- Nassar (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lai (7/5): Good - Bed is clean and confortable. No credit card, no foreign currency, no money transfer. they only accept local money. No lift. In bathroom, no mirror. Toilet door was damaged. Cant close.
- Martina (1/5): Bad - Nothing. We arrived at night after a long flight and the staff was super rude and not helpful at all, my husband is Indonesian and luckily speaks Bahasa otherwise they don’t speak English at all. The hotel is dirty and the room has no basic items like towels or toilet paper and the WiFi is not working. The hotel is not like the pictures at all, the rooms are dirty and scary, the staff was not helpful and the place seemed not safe at all.
- Ethan (1/5): DONT BOOK ! - DOES NOT EXIST we got there and it had been completely shut down not a thing any more very disappointing especially as we had come from the airport it was late at night and we had no internet. DOES NOT EXIST
- Feliana (1/5): Do not Go there ! - All All place and service is bad
- Nelson (8/5): There are things I didn't like but at the same time nobody can ask for luxury for the money paid. - Location. - No natural light.
- One pillow cover was smelly.
- the bedsheets were kind of itchy.
- the shower is moldy.
- Indellicati (4/5): Disappointing - Free hot/cold water A/c not working, fridge leaking water as soon as it was connected. Flooded the room

They needed security deposit also which has never been in case.. Breakfast was packed from outside and they never checked what do I like or I am vegetarian. Room was smelling . Toilet did not had even soap.
Third class place.

The rooms are cleaned everyday.
The beds are comfortable
Super affordable The room was pretty dirty and the bedsheet had some stains on it.
The bathroom door didn't close properly
Internet is not that good around peak hours
- Willyhemus (5/5): So Far So good - Near to the centre of city The Hotel keep Our ID card, thats not make sense, because I already pay it, why not only hard copy not a physical ID card. the hotel 5 Star they not did that.
- Nikolai (8/5): I was happy staying there - I would restrain from detailed description of what I liked and what I did not like about the place. But, if you ask me, would you be able to stay comfortably there for a month or more - I would definitely say 'yes'. Of course, it is my personal experience. Well, compared to other same class hotels I experienced in Indonesia this one was the best.
They always ask you to clean your room; the room itself is big enough to carelessly throw your luggage inside and not minding your step to damage it, as in most cheap hotels. The room has a fridge, a restroom (well, the water is always cool, but whatever - its very hot outside so you dont take it as smth unbearable), a table, a chair, a tv(which is useless for me, better if they have a kettle lol). Wifi is good. I was feeling relaxed inside, what else is needed from a hotel. Okay, I will say what I did not like, but it doesn't make any impact on my final decision. First, that atavism of washing hands before entering - "anti-covid measure". I was glad every time when the guests left their scooters right in front of the sanitizer, so i could feel moral right to enter omitting this 'important step'. Second, as the hotel is frequently full, you may find your number on 3rd floor and its not really nice to drag your belongings upstairs. Well, even going up after a walk. The third thing is that when you enter you push the door but when go out you pull it so i frequently was forgetting when to push and when to pull. Other things are fine, as for me.
- Pascal (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff, basic but clean rooms. Good value for money
- Shahren (9/5): it was marvellous and will repeat soon.. - security, facilities some of tv channel is not clear
- Medotcom (10/5): Exceptional - For it's price the hotel is decent. Rooms cleaned daily and sheets replaced alongside the towels.
- Bhinneka (8/5): Very good -
- Desi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohd (6/5): Pleasant - Cheap room, lots of restaurant and streer foods nearby. Management should provide a lift as it very uncomfortable to bring big bag to higher floor level.
- Vera (7/5): Simple but cheap - Great value for price, nice staff. Quiet inside the room. No window in the room.
