- Andreja (5/5): Nije za boravak u zimi. Pretpostavljam da je u ljeti OK. - Doručak je bio dobar, soba je bila dosta velika i čista, ali bilo je hladno i nije bilo grijanja u kupaonici. Nikako nije za boravak zimi. Boravak zimi nije ugodan. U sobi je bilo jako hladno, a radijator u kupaonici uopće nije radio. Smještaj nije prikladan za zimski period, posebno za obitelj s djecom. Glavni ulazni hodnik zgrade bio je izrazito hladan, a u blagovaonici su gosti ujutro doručkovali u kaputima i šubarama. Tek nakon što sam kontaktirala vlasnika i molila da uključi grijanje, ono je pojačano u našoj sobi i kupaonici, trebalo je 2.5 sata da se ugrije. Sve se rješava isključivo online, bez osobnog kontakta. Zbog svega navedenog, smještaj ne bih preporučila za zimske boravke.

- Jiří (10/5): byli jsme již 3x a Určitě se rádi vrátíme - Velice příjemný personál, ideální check in - kartu máte pod kódem v boxu u brány, drobné občerstvení celý den, čistota, klidná lokalita, parkování v ceně , byli jsme zde již po 3 wi-fi nám fungovala pouze u schodů pod routerem na pokoji vůbec ( ale nevím zda tedy nebyla chyba na našich telefonech ), na konci října bych už uvítal teplejší peřiny ( ne pouze přehoz ),

- Birgit (7/5): Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Es waren sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gutes italienisches Frühstück Kein Getränke-Angebot ausserhalb des Frühstücks im Hause, das Haus liegt sehr weit von Ort entfernt.
- Juergen (10/5): Schöner Ort für Zwischenstopp - Schönes B & B in der Nähe des Fährhafens Fusina. Große Zimmer mit toller Einrichtung und Klimaanlage. Vor dem Haus steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Minibar. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch, der Kaffee ist sehr gut. Das Haus wurde mit viel Engagement wunderbar renoviert und liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Die Mücken, aber glücklicherweise gab es Moskitonetze an den Fenstern.

- Ioan-alexandru (5/5): Quality decreased since our last visit - Quiet and clean place. We stayed here a couple of nights some 2 or 3 years ago. I can only say that since then the quality went down. What I mean by this? I don't remember at that time having problems with not having internet - now the wifi and also the bars on our phones were non-existent. When we raised this issue, at the moment when we left, we were told that we can buy from the reception sim cards on which the internet would work. Also, the bed was way too soft and there was no backboard to the bed which made sitting in the bed with the back to the wall and laptop in our lap to be very uncomfortable. Btw, the AC can only be set to drop 3 degrees maximum upwards or downward from the current room temperature. And it's very hard to do it from the room and I think writing to someone on WhatsApp, as we were told, so that you ask to increase or decrease the temperature, is not the way to got.
- Charlie (9/5): Superb - Reeeeally modern and good property! The self-check-in was easy and the staff available at all times. The room was huge and very modern, the shower SUBLIME. 🤌 Very good amenities in the bathroom and very good breakfast! Only problem is that the wifi is reeeeeeally bad, and connection for netflix and youtube in the TV would fall every 15min max and then you would spend more 5 trying to connect it again. Only complain, the rest was amazing, super comfortable and clean!

- Roy (9/5): Pretty good value. - Really clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Nice big rooms and excellent furnishings. No ice. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The morning hotel staff were excellent, but no one was there when we arrived to help during check-in. Everything was done by phone to be able to find the key for entry into the building. Meaning the facility is unstaffed in the afternoon and evening. Not sure why the check-in instructions are not provided in advance (BY EMAIL). If you don't have cell coverage, you are SOL.

- Joe (10/5): Great hotel with wonderful staff - I have to make special mention of the lovely lady on reception who went out of her way to help my partner who had forgotten her shampoo. Thank you so much! That's not such a big deal for me, but apparently, it's a huge issue for girls! She gave my partner her own shampoo and refused to take payment for it. I honestly couldn't fault it but note that the entrance gates can be tight if you're arriving in a large vehicle, as we did.

- Rowena (8/5): Many benefits - If you are traveling by car this location gives you easy access to Venice by ferry. You are.also close to fabulous Venetian mansions and several local restaurants. Difficult location without a car.
- John (9/5): Great place to stay, just outside of Venice. - The rooms were renovated beautifully, very modern and clean. The breakfast was wonderful, cakes, pastries, meats and cheeses and even eggs. Great cappucino, too. Nice location just 20 minutes outside of Venice. Great place to stay out of the crowds. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The check in process was a bit difficult. I did not have What's App installed and my cellphone was not able to receive their messages. We finally got it done, but it would have been nice to have someone there during check in hours.

- Gregknp (9/5): Beautiful city, great hotel. - Quiet, peaceful place near Venice. A few kilometers from the hotel there is a train station with a large, free parking lot, where you can leave your car. The journey to Venice takes only 20 minutes, connections are frequent, trains are clean and air-conditioned. After a tiring day in this beautiful city, it was nice to return to the hotel and relax in silence. Very good breakfasts and very nice service. I sincerely recommend. Venice is beautiful and nothing will change that, but the tourist friendliness is rather average, especially for slightly older people (no benches). Trying to sit down for a moment on the stairs, foundations, etc. ends with the intervention of the security service and the explanation that the city cannot be blocked with benches because it is a monument. However, this does not prevent the city from being blocked with dozens of stalls with junk (so-called "souvenirs"), which are even in front of St. Mark's Basilica. Bizarre, isn't it?
