- Nalumon (9/5): Grear and comfortable hotel. - The hotel is very good value for the money and the location is good. The breakfast is excellent. I must say the house keeper is excellent. She kept our room clean during our stay. I wished the receptionists would be more courteous! Overall I would recommend this hotel to any one who want to visit Nakhorn Rachsima. None but I would recommend the receptionists to be more courteous.

We forgot our phone charger. Time for a renovation. Busy on weekend as popular for conventions and wedding receptions.

- AE (9/5): Fabulous Stay for the Price Paid! - The rooms are very clean and quiet. Have smart TV in rooms to access Netflix and YouTube. The location is 16 minutes walk to Korat Bus Terminal 2. The air conditioner was quite noisy. Need to provide Hand wash liquid near the washbowl so don't need to use the one inside the shower area.

- SoLoMoNo (7/5): Still a Solid Choice, But Not the Best Option it Once Was - I've been to this hotel a few times since the pandemic, and not much has changed inside. The staff checks you in fast, and the rooms are decent with good cleaning service around 11:00. The lobby is probably the best part of the hotel, with comfortable seating and strong internet. The WiFi connection in the rooms was OK too. The staff doesn't speak English. The room looked old (especially the bathroom), has no safe locker, and the chair cushions are worn out. But the biggest issue - the nearby Changphuak Road - once a bustling road with restaurants and cafes, is now literally empty. The metro work and traffic diversions have led many businesses to shut down.

- Hans (5/5): En natt räcker - The Rich Hotel passar bra för en övernattning, nära huvudleden utan att den stör din nattsömn. Personalen var inte så tillmötesgående och en kurs i service skulle vara bra för hotellet Frukosten är inte så bra för en utlänning men passar för thailändare. Hotellet är ganska slitet och behöver en upprustning, lösa luckor på wc och det saknas tvål vid tvättstället, den får man hämta i duschen.

- Torben Retboll (8/5): Good value for your money - The hotel is located in a quiet area down a soi away from the main road. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was included. There are many things for Thai people and a few things for Western people. The hotel has a large car park with free parking. The room has a large closet, which is nice, but there are only four coathangers. This is not much for two persons. The bathroom has a large shower cabin, which is nice, but the floor of the shower cabin is very slippery when it is wet. There should be a plastic mat on the floor of the shower cabin for safety.

- Ayan (9/5): A well-located hotel with excellent service, hearty breakfast, and thoughtful staff who go the extra - I stayed here for a night and was impressed by how smoothly everything went, even with my very late check-in around 11 PM. The location is great — just a short walk from Bus Terminal 2. Despite not paying in advance, the staff had my room ready and waiting. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, offering a great start to the day. What really stood out was the staff's attention to detail — they found and returned my sunglasses during check-out before my taxi even arrived. A thoughtful and professional team. Highly recommend! The receptionists need to improve their English speaking skills. They consistently responded to my messages on Booking.com in Thai, requiring me to translate them.
- Lukasz (5/5): Passable - Internet ok, parking ok The room was full of biting ants and smelled like a sewer, so we had to change rooms. The rooms weren't very clean, with a lot of hair on the floor. The bathroom showed signs of mold. Breakfast was very basic, with no fruit or vegetables.
