• Elisabeth (9/5): - Séjour de 4 nuits à Aquae Romanae du 22 au 26 avril 2026. Rita est avenante, souriante et réactive (la chasse d'eau fuyait mais cela a été réparé le jour J).. L'emplacement est idéal (bus, train, ferries à proximité). Corso Italia mène tout de suite à la Piazza Tasso, la grande place de la ville où l'on trouve des boutiques, des restaurants, des bars... Emplacement central top. La ville est très animée, il faut donc s'attendre à avoir du bruit le soir. Prévoyez des boules quiès pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. A part cela, je recommande sans hésiter.

The rooms were also very clean and just like the photos. The location was also too good. It was very convenient from the station and to the port as well. No complaints at all!! 😊

• Flora (10/5): Excepcional - A acomodação é muito bem localizada, bem no centro de Sorrento e a poucos minutos a pé de tudo que você precisa. Os quartos são muito espaçosos, confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados. A equipe é muito cordial, solícita e manteve comunicação conosco antes, durante e depois da estadia. Obrigada, Rita e Elena! Recomendamos muito!! O acesso aos quartos é feito através de escadas, então é importante ter isso em mente se você tiver problemas de mobilidade ou estiver viajando com bagagens grandes ou pesadas.

I used Sorrento as a jumping off point to get to Pompeii and Herculaneum, so this place was in an amazing location for getting to and from the train station multiple times over the course of several days. I was surprised at how quiet the room was considering it is right on a busy tourist thoroughfare; they must have good soundproofing. The shower was a bit confusing, but Elena sent me video instructions right away when I asked for assistance.

Arredamento moderno e allegro in stile marino e balconcino sul corso principale di Sorrento. Stanza confortevole con doccia super. Personale (Rita) cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Se non sei ossessionato dal panorama con vista sul mare, è il top. Parcheggio a pagamento con ritiro e consegna auto all'ingresso della struttura.

Noise is most important. Morning bell from Cathedral and not big mirror in the room. Not possibility for mirror with higher resolutigon.

Sharon was there to welcome us and she checked in regularly to ensure that we were happy. Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Great value for money.
• Lakh (10/5): Great location and exceptional communication - RITA was very helpful throughout our stay, and was immediately available on the phone and by whatsapp all the time. The central location was the best, only a few 100 yards from the station and in the other direction the central square and port was only a couple of minutes waalk.
• Tak (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Sorrento - Location was excellent, right on the main road, very close to the main train/bus station and near all the attractions in Sorrento. The host, Rita, was very friendly and helpful, she provided us with tips and suggestions throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening from Naples, she waited for us and did not charge us for late check-in. Room was spacious enough, love the decor and aqua color of the floor. Overall an enjoyable stay, comfortable and satisfied. The shower could use some clean up, saw some stains and mold around the wall and floor.

• Eric (10/5): Amazing Stay in the Heart of Sorrento - The location of this residence in the heart of Sorrento and is centrally located to all places in Sorrento. Communication with the staff was excellent and they contacted me before arrival to ensure that I had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and gave me clear instructions not only to the residence but also to local attractions in Sorrento. The room itself was very clean and was beautifully made, and I would definitely recommend Aquae Romanae to others.

• Rita (3/5): Awful staff, but room was lovely, good location & a wonderful housekeeping lady! - Location and size of the room is good. Kept very clean. Appreciated the coffee machine. 1. Elena is awful. She’s a fraudster. There is no mention of a late check in fee on booking.com, she messaged asking €50 to check in at 9pm. I had to get booking.com to intervene. In the end I wasn’t charged. Also told me I can keep my luggage there once checked out. That I should take my things to a storage place. It says on property details luggage storage is permitted. I messaged to give my arrival time. Also messaged when 20min away. When I reached she wasn’t there. Then I called. Had to wait 15min in the rain for her to arrive & then give me keys that didn’t work. Elena is awful. And seems to me she wants to con guests and keep €50 for herself & doesnt know the room booking policy. She creeped me out by saying “I love you,” once I checked in. 2. Key to the door/lock is dodgy. Apparently a known problem. I had to have the keys changed 3 times. On one occasion I had to leave with my room unlocked. The lock needs changing/repair/new keys. 3. No safety deposit box. Was broken & gone for repair. Considering the door wouldn’t always lock, a safe is essential. It was stressful to go out leaving my room unlocked without a safe.

The position is excellent. It’s right in the center so you can reach all the main attractions really easily. It’s 2 minutes walk from the station and the form the sea. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This is not visible in pictures. The doors couldn't be locked and we have a baby so it was tough. Delay in getting the room due to delay in cleaning. Received the room at approx. 3:30 and after a travel of 14 hours this is exhausting.

• Shasta (3/5): It was a decent place but due to the things listed and a few other, I would not stay here again. - The location was perfect. Right in the center of town. The wifi did not work and the host refused to help with a solution, only stating past guests had never complained. The shower is exposed to the entire studio. I am traveling with a friend so we had to leave the room while each other showered. Lastly, there is only one set of keys and you have to use the key to lock/unlock the door from the inside and outside. There are two separate doors (one entry way and one to the room) that must be locked/unlocked) with the key on entry or exit. If I left the room without my friend I essentially had the choice of locking her in or leaving her with the door unlocked. Also, if there was a fire or other safety issue youre pretty screwed.

