AVOID!!!!!!!!!! - Unfortunatly our Jet 2 flight was cancelled and this is the hotel that Jet 2 thought was appropriate to put a number of families into for the night. The fact Jet 2 Found an empty hotel at peak season should have made them realise there must be a problem with this hotel. I wish I could give this hotel minus stars and it would still be too high. It really put a negative end to our fabulous holiday. To start with, only 1 small lift was working, as you can imagine at 6am when 30 families are all trying to get to get to their rooms with their luggage (which we weren't able to keep in a luggage room downstairs) it was the sign of what was to come. Not only was only 1 out of 3 lifts working the door constantly closed when you tried to get in the lift, i still have the bruises. The smell when we walked into the room was horrendous, the air conditioning hadn't been on in god only knows how long so it was absolutely boiling. Just when we thought it couldn't get worse, we opened the wardrobe door to be greeted with pizza boxes filled will mouldy pizzas. The toilet was running constantly with brown water, and the room was just grubby and unkempt. We actualy slept in our clothes with a towel on the bed as we just couldnt bring ourselves to touch the bedding. The shower was covered in mould so we couldn't even freshen up before our new flight. The next day, after waiting 30 minutes for the lift to take our luggage down i decided to walk down the very steep winding staircase, I then fell over the top step where there was a ledge sticking out, luckily i managed to grab the bannister to stop myself falling down the stairs. We were then greeted with the most horrendous buffet, which was inedible. My daughter wanted an ice cream, they said they couldn't open the freezer all the way as it was so frozen over and she could buy whatever one she could reach. Safe to say, she didn't trust even the ice cream at this hotel. We all could not wait to leave this hotel and were sat waiting for our airport transport hours before we needed too as we just needed to be out of this hotel and it definitely tainted what had been a great holiday.

- mondeoboxerblue (2/5): WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN - We were put in this hotel when our flight was cancelled. We were a family of three and expected to be in the same room but we were given 2 rooms. The receptionist said they were not adjoining and that there was a room in between us. That was a lie. There was 6 rooms between us. When I arrived in the room , there was a bad smell. The shelves were dirty and the whole room needed a good clean. The toilet never stopped running after being flushed. The shower had never been cleaned and the sink was slightly blocked and took ages to drain. The sink was made of plastic and had large cracks in it. Overall ....the room was disgusting. Nearly all the staff could not speak English and never tried to communicate with any of us. In fact , they just looked the other way when you went anywhere near them. There was a swimming pool but it was dirty and the tiled floor was very dangerous when wet. Several people slipped and some even fell over. The food looked disgusting and I just ate the chips and bread. I checked the reviews for the hotel and it appears several before us ended up with bad stomachs after eating the food from the restaurant, The reviews also said that the hotel was rated 73 out of 73 in Antalya. my feeling is that if you lowered it by another 100 to 173 out of 73 it would have been closer. It does make me wonder what number 72 was like. Terrible hotel and good luck to any other passengers , from cancelled flights that gets put in this hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED EASYJET. THIS HOTEL IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN
- ym485 (2/5): Avoid it while you can! - We were placed here along with 200 other passengers due to our flight being cancelled. They told us this would be a nice 5 star hotel, and that made us get our hopes up. Turned out this place is only being held open by aviation companies like TUI, Easy-Jet, ect. After we arrived they took our passports for what seemed like forever, we could not get them back. And the room is absolutely horrible! There are cracks in the windows, the beds have dirty stains and the shower is held together by tape. If that wasn’t enough, on the 8th floor was a leakage from the rooftop swimming pool. The staff aren’t friendly nor helpful and they are rather cold. TUI explained the situation after a night of terrible sleep just to tell us they know nothing! The food makes you think you’ll get food poisoning. Scrambled eggs at breakfast that taste like rubber, not fresh and made the day(s) before. Same thing with the other food. The rooms are also stuffy (same with the halls to the rooms which smell discusting and old because there’s no fresh air) and hot due to the airconditioning not working, and if that wasn’t enough.. maybe the broken walls, unsafe power connecters and cockroaches will! Avoid this hotel while you can!..
