• Elena (1/5): - Nothing, the man at the reception desk tried to help to find another place. But the place is not suitable for staying even one night. The room was dirty, the cockroach was found on the bed. The smoke was all over the place: inside the room and outside. Some displaced people were hanging out in front of hotel.
• Roslan (3/5): Not a pleasant experience - Location When I booked on the day itself , Booking.com deducted the payment but when arrived at the venue, I was informed by the staff that it was not paid..
• Thomas (7/5): worth it for the price and location - just round the corner from a train station and also multiple shopping centres which are fun to walk around and good internet there isn’t necessarily a cleanliness issue, however our bedsheets had multiple holes burned through and were generally itchy. the blanket itself wad very small

• Cindy (5/5): Good Location but need some improvement to increase the rating. - Good location at the city centre with very affordable price. Straight forward check in proses. No towel provided,the room is dirty, there are some unclean stain on the bed sheet.
• Daiya (1/5): Bad - Only the location It was dirty and all equipment are dirty, we had to change rooms many times, booked 4 rooms all was changed, but still the same, the sheets was not changed even got wet stained on it. And last but not least was there is restaurant sitting on the same building, DO NOT EAT THERE, SUPER DUPER EXPENSIVE, THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND CHARGED FOOD FEW TIMES. AVOID EATING THERE.
• Eddie (5/5): Cowboy hotel - Nothing Bare minimum, no toothbrush, no slippers aircon not cold and toilet door cannot close when not in use.
• Siti (5/5): Worth the price - Everything is so so. For a short night, can’t complain. You get what you paid for. Staff is good. 😀

• Trang (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great. The water from the sink ran directly to the floor in my room. Also, it was not soundproof.

• Man Har (8/5): Good value for the money - The room is basically equipped. Toilet, shower and air-condition are functional. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Grand Indonesia shopping centre and Thamrin City Bazaar.
