• Rio (10/5): - Maria was there to greet me when I got to Elea and she was so friendly. She gave me a ton of recommendations for things to do around the island. The room itself was small and cute but just what I needed as a home base after every night. I got a ton of rest and the beds were comfortable. The views of the sunset and sunrise from here are incredible. The port area is a short 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. I had a car (later swapped to an ATV) that helped me navigate around. She's got a large parking lot that you can park in.

If you're driving , there is one precarious part of the road after turning from the main road that we did not like but we couldn't avoid it. Otherwise everything was great!

She always checked on us during our stay and was even kind enough to drive me to the hospital when I was unwell. The property is clean and quiet with a nice view of the sea in the distance. • David (10/5): - Very very satisfied with the stay. Upon the arrival, Maria greeted with a big smile. Check in was fast and efficient. She was helpful and attentive. The room was clean, big bed, TV, strong AC, closet, mini fridge, coffee machine and some kitchenware. The bathroom was a but small but was ok. The view of the water and Milos town was very nice. I strongly suggest to rent a car since the hotel location requires some walking. Thank you, Maria again for her hospitality.
• Victoria (10/5): - Great stay! Nice option for those who don’t mind being a fair distance from the Adamas port, which is the downtown centre with all the food and beautiful easy access free beaches. Just be careful of the washroom shower temperatures that can fluctuate if many people are using the shower at the same time. Many reviews say that you can walk there within 30 minutes, but we would highly recommend taking a taxi from the ferry port to the hotel! It is not an easy walk because there are barely any sidewalks, and rough/ unpaved areas. But, for the price point, it was awesome! Otherwise, if you are walking back from the port at night, You might want to use your cell phone, flashlight, as you were walking along the same same one lane road as other cars whizzing by you. The room itself was immaculate, strong AC, spacious, clean, with a great view of the ocean from a slight elevation. The front courtyard is great for photos with two beautiful palm trees, and sun beds. My husband was ecstatic at how close the Sarakiniko beach was, it is a 30 minute walk (Just be sure to leave early to walk to the beach, in cooler temperatures, and to bring a hat or UV umbrella for the walk back, because it can get quite windy and blisteringly hot)! The host is wonderful too, the office and her residence is downstairs, and she is happy to help with any questions. Thank you again!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Cute little stay cay - We absolutely loved staying at Elea studios, Maria was so helpful and accomodating! The only thing that could improve was the bathroom - it was really small and outdated. The room also said “garden view” and it wasn’t exactly a garden to look at but overall we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Lovely shared verander with table and chairs. Only thing that let the room down was the older stye bathroom so perhaps a deluxe room anther time.Overall really enjoyed our stay and great value.

The property was clean, easily accessible but would recommend hiring a car or quad bike as the property is a bit of a walk and during the summer heat it can be exhausting. The only thing I would mention is that the shower isn’t separated from/in the toilet/bathroom so you do end up wetting the toilet when showering.

Although it is small, we were able to easily make it work for my wife and I and our little baby. I would definitely stay here again in the future

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Our stay here was amazing! The rooms were extremely clean and the host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful! It is within walking distance of the port (~1.5 km) although it is a bit of a walk with luggage. Google maps led us slightly astray, guiding us to use the foot paths and cut through the private property of “Santa Maria Village Resort & Spa”. I would avoid using the foot paths and rather take a right as you exit the port and continue to walk along the main road/water; there will be two signs, one on the main road and one on a side road, both of which are lefts turns and say “Elea Milos”, that will direct you! Overall, our stay here was everything and more than what we expected!

This family-run apartment house is spotlessly clean and has spacious room. Balcony view facing the sea is the best! This is the best price you can find in Milos with the great geographical position, Maria’s house is strategically located near the ferry port and easily accessible to arrive in Sarakiniko beach , Pollonia & Plaka. Supermarket near the house and local Greek Tavern ! This house is the best as they have fixed x2 water filter cylinder THAT MEANS WATER FROM TAP is drinkable! I was head over moon for the clean water & THANK YOU Dimitri for showing me the water filters at the yard. The host really work their way to provide the best service for all their guests and i am more than blessed to have booked 4 days at Elea’s House! Room amenities are very well equipped, toaster and electric kettle has been of great use during my stay. Dimitri says in next summer the olives field will be fully decorated and make a beautiful garden! I’m hopeful to return again in 2023! Maria & family, thank you very much for having me 🙏 💖

The owner, Maria, has been really kind and it is clear that she do her job with passion and experience. In few minutes you can easily reach minimarket and other services. Great ratio quality price, really comfortable and beautiful place. Strategical position.
