concerned that it would be noisy but it never was, not even on Saturday night, and there was always a cool breeze. As is every hotel, restaurant, museum, and mode of public transport in France, the Maison is carefully following COVID guidelines, which was a comfort to us as this was our first trip back to Europe since COVID began. I think we've found our new home in Paris.

- James (8/5): Decent Hotel in Paris - Check in service was good. To get to the elevator to go to our room we had to walk through the restaurant. Restaurant service was very slow (we had time sensitive tour reservations, told a waiter we needed to order and we ended up self serving a continental breakfast versus a full breakfast as he never came to take our order). Our room was a decent size but had a window that looked into the bathroom from the bedroom (why would you door this). Shower was a decent size with a rain shower water head. A two minute walk to a subway station. A nice hotel but I can’t see how it received 5 stars. Good value for the money for a Paris hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was quite small. No air conditioning running yet so it was stuffy. Heavy rain so could not open the windows to cool off. Lobby small and congested. No assistance available for baggage. No wash cloths and limited soap in the room. Asked twice to have some sent up. Overall serviceable but nothing special.
- Zaki (4/5): - It was my fabieite hotel in Paris pre-Covid. The breakfast buffet is not what it used to be and the service is terrible. I was given one of the smallest rooms in the hotel even though I paid for a deluxe room for 7 nights. Sad to say that Maison Breguet feels more like a 4 star hotel now. I would recommend Hotel Les Deux Girafes which is nearby

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Don’t think deserve 5star hotel level. Room air conditioner fully of dusty and bathroom shower not working properly, needed to tell two times to reception. Bathroom towel railing can see different colours marks. Bathroom exhaust fan not working until we leave. Room not kettle, no ironing board iron machine. Very cheap quality of pillows, etc We are totally not recommended this hotel. And wouldn’t pick again.

- Timothy (8/5): Good hotel in a good location - Stayed for 4 nights. Overall it was good and I very much appreciated the touch of a bottle of champagne to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday but generally I found the service, (particularly housekeeping) very inconsistent.

Virginia went beyond their call of duty by writing out a letter to the Post Officer in french for us after going down the road to find out the correct procedure.Outstanding. All Staff particularly helpful, yet remain unobtrusive. Breakfast very nice.Stayed in Junior Suite-very well appointed.Only issue is separate WC doesn’t provide enough privacy.Needs soft furnishings to make it more private.Restaraunt staff very polite and always smiling.Great location for Bastille and Le Marais. Enjoyed the Gym and Health Club.Both small but well appointed.Brand new facility in great condition.

- Joe (10/5): Boutique hotel with an exquisite taste - Maison Breguet is a boutique hotel that pays attention to room details and decor. The interior design is modern and chic, with an exquisite taste for is amenities. Although standard room is a bit small, it is fully functional and has a clean closet space to put away your stuff. The slippers are by far the most comfortable hotel slippers I had ever worn and the size of the shower was appropriately large and the water pressure on point. We would definitely look into a longer stay in the future.
- Diana (4/5): Lack of air conditioning made our stay unpleasant - Relatively new hotel at 2 years old so things are in pretty good condition. Unfortunately, the hotel made the decision to turn off central air conditioning and put on the heating in early October. However, the weather had not really turned cold. We called twice on the night of our arrival about the temperature and the front desk sent up a technician that just punched the same buttons as we had and shrugged off. The next day, we complained again about the temperature and stuffiness (resulting in us having to leave the window open and therefore loud at night while trying to sleep), and the front desk said they tried again. Upon our checkout and we had a different person helping, they said it was a central decision to turn off the A/C! If that was the case, that should have been communicated to all of the other staff instead of wasting our time with people trying and failing to be helpful. I'm surprised by the lack of coordination and general helplessness of the staff.
