• Abdalaziz (10/5): ممتاز و سعره ممتاز لكن المواقف السفليه لا انصح فيها - فندق انصح فيه ممتاز و قريب منه جميع الخدمات المواقف السفليه ما انصحك تنزل سيارتك فيها إلا اذا أنت متأكد ان فيه موقف شاغر و سهل الدخول له مواقف السيارات السفليه صغيره جدا و لا تفي بالغرض موقف لاربع سيارات صغيره و صعب الدخول له خصوصا السيارات الصغيره انا نزلت بسيارتي تحت و تفأجت ان فيه سياره لكزس موقف بأول موقف و لا تقدر تروح بعدها فا اضطريت ارجع ريوس و ارقى الطلعه بالريوس

• Norah (5/5): اتمنى يرجع الفندق والاهتمام به مثل اول وافضل - الفندق زرته اكثر من مره كان رائع ولكن الفترات الاخيره أزوره ولكن تغير رائحه الدخان في الغرف وليس هناك نظافه جيده في الغرف وطريقه البنت اللي في الاستقبال غريب نوعاً ما استأجرت بالفندق ليله والليله الثانيه ناويه اجدد واتواصل معاها على التجديد استغرب انها تقول ان الغرفه مستأجره كيف تاجر الغرفه وهي لم تكن على بيته هل الزبون راح يمدد او لا خلتني اطلع الظهر ومعايه الوالد كبير سن ومرمطه ماينفع الكلام هذا لابد انها تتاكد وتعرف الزبون راح يغادر او لا

• Emre (8/5): - Otel konumu ve personel oldukça iyiydi. Ayrıca otelin konumu harikaydı. Taleplerimi tek tek yerine getirdiler. Otelden çıkış yaparken bir taksi çağrılmasını istedim. Otel ile havalimanı arasının çok yakın olmasına rağmen taksici çok ütopik bir rakam aldı.

• Zohaib (8/5): Palm Boutique Lived Up to the Expectation! - The property turned out to be more than the expectation. Location, room and staff were commendable. This property is under-rated. The only downside was the locker in the room was not working.

• Iftikhar (4/5): Teleurstellend - Goede verwelkoming Toen we in de kamer aankwamen waren er nul handdoeken aanwezig, toen we dit aangaven bij de balie werd er niet gelijk gehandeld, alleen mondelijk. Verder ging het water niet door heen in de badkamer helaas. Er was ook niet verder een hygienisch gevoel die wij hadden gekregen in de hotel kamer.

• ahamoshref (5/5): - دورة المياة بدون مياة حارة ،،،، وتجاوب الفندق لمعالجة هذة المشكلة لم يكن في التوقعات فبعد تحديد موعد للاصلاح تم تاجيل الموعد من الفندق لعدم وجود الفني ,,,, كذلك الحاجز الجاجي للمروش مفكوك من الاعلى وحركته صعبة جدا ويمكن ان يتسبب في كسر لاقدر الله ( خطير جدا )