The host Christiana is extremely helpful, friendly and will offer any advise you need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Don't think twice, book this place you will not regret it.

• Zheng (10/5): Exceptional - The room we got is five minute walking with suitcases from Circumvesuviana station and eight minutes walking from harbour (with stairs). The building is with several outdoors and very safe. We enjoyed this place, it is well fuenitured and shower is amazing. Stuff is very helpful and picked us up by the front door of the building. We left early and luggage storage is not applicable if you want to self pick up. But we found luggage storage in Capri harbour street easily so it is not affecting. The room is ficve minutes walking from main street. There are more restaurants there. There are several cafe around this place and open early in the morning. Nothing.

The property is truly in the heart of everything plus just a 4 minute walk from the station, and less than 10 minutes to the marina. I really enjoyed standing on the balcony with an espresso and watching the world go by. Thank you Cristiana for making my solo holiday so brilliant. I will definitely stay again 🫶🏻

The room was clean and spacious, the balcony opening to the street was a plus. Acquae Romanae is a perfect blend of elevated beachy vibes and contemporary elegance, and primo location. The choice for couples looking for a piece of paradise.
• Bengisu (9/5): Very comfortable stay, definitely recommend. - The room was clean and had a lot of space. Very central location close to station, marina and all the restaurants and shops, supermarket nearby, the location feels safe. Cristiana was very helpful gave us all the directions to find the place, helped with suggestions in Sorrento and replied very quickly to all questions. Very happy with our 2-night stay:) The room looks to the street, hence can get noisy during the night, however windows closed it didn’t prevent us from sleeping and due to less busy season it didn’t bother us much. One thing to be aware of is that the shower doesn’t have a door.

• Diana (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. Beautiful apartment. There is no one at this property if there’s a problem…only emails that aren’t answered quickly. The first challenge is opening a heavy metal door with a key that never worked. We waited for people to come in & out so we could enter. There are many steps to get into the apt with two more doors to unlock. The shower was difficult to operate even with instructions, I got burnt; the coffee machine didn’t work & there wasn’t one English language station on the television tho other apartments had them. It’s a beautiful apartment at a good location, with a lot of street noise

• Q737QCjulieo (10/5): Modern bright decor with a warm welcome - We spent a week in Italy travelling, 1 night in Serrento in the Rombo Room of Aquae Romance B&B. I wish we had planned to stay longer. The room was so beautiful, we loved the decor, the welcome and how helpful the owners were. I had made an error in my booking, and it was resolved with kindness. I hope to return to Serrento soon and plan to book this apartment again❤️

They let me into my room early with no issues and allowed me to leave my luggage. I bumped into the owner downstairs and he kindly showed me the gate. 10/10 for service, a comfortable stay in the heart of sorrento.
• Kathyrn (10/5): Awesome property and will go back again - The air conditioner was working good, the place is clean , modern, location was perfect , bed was so comfortable , decor was spot on, contact person responds quickly and brought us wine glass and flat iron when requested No water glasses , no wine glass (wine opener available though ), closet was used for property storage - locked, small space to hang clothes, no cabinet to unpack clothes, no flat iron available but brought in the following day when requested

Breakfast was next door in the cafe a croissant and coffee, which was fine. Will certainly recommend this hotel.

From the pictures on Booking is not clearly visible the logistic feature of the structure itself which is very small.

• Juan (10/5): - Perfect location to stay in Sorrento. Alida the host made our stay A , she welcomed us at the property, gave us all the tips needed for a perfect vacation. This B B is part of a group of properties within the same building complex. Don't get fooled by the entrance, this is a hidden gem, perfectly located, with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies around it, and 5 minutes away from the train station and the downtown area. Will stay here next time we visit.

Walking distance to all good things Sorrento; Your Own "suite" with your set of keys in an out of your personal residence apartment & gated private facility, Clean & Comfortable; the ensuite bathroom/bidet/shower. The concierge, rarely in your way, can be reached on whatsapp for most queries. The smart TV with Netflix. Tea kettle is a nice touch (coffee keurig device was broken) There's No Breakfast included since months ago so it's no longer a Bed "& Breakfast." That was a disappointment, you're basically on your own for that with few options for a full Breakfast other than a local pastry & panini shop (no eggs & bacon etc) Just adapt to the continental style croissant & coffee. Warning: no elevator/ be willing to go up and down 15 steps to your apt.

It is easily accessed from Sorrento train station. Chiara and Nadia were exceptionally helpful with directions prior to us getting to the property even sending us train timetables. They couldn’t do enough to help us. The room could be a bit noisy as it fronts the street but the double glazing on the doors worked well to cancel out the noise at night.

• travelNOWwith (10/5): Perfect !!! - Very nice Hotel/B&B . The rooms were modern and clean especially the bathroom and the shower which were very impressive. The room we stayed in was very big and also had a couch which pulled out into a bed. There is a large flat screen TV and a refrigerator in the room. The beds were very comfortable and I think it was probably the best sleep I've had in any hotel that I've stayed in ever. There's an air unit in the room which you can control your temperature because it was hot out this weekend that we went we kept the room very cold and it was very comfortable. Staff for very friendly and check in and check out were effortless. The distance was about a two-minute walk from Train Station and Tasso Square. Parking is $18 a night to park . We were able to have an early check-in and checkout is at 11 a.m. Room service is perfect service . We had an amazing time and we would definitely stay in this hotel again