- Voyage05182518895 (2/5): Avoid of you can - We were sent here by easyjet holidays after a cancelled flight . Yes it's as bad as everyone says ,didn't risk the food based on other reviews and seeing the general condition of the hotel didn't want to risk it. We had to move rooms as on arrival at 230 am we went to our original room and water was dripping from the ceiling directly onto our sons bed ,not too far from the exposed light fitting !! When I told reception, just a shrug of shoulders and a new room was given instead . The smell was awful but at least no dripping water from the ceiling . Just think it's shocking that easyjet holidays use it and are happy to send their customers there !
- SKISI (2/5): Terrible - We were put here by Jet2 as our flight was cancelled. It was honestly the worst experience and a terrible end to our holiday. There was no aircon , it smelt , it was dirty and felt unsafe. Beds are dirty, the floors are dirty, the pool is dirty, the soft play is dirty. Definitely not a place for kids. The food is inedible and is out all the time . You have to pay for drinks. I couldn’t believe Jet2 put us up in this hotel. They should have some care of duty for their customers. Many people from our flight opted to sleep in the airport rather than here.

Filthy rooms, terrible food, and dirt everywhere. Truly the worst experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Five stars? Absolutely baffling.
- 142craige (2/5): Not nice - I can only repeat what everyone else has written about this place to date. - Rooms very basic, old, aging decor - room door couldn’t be locked from the inside, you just had a chain; room number on the wall outside - if it was red it wasn’t occupied, if it was green it was. Safety concerns particularly as there was no security at all - passports collected in and held for minimum of two hours. Room number stuck on them indicating where you were - rooms incredibly hot; air con was hit and miss - some rooms it seemed to work, others it didn’t - beds were comfy but not made up. Bed linen just left on the bed for us to make up ourselves - food AWFUL. Bland, very limited choice, quickly lost heat. I can see why some people got food poisoning from their stay - the staff clearly didn’t want to be there. No pride or passion for their work. Rude. Begrudgingly gave you drinks when you asked for them. My wife went to get us a drink with our evening meal but was told she could only have one, so I had to go and get my own! My one star is for the shower which was warm and powerful The hotel is used by airlines for cancelled flights and I am shocked that they still use it considering the reviews of the place. Unfortunately you are in the hands of the airline and so we had to put up with this. Thank God it was only for one night!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our flight was cancelled by Jet2 and a lot of families with small children were given this cockroach infested hotel. I would give the score a minus if I could. Staff are rude, hardly speak any English, only thing available was water and a hot drink, no soft drinks as they would have to be bought. Dirty hot bedrooms, made us itch all over, brown 70s style decor. Ask yourself one question, why would so many rooms be available . Rubbish and unsafe area. Food poisoning a guarantee, never seen a water melon where the juices we sucked out due to being left out for weeks upon weeks.
- clairl943 (2/5): Absolutely awful hotel, DO NOT STAY here!!! - We got placed here by easyjet after our flight was cancelled. From the outside the hotel looks decent and so did the reception area, when we got to our rooms, that's when you saw the real problems with this hotel. First off when you enter the room the heat and smell hits you in the face. I can't even describe the smell, its nothing like I have ever smelt before. The rooms are dark and dingy, bed sheets are dirty, there was brown stains and a hole. The toilet had brown stuff all over the toilet seat. Sink also had what looked like a cigarette burn and was very dirty. Also our view from the window looked like something from the slums, I dont think the area is very safe. We didnt even take a chance with the food so unable to comment on that but please dont ever stay here. Its definitely not a 5 star hotel. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star.
- carlanQ1280JF (2/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS - We got places here by a easyJet flight cancellation, the windows were filthy, floors left my feet dirty after walking around for 1 minute, the shower was hanging on for dear life, had a brown mark left in the toilet, water stains on ceiling, half the shower door was off and the rooms stank. Eat from the pizza place down the road because the food was worse than dust, you could make the chicken into powder, the eggs were green and the fruit either wasn’t ripe or mouldy, they tried to charge us 15 euro each to eat even though easyJet said it was all inclusive, and u could only have disgusting water or manky hot drinks for free, other drinks were 3 euro each, every food wasn’t good, the cats were eating from of the food, the only person from my family who ate got diahorea. Do not get placed here by any airline.
