- hyejung (10/5): 제주도 오면 또 오고 싶은 호텔이예요. - 식사도 맛있고, 룸 컨디션도 최상이었고, 호텔곳곳에서 만나는 직원분들 모두 친절하시고, 웃는얼굴로 인사해주시고, 어딜가나 청결하고, 수영장도 야외와 실내 세곳이나 있어서 붐비지 않고 골라갈수있어서 너무 좋았어요. 수영장 이용객들이 샤워가운을 입고 로비로 왔다갔다 하는게 썩 보기좋진 않았어요.. 아무래도 잠깐이나마 야외를 거쳐야하는 동선덕에 샤워가운을 걸쳐야해서 어쩔수없다곤 해도.. 워낙 넓어서 길치인 저는 헤매기 일쑤였고, 카펫이 안깔린복도를 거닐땐 힐소리를 의식하게 되더라구요.. 죄송했어요. 나머진 너무 좋았어요.

- Eduard (10/5): - Это большой комплекс , состоящий из трех отелей, аква парка, парка развлечений, фуд корта и торгового центра. Все очень хорошо продуманно, сам отель большой, новый, чистый, красивый. Мы посвятили ему последний день пребывания на острове исключительно из-за аквапарка. Надо сказать что заселение только после 14:00 и раньше в аквапарк вы не попадете, а закрывается он в 18:00. Это надо учитывать если вы останавливаетесь на один день. Зато дают бесплатные билеты в парк развлечений на время ожидания заселения, что не может не радовать и я считаю что это здорово. Аквапарк: мы были 7 сентября и половина почему-то не работало. Так же не понравилось что везде сплошные ограничения и бешеные очереди на каждую горку. Без желетов вас даже в бассейн не пускают и т.д

On weekends there is a fireworks show that you can watch. Staff was amazing and always courteous. Highly recommend for families and will return again for our trip to Jeju.

- BettyLin38 (4/5): There was a female counter employee who was very unfriendly - When I was checking in at the counter, there was a female employee with long, slightly curly hair. She asked me to wait in line, but after I had waited for a long time, she actually let two groups of customers who had just entered from the main entrance cut in line, even though I had been waiting in the queue on the left. I was very angry and reported her bad behavior to other employees. Instead of apologizing, she glared at us and gave us an unfriendly look. It was really a bad experience. She was standing in the middle of the three counters.Finally, I checked in with the female employee at the left counter. She was much nicer.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 풀파티에 참석하면 좋은 곳. 아니면 끝나고 가세요. - 기본룸만 그런 건지 테이블 1개에 의자가 1개밖에 없습니다. 간단한 다과조차 2명이 하기 힘든 구조. 풀파티가 진행중이던 때라 너무너무너무 시끄럽더라고요. 쉰다?의 개념이 없어요. 직원분들의 친절함은 너무 좋았습니다다만 풀파티가 다소 시끄러울 수 있다가 아니라 많이 시끄럽다고 안내해야 할 듯합니다.

- siyeon (10/5): 실내 물놀이 적합한 비싼 수영장 - 수영장이 정말 놀기 좋았고, 워터파크까지 포함된 룸이어서 물놀이에 적합했습니다. 의자에 앉으려면 10만원을 더 내야 했지만 어쩔 수 없었고 지불했습니다. 그래도 튜브나 구명조끼를 무상으로 빌려주어서 편했고, 수건도 제공합니다. 수영을 메인으로 하는 호텔인데도 룸에 수영복 말릴 곳이 없어서 곤란했습니다.

- Matthew (10/5): - Nice stay and great room. Pool was nice but is pretty hot in the afternoon with the sun so dusk is better. Bit annoying that they make everyone hop out every 50mins for 10mins but I will accept that is what they do. Plenty of parking if you are hiring a car to travel around Jeju. Only thing when that tricked me up was working out what hotel part to pull into when I first arrived as they all look and appear the same names. My sat nav got me only so far (lol). Had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Pillows were too soft and we were told that they were out of pillows when we asked for 3 extra pillows (1 for each of us). They could provide only 1 extra pillow the following night and another 1 extra the night after.

We came for the water park but it was closed - only open apparently in June and July. However this wasn't advertised anywhere (at least in English). Was a long way from other sights on the island.

- BackPacker568896 (4/5): Hard to sleep - My room was facing the sky pool which plays music 10am to 10pm so you can't be in your room without music and during winter the AC doesn't work but the resort is kept at 26 celsius which is so hot at night and makes it hard to sleep

- stevenbW4450SR (10/5): Super fun resort for kids and family - Extremely well built resort with so much to do. They even have a theme park in the resort grounds. Some of the rooms are not as well-kept especially the rooms in the outer edge due to the temperature difference and what not; however, the customer service representatives were very accommodating and helpful. I still remember Alice being super friendly and helpful to move us when there were availability. I promised to return in november but ended up having to cancel. Must return resort.

- SimonD2259 (6/5): Not your average resort - The resort has been consistently losing money since its opening and is oversized for the current demand, and it shows in some areas. They're desperate to fill this sinkhole. For instance, there are many tour groups of high school kids who surely didn't pay 200k KRW per night (that's discounted, 600k KRW on paper), and who you wouldn't expect to meet in a five stars resort. Obviously, putting high school boys on the same floor with families with young kids is borderline disrespectful. As expected from a Chinese-operated resort, some corners have been cut short. The fixtures in the bathroom are comically bad in terms of quality (you can barely open the toilet door from inside, you need to pull and there's no proper handle), and the bathrobes have shrunk so much they barely cover your waist let alone your knees. Food is very expensive for average quality. That is compensated by ridiculously massive quantities, two portions can easily feed three adults. Drinks are more reasonable.

- Sanford (10/5): Wonder, relaxing resort catering to children and to convention-goers. - The pool was the highlight. Staff were courteous and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Western standards like baon and eggs were side by side with udon and hot pot ramen. Although there were plenty of signs, routes to places were hidden or hard to find. The maps were adequate at best.

Also, when I booked my stay I booked for my family. This including my child and the hotel didnt have anything set up for my child's stay. Not even the breakfast. Besides that, it was a nice stay.

- Jessica (6/5): - VERY UNDERWHELMING - booked this resort due to the advertised “pool party” however it was full of children and can’t even be called a party, music not loud enough, no lights, no edm/house music as stated, no vibe at all - fireworks were called off our whole stay due to “weather” however there was 0 weather issues it was sunny throughout - outdated rooms, no bidet/toilet - housekeeping forgot to replace something every day eg only 1 robe one day, no tissue box the next - water park a lot smaller than it looks on photos - nothing like the photos, do not recommend!
