- Robert (10/5): - I would recommend Blue Spruce Motel to everyone. Expensive style room with affordable price. I stayed at a Ramada night before & with the exception of a few minor things. Only difference was Ramada was $30 more.

- Brandon (8/5): - I was driving to Mo and saw this on hotels.com and decided what the heck might as well try it. It was priced good and I was surprised by home renovated it was. Overall I’d stay there again. Only thing I’d add is a dehumidifier.

The carpet needs a good cleaning.i know it was a cheaper place to stay, but the cleanliness of a place should not be sacrificed. The bottom of my socks were dirty after about 40 to 60 minutes of walking around the room.
- Scott (8/5): - I will definitely stay here again. Awesome inexpensive motel for an overnight stop & sleep. Old but not run down. The hwy outside is super loud but nearly silent inside. Parking is directly in front of room and spots are wide. My wife and I arrived late but owner had prepared key for us. Bed was comfortable and we slept great.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Travelers Beware - This motel was a very unpleasant experience for us. Believe the negative reviews that you read. Check out the reviews on other sites. Be aware of the $50 deposit and note that they state on here that they can keep it and they do. They took more than $50 of ours which I consider theft.

- Becky (10/5): - This hotel is just what we were looking for - very clean (our top priority) and the room was very comfortable. The late night traffic was a bit loud, but it added to the nostalgic feeling we got from staying here - good memories of motel stays from our youth!!
- Sheila (10/5): - I have stayed at this facility half a dozen or so times in the past years. Price is reasonable and quality is in line with pricing. The road noise is a little loud but I turn on the massive big screen TV fall asleep in the very comfortable beds without any problems.

- Cynthia (6/5): Basic room for one night - Needed a room for one night and this worked. Did not know that locals dragged the Ones “The one-way streets where the property was located” so thank goodness that I travel with ear plugs or I wouldn’t have been able to sleep.
- Amber (2/5): Don’t stay here - The room was really sketchy, there were holes in the walls, the ceiling fan looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling. There was sticky stuff all over the dresser. There was no AC and the two fans in the room had dust and spider webs on them. I didn’t even dare shower or change clothes. The walls are also very thin I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. Not a good place to stay.

- Cindy (2/5): - I can't say that there's anything that I like about this property the traffic is very noisy the room appears to be clean carpet and such but the bed is a sway back even before you lay in it the shower was so disgusting I wouldn't even put my feet in there even in socks. I've grown up around the North Platte area and this was the first time that I felt not totally safe. The staff is not on the premises, so if you have an emergency or lock your keys in the room or like yourself out of your car, better hope you have your cell phone with you. This is not a place that I will ever stay again, like giving the locals a chance but not a second this type of chance.

- Robert (10/5): A motel with a cool vintage vibe - This motel is like stepping back in time. Cheryl, the owner is super nice. The place has a 1970s vintage feel to it but all the furniture and appliances in my room were brand new. Parking was easy and available right in front of your room. There are many restaurants and stores in the area and I would definitely stay here again.

There were no bath towels, the Wi-Fi password was posted on the far wall of the locked office door and hard to read, it was located on the “main drag” and lots of loud traffic, we were surprised at the extra charge for using a credit card…especially since the office was closed when we arrived due to a family emergency.

- Larry (4/5): - The reason I picked this place, was because the owner fought back when a bad review was printed. But, what good is a 55 inch big screen tv in your room, if you can't get anything. I called the number given, asked if there was a trick to get it to work, and I would also like to get the WiFi password. No call back. One good thing, I went to bed at 8PM,, woke up at 7AM. Slept like a baby.

- Jennifer (8/5): Late night check in - We arrived around 1:30am and no one was in the office, then the attendant came in from the outside. We were the last room that was next to the office. The room had a connecting door to the front office, which was unlocked, so we presumed the attendant was in our room as the TV was on with the energy save mode. Bed was soft. It was good for a one night stay we needed
- Dawn (8/5): - The younger girl who checked us in was so nice and efficient! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room as it was clean and looked nice. The beds were comfortable, flatscreen TV worked well, and it was great to have a ceiling fan along with a box fan. There was shampoo, soap, and the mini fridge even had two waters in it. The only things that could have been better was that the office controls the thermostat and it got a little warm during the night. I also wasn’t too sure about the door lock and put a chair in front of it. I would definitely stay here again, and I am a very picky hotel customer. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their small hotel.

- Steve (10/5): Nice family owned motel - Very clean quiet and comfortable. Easy to find and easy check in. Shower faucets need some work, but I had a nice hot shower. I wasn’t sure where to leave the key as I left 7:45 am. I would definitely stay here again.
- Patti (10/5): Excellent experience - The owner Cheryl is a very pleasant and obviously hard working woman. The room was immaculate and had been remodeled with new, comfortable beds and linens, a microwave, mini fridge and huge tv mounted to the wall. It is also equipped with a desk and long, low dresser we could place, and open, two medium suitcases. Yes the street is loud and busy but the motel is great especially for the price. The only thing missing was coffee. I need my morning brew 😊

The motel room was very clean. and mostly comfortable. Pet friendly with only a 25 dollars animal fee per night. the only complaint I have is not being able to control the temperature. It was too hot for me. I would definitely stay here again the owners were very nice.