- Sheffash (2/5): AVOID (AIRPORT CANCELLATION HOTEL) - Placed here by TUI after a UK flight was cancelled, honestly I’ve never seen anything like it. Every aspect of the hotel was disgusting, the rooms stank when you walked in, the walls were grimly splatted with remnants from the last visitors. The bathroom looked like something out of a horror film. The food was out and left open for all the bugs to eat and sit in so we didn’t eat and there is a sign saying do not bring your own food and drink in (not a chance we were listening to that) Honestly do not stay here if you have a choice it’s not a safe place.

The bathroom was dirty, the carpet was peeling, mold was on the ceiling, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. There were cigarette butts on the balcony, loose wiring, and stained bed sheets. Upon arrival, there was no communication about meals, and we went 27 hours without food due to TUI's lack of information. This poor service and lack of cleanliness are unacceptable. I request compensation and an improvement in communication and standards.
- Nic2016 (4/5): Put here after Jet2 cancelled flight - What can I say... I was mortified being transferred here after a Jet2 delayed flight. Alarm bells ringing straight away - if you can get 2 coach loads of families booked here in peak season there has got to be something wrong with the hotel. So we checked trip advisor before we got here. On entering the hotel it looked nice BUT on closer inspection what a dump! Check in process simple but staff aren’t very welcoming. They also keep your passports which I am not keen on but had no choice. 6am check in by time we got there to be told check out at 12:00 & breakfast at 7am. Wasn’t going to be eating after the reviews I saw! Got to room & various issues. Threshold not even fastened down so tripped into the room. Room was big - one large family suite with 2 singles & sofa also bathroom at one side & other room double bed & bathroom. Room was 35° with very poor aircon so zero sleep. Floor filthy, my feet were black after walking round for a few minutes. Most things broken or didn’t work adequately. We did have bedding & curtains unlike most of the other people. Went to investigate food they put on at lunch, saw kitchen & if it was in UK food standards would have closed it down. All food looked like reheated slop! So we did NOT eat & I can see why so many people reported food poisoning on other trip advisor reviews. Hardly anyone in our delayed flight party ate - was not worth the risk. You can’t have cans of pop, bottled water or icecreams without having to pay (not really all inclusive then is it)! We just went hungry until back at the airport. Rather pay out than get ill! The area didn’t seem too welcoming either - didn’t dare walk out to find a shop to get snacks!!! This hotel must literally make its business from cancelled/delayed flights, probably charge airlines a fortune too. Didn’t see any guests at the hotel other than the people on our flight. Airlines definitely need to do their due diligence before using this place again. I have put a report in to Jet2 in hope people don’t have to go to this dump.

Curtains hanging off. Holes in walls. My daughter ended up in hospital the next day with food poisoning. If easy jet try and put you in there say no Also no bedding
- ma070379 (2/5): Absolute hole! - Put here in the early hours, after a shambolic flight reschedule by Easyjet. Hotel is terrible. Dirty, rooms are not adequate and it’s in the ghetto. The breakfast was terrible, so much so that we walked to the local Migros for snacks. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, it’s as bad as can be.
- amylouisep171 (2/5): Put here due to cancelled flight - Wizz air cancelled our flight and gave us this accommodation… feral!! it’s like a hostel! It’s dirty and grotty!! Our beds had no sheets or covers, just mattress with little throws on the end of them. The shampoos and conditioners were half used and one was even still open. All the sides was dirty and the toilet still had wee in from I’m guessing the customer before us. The floor is filthy my socks were white and now brown covered in bits off the floor. The staff are useless, took two hours to get sheets and by then it was 11:30 at night! The aircon didn’t work pumping hot air into the room, making it even hotter. The mini fridge in the room didn’t work due to exposed wires and it being broken. Food was poor, cold and gross. Tv didn’t work to try pass the time & no where to put suitcases as room was tiny so had to go infront of the door also blocking the bathroom door at the same time!
