Uns hat wirklich eigentlich alles gefallen: freundliches Personal, sauberes, grosses Zimmer mit Aussicht, leckeres Frühstück, gute Lage Es hat direkt beim Hotel keinen 7-11 oder sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Getränke und Snacks. Das Frühstück ist hybrid, d.h. man hat eine kleine Auswahl am Buffet und kann dann diverse à la carte Gerichte bestellen. Ist wohl Geschmackssache, wir haben lieber ein grösseres Buffet. Das Essen war aber top.

Perfekt gelegen, Basis-Station der Bahn zum Victoria-Peak direkt um die Ecke, U-Bahn und Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Hongkong Park fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Zimmer sehr groß, toller Ausblick. Bad perfekt. Alles und überall ultra-sauber. Zugang zur Lounge lohnt sich in meinen Augen definitiv. Frühstück sehr gut und qualitativ auf bemerkenswertem Niveau. Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hatte Geburtstag während des Aufenthalts - dafür gab's eine kleine Geburtstagstorte aufs Zimmer, einen Geburtstagskuchen zum Dinner und ein Ständchen, vielen Dank nochmal. Für einen Städtetrip in Hongkong perfekt geeignet, kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Kein Schnäppchen, das muss man leider so sagen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig fand ich die ziemlich hohe Kautionszahlung beim Check in. 100 Dollar wie in Kanada, das gehe ich ja noch mit. Aber höher als der Reisepreis - weiß gar nicht, was ich dafür hätte mopsen sollen - die gesamte Einrichtung? Aber offensichtlich hat das Hotel schlechte Erfahrungen mit Gästen gemacht. Die Kaution wurde nach dem Check out zeitnah mit dem Zimmerpreis verrechnet - also insgesamt alles prima.

She had a very kind attitude—she even brought a drawing book and pencils for the children. During our meal, she also reminded everyone that the dishes were very hot and to be careful not to touch them. Through these small, thoughtful reminders, we could truly feel her attentiveness. She is truly commendable and deserves praise.

There was no body wash in the room, but they responded quickly to my shortcomings, and most of all, the breakfast I had at this hotel during my trip to Hong Kong was the best. It was a great choice to book a meal every day during my stay. The location of the hotel also had no inconvenience in moving the location. THE MURRAY was the best! Thank you.

The meal offered a good variety of dishes, providing plenty of options to enjoy even though we could not select individual items ourselves. Service was consistently good and attentive. In particular, Chef Wing was very friendly and approachable. She took the time to give helpful food recommendations, which enhanced our brunch and helped us discover some excellent items. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the all-you-can-eat brunch. The combination of good food variety and warm hospitality made for a relaxing and satisfying meal. - 130clairh (10/5): The Murray - Had the most amazing stay at this hotel. As part of our package we had use of the Cassia Lounge. With this we were able to have afternoon tea daily and cocktails and hors d’ouevres early evening. Our room was incredible with good views, beautifully furnished and there was a turn down service in the evening. The situation of the hotel is convenient, opposite the Peak Tram and very close to the Central MTR. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Cassia Lounge staff Diana, John and Eliza and Anthony on reception. A truly fantastic hotel and well worth a stay.

From the moment you walk in, the hotel feels special — the architecture is striking, the lobby is elegant without feeling stuffy, and there's a calm, refined atmosphere throughout that makes you want to slow down and enjoy it. The brunch was the highlight. The spread was generous and thoughtfully put together, with a great balance of fresh seafood, beautifully prepared hot dishes, and an excellent selection of desserts. Everything we tried was high quality — ingredients clearly chosen with care, dishes well executed, and plenty of variety without it ever feeling overwhelming. The pacing was relaxed, which made it easy to enjoy the experience rather than rush through it.

One of the highlights was the lounge. Once we discovered it, we ended up going every day — the food there was genuinely great and made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast service was also excellent — attentive, smooth, and a really good start to each day. A lovely touch was that the hotel provided an extra bed for my child complimentary, which I really appreciated. Overall, a brilliant stay and we would definitely come back. P.S.And a small but memorable detail — the heated toilet seat was a very welcome bonus!

Hotel patří cenově k těm dražším, proto jsme měli i vyšší očekávání. Snídaně byly opravdu skvělé – velký výběr, kvalitní suroviny a vše chutné. To hodnotíme velmi pozitivně. Co nás ale zklamalo, bylo ubytování. Pokoj byl rezervovaný a zaplacený pro čtyři osoby, nicméně jsme dostali klasický dvoulůžkový pokoj s postelemi určenými pro dva lidi, což nebylo pro čtyřčlennou rodinu komfortní. Zároveň nás překvapilo, že i když byly snídaně uvedeny v ceně pobytu, děti si je musely doplácet. Celkově tedy smíšené dojmy – kvalitní snídaně, ale vzhledem k ceně bychom očekávali lepší řešení ubytování a jasnější podmínky.

- Natasha (9/5): Loved - Clean, Comfortable and Would Definitely Stay Again - The room was great. My priority is always to feel safe and for the room to feel clean. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom and bed were all very nice. They also have so many things available in the room if you need (e.g. makeup remover) and all you need to do is ask for it. They also put something to help you sleep by your bed every night like a tea, or a sleeping mask, or a pillow spray - such a nice touch to the room / experience. Gym / pool are nice but could be a little newer? but still overall its decent.

Сауна- это вообще шедевр:ты находишься в закрытой приватной зоне,на полках в сауне уже лежат роскошные полотенца, все мелочи продуманы-тапочки,халаты,питьевая вода, шкатулка для ювелирных украшений,лежанки для отдыха. Персонал в отеле - просто выше всяких похвал. Настолько дружелюбны все, что чувствуешь себя ВИП-персоной. Впервые не хотелось покидать отель...... Всей команде огромное спасибо!!!!!!!!! Улучшать нечего. Все чудесно. Единственное сожаление-отели этой сети расположены только в Китае. Хотелось бы, чтобы сеть расширялась и такие отели появились в Европе.

The aesthetics of this hotel are stunning. Beautifully designed. Very poor crowd management, during breakfast service and check out. Very long lines to get seated for breakfast. Housekeeping could be improved by ensuring they clean upon request, we experienced 2 occasions which we turned on the “make up room” sign yet the room was still not cleaned hours later. Very difficult to communicate with Housekeeping line as the people speak no English. No effort done to check us in earlier despite promises made upon check-in. When we got back at the standard check-in time, our bags were still not yet sent up to the room. If they improve these areas, they can truly be a 5-star hotel

- betsnow (10/5): Lovely Hotel - What a wonderful hotel with outstanding staff. We chose this hotel due to the unique nature of the building and history… so happy we did. The location is excellent and convenient to transit stations that will get you all around this beautiful city. The hotel itself is lovely and our room was great with lots of little extras (chocolate, mandarins, toiletry box). We stayed 3 nights and found the bed and linens to be top notch , with good sleep quality. We had breakfast each morning here and loved the hybrid menu/buffet style to be nice. Drinks at least once on the roof at night is a must!