- satnamd2024 (2/5): Avoid this hotel and shame on you EasyJet for putting your customers in this place - Due to our EasyJet flight being cancelled they put us up in this hotel. It was horrible. The room air conditioning didn't work nor did it work in the 2nd room they put us in, the bed sheets were disgusting and many people were complaining about being sick after they'd eaten food there. How can EasyJet use this place - probably because they don't care about their customers. Going to avoid EasyJet from now on. Sky Business Hotel should come with a health warning.

On reading reviews on before actually arriving I was concerned. But on arrival thought actually looks ok and thought maybe this place just gets bad reviews because is inconvenient after having a flight cancelled. Very wrong started off in family room air con was never going to cool the room down was pretty much useless . Pee stains and god knows what on the pull out bed sheets that we asked to be replaced. In the morning I got up and went to the pool for a swim. They had a full set up of food in the glass cabinet that was told by people that was there at 3am in the morning and was still sitting there at 5pm the following night when we was leaving still for someone unfortunate enough to buy. I went for breakfast luckily enough by myself I opened the scrambled egg that looked fermented. Luckily enough I never eat any as was a family that was there 4 people were all sick another lady we mets husband was sick plus multiple other people also all eat the eggs. They refused to let you bring in any drinks or snacks to take to your room or the hotel . Even with 4 children insisted you brought from them at £5 a can of drink. They were even searching people’s back pack to make sure people weren’t bringing any drinks or food in. I see people describe as being like a prison and hell hole and would agree . Easy jet and Tui are an absolute disgrace to send anyone there and is the only hotel that has that sort of availability for a real good reason. If you can book another hotel and claim your money back. Please please don’t eat any of the food. Is a kebab shop a few hundred meters up the road on the opposite side is so good and cheap .
- L6655YBjanicew (2/5): AVOID THIS DISGUSTING , FILTHY HOTEL - Due to our flight with Easyjet being cancelled we were transported to this hotel for the night.. On arrival we noticed it was 5stars until we entered. Staff are very rude and arrogant, not helpful. When we eventually got to our room the smell was disgusting when we opened the door and the heat was immensely hot. No TV on the wall, cables hanging out of the wall. No kettle but there was a kettle base. Rubbish in bins. No bottled water apart from 2 half used bottles. Dust was very thick on shelf. No fridge. Bedding was stained resulting in we did not sleep in the single beds. Bathroom was disgusting, used toilet paper in the bin, toilet seat stained, scum on walls, cracked floor tiles, 1 bath towel. We were told that food and drinks apart from alcoholic drinks would be supplied. Due to the hotel being filthy we decided not to eat in the restaurant, I asked for a Coke and was being charged €15 ,, didn’t buy so I asked for a bottle of water in which I got 2 hours later and it was warm.. I would not let a animal stay in this hotel.. It needs closing down..

The mirror in the bathroom smashed when we were in bed . The ceiling was peeling , people got food poisoning from the food they paid for in the hotel so we couldnt eat in the hotel and we tried to bring food from the shop in and they were not letting us come in . The manager was not nice to the customers . We were put here as a result of our flight being cancelled . Being put in a hotel like this was simply not good enough

The General Director, Nurten Sari, took time out of her busy schedule every single day to help my children and I. The staff at this hotel were exceptional with helping us. They were an absolute Godsend. They took care of my children and I for the 4 days we were there. Nurten treated us like family. I am forever grateful to Nurten and all the staff at this hotel
- Guide52495756645 (2/5): The worst hotel of the world - A nightmare hotel. Horrible smell of sewer in all rooms, broken switches, stains on beds and toilets. No hand towels in washrooms, a dump, staff very unprofessional and lie, a generator that will not let you sleep the whole night, dirty bedsheets, breakfast so bad and food so unhygienic that many guests had food poisoning. This hotel should be closed. It is a dark spot on the face of Antalya. We were put in thus by easy jet. Will take easy jet to court for treating us like that...just stay away from this s**** hole. The worst hotel of the world....

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
- M7787TOsarahs (2/5): Don't do it! - Don't do it! Literally the worst place I've ever stayed. We were placed here by TUI after a flight cancellation. The airport would have been my preferred choice. It was absolutely filthy, the curtains didn't close, there was a building site outside, and we were woken up (yes that's right) by the smell or raw sewage. Medication was taken from the fridge in our room and their answer..... I should contact my travel insurance to claim! If you are told you are going here for emergency accommodation I suggest you refuse. It's not 5 star it is absolutely vile.
- V2535SBirenes (2/5): Very very strange , didn’t stay didn’t feel safe at all - We got put in this hotel after the flight was delayed at the airport with easy jet and after reading the other reviews it looks like this is the hotel everyone gets sent to. At the beginning we was just happy to be anywhere else than the airport seeing as our flight was at 5am all I wanted to do was go to sleep , after checking in and handing our passports over (which made me uncomfortable to leave it with them but everyone was ) got the room key we went to the lifts which were so confusing it took several attempts to get the the correct floor but got there in the end , went in the room it was fine no issues with the bed or the cleanliness, from the other reviews maybe we just got lucky!?. When we came in it had like a small passage way from the main door to another door which then was the room with bed and then a door from there to the shower room/ toilet , After turning the air con on getting changed to sleep putting phones on charge etc and laying down was when things started to seem strange , after going to toilet the toilet dripping was excessive so closed the door while doing so the door handle fell off into my hand , I put it back on and looked around more , I opened the room door which lead to the passage to the main door and could see the chain for the main door was broken as if the door had been kicked open , this lead me to think why would a hotel need 2 doors to get into the room, was it so it takes longer for someone to get in to give u more time to hide perhaps, the bathroom door handle coming off on the outside only would mean you can lock yourself in the bathroom and it only be opened from the inside , why would someone need or want to do that , what has happened in this room? Feeling very uncomfortable I turned to google and googled the area , bad idea as I found information about organisations that I which I knew less about in the area , knowing my passport was not with me if anything happened I would have no way to get home or be identified I went down and as I approached reception, every passport for every person who checked in of the delayed flight was just opposite the reception desk all layed out in the open , after asking for mine and my partners , we had stickers on them with the door number of the room we was staying , there was no security at the door , anyone could have walked in and taken every single passport and knew exactly which room the person was in , also they have green and red lights outside the rooms to show which ones are occupied, so in the case of anything happening being quiet and pretending no one is in the room wouldn’t even be an option as the hotel is basically telling anyone and everyone which rooms have people in , I felt extremely extremely unsafe in this hotel to the point I was thinking of messages to send my children if it was the last time they spoke to me . We left and paid about £80 for a cab back to our resort which is in a tourist area being safer , as we still had the room their until 12pm checkout then paid again to go back to the airport , I’d have paid double to feel safe and know that I’m getting back home to my children , this was a very odd hotel not in the safest of areas which isn’t ment for tourists it is a business hotel , a coach full of tourists pulling up at 5 in the morning with no security on the door is literally asking for trouble in a bot so rich country that has on going organisations that are known for hostage situations with British people, maybe thinking this was a coach full of rich business people being it is a business hotel?! I’m shocked no one else has picked up on this or felt uncomfortable on any of the reviews , hopefully people stay vigilant and do research of an area in a foreign country before just staying anywhere because I couldn’t be paid to stay here
- Blondebabesmum (6/5): Definitely not 5* but better than sleeping in the airport - We were put in this hotel for 2 nights by TUI due to flight cancellations. We arrived at 2.30am so staggered to our room bleary eyed. Despite no smoking signs in the room there was a strange odour of cigarettes and incense. Shower room was perfectly acceptable with complimentary products (didn’t use them as not sure what was what as they weren’t labelled). Tea/coffee making facilities Smallest of fridges but kept water cold. Aircon worked well but took a while to get the room temperature down. There is a roof top pool with sun-loungers/ small but perfectly fine TUI stated it was an All Inclusive stay. Meals were very basic but enough to tide us over. Drinks - no alcohol. Soft drinks were available but seemed to run out a lot . Perhaps the hotel was not expecting such a large flight to come in. Lots of building work outside the hotel but this didn’t affect our stay. A mosque is next door so some guests were woken at 5am by the call to morning prayer. A range of local supermarkets within walking distance - some only take Turkish Lira but this wasn’t a problem for us and we were able to stack up on snacks.
- natalievenn (6/5): Very basic hotel - Stayed here for 2 nights due to TUI flight being cancelled (not their fault). Check in was smooth considering the entire plane was in the reception. Room key didn’t work at first but was quickly replaced. Room has 2 single beds, kettle (with tea and coffee), tv, wardrobe (with coat hangers, slippers, duvets and pillows), very small fridge. Bathroom has shower, hair dryer (poor quality) and towels. Roof top pool was clean with quite a few sun beds. No towels that we could see. Great views of Antalya and beyond. Whole hotel looks modern and relatively clean. Breakfast was basic but had cheeses, bread, fruit and a small selection of hot food. Dinner, like breakfast, was basic but had rice, pasta, chicken, salad (no fruit). We didn’t go to lunch but assume it’s similar. Soft drinks and water available (when they ran out they managed to get more delivered by the evening). Plenty of shops locally to buy snacks. Loads of shops - clothes, supermarkets etc. Take Lira not euros as they prefer this. Not a touristy area so don’t expect any locals to speak English. Not a great hotel at all (!) but thankful for TUI to put us up for free with all inclusive food and drinks. Thanks for the hotel for putting us up at VERY short notice. Would not recommend here to stay unless your flight is cancelled.
- MalanaConnick (2/5): Worth being demolished. - After our Tui flight being cancelled the Tui reps informed us we’d be travelling to the Sky Business hotel which was 20 minutes from the airport. We had to stay here overnight untill our new flights the next day. After arriving to this hotel at 3am with a five year old and a 10 month old we noticed straight away ‘5 stars’ as you entered the entrance. We were happy knowing they accommodated us to a nice place at such short notice. However after 170 people entered to check in, when it was our turn we asked for a room that sleeps two adults and two children one needing a travel cot. They sent us to floor 6 and as we opened the door we were surprised to see a single small room with two single beds. So after dragging 5 cases upstairs my partner ran back down to ask for another room. They then moved us to floor 8 to a business suite. When we opened the door to this room we were gobsmacked. Dirty filthy room, poo stains in the toilet, dirty sink and shower and just the beds made. As soon as we stepped in the room we had to leave not only for the filth but the heat levels inside. Having a 10 month old and being in a room that must have been easy 40+ degrees I refused to sleep in there when their aircon did not work. So by this point it was 5am both my children were yet to go to sleep my partner had to go back down to reception and asked to be moved for the second time. They then moved us to the same floor but a different room which did indeed have enough beds. However this room was also disgusting, dirty cotton buds on the floor, poo stains in toilet, empty shampoo bottles in shower, food crumbs all over the table, dirty sink, bugs floating round and crawling on the wallpaper. Then as for the travel cot…..wow. The mattress was doubled over with a huge gap down the side which was a complete death trap. It also was ripped all down the side with tons of crumbs and plastic bits underneath. Shocking. By this point it was 5:30am and we had to settle. My baby had to sleep in his pram as I refused to allow him to sleep in the cot for safety reasons and we all slept on top of the quilts. I could not wait to leave this hotel. The ‘security guards’ downstairs just had such a rude ora about them, no smiles no asking if anyone needed help they just circled the floor like they were important but in-fact gave a very rude vibe. We totally understand 170 people trying to check in is huge but I would have rather we waited for my room to be cleaned then being made to check into it dirty. All we were offered to eat was chicken nuggets and some…salad…food was vile I tried some koleslow disgusting!! It looked like it had been sat there all day. Restaurant was filthy. My partner took my 5 year old into the soft play area as he has done a lot of sitting around and my partner being rather laid back about things told me the soft play area was absolutely disgusting everything in there being dirty and grimy. I had just stayed in a 4 star hotel for 2 weeks (Pegasus Royal) and this 5 star business hotel was disgraceful compared to the Pegasus. The sky business hotel was beautiful inside and even the rooms were nicely decorated but It just shows you could have the poshest hotel in the world but if it’s so badly run, like this was, it’s worth being demolished. Cleanliness is key in my eyes more than what it looks like. I have attached some photos of the last room we had to result in sleeping in and attempting to get to sleep by 6am. Disgusted is an understatement. As we were popping up and down there was at least 10 other people complaining about the same issues we were.
