Towels were nice, the beds were very comfortable, there were two pillows foreach person There was a smell of a kitchen inside the room, the hotel is practically at Ladadika. The window was looking at somehow inner yard and was not possible to enter a fresh air. as there was also a smell of a kitchen. also at night the air condition was quite noisy and it was not possible to stop it as this is centralized controlled one.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality stood out, especially the thoughtful birthday gesture of sparkling wine and a personal greeting, which meant a lot to me and made our stay even more special. Combined with the hotel’s elegance, comfort, and excellent location, the experience exceeded our expectations and left us with wonderful memories as a family. There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations.

• Maxine (7/5): Nice, but could have been have been better. - The bed was lovely. The hotel was grand. Despite being surrounded by restaurants and bars , the room was remarkably quiet! The staff were lovely, I got a fabulous breakfast to go at 6am. Honestly, the location was fabulous, if the group invested a bit more in this hotel, they could charge much higher prices. The bathroom smelled mouldy and of damp, and the carpets on the staircase were filthy.

Perfect location near to car parking garage, old Ladadika part of the city, and near to Aristotelles squire, departments store and new and the old port. Everything were at walking distance Breakfast should be better for 4 star hotel. Staff was very professional, good wi-fi Everything was very good and above my expectation, definitely I will be back soon at the same hotel for my next trip to Thessaloniki

• Elimeidan (9/5): - Bristol hotel is an Historical hotel full of charm and dignity. You can Easily imagine you have taken a step back to 1940. I have a passion for historical hotels like Pera Palace in Istanbul and King David Jerusalem. The Bristol has this same atmosphere. I was reading many reviews in booking .com of visitors disappointed with the breakfast. I even wrote to the management about it before arriving. I can definitely confirm that the breakfast is excellent. The rooms and suites are all different. The corner executive rooms are the best and the Suites are beautiful. Suite 204 where we have stayed looks like a 1930 to 1940 rooms . Beautiful. Then comes the location. All around the hotel is Laddadika the vibrant night life center . Been here on Christmas with people celebrating 🎉 everywhere was beautiful. The room is well sound Isolated so we have slept every well in a huge bed. This is a mistake done in many hotels.and in a historical hotel it's even a worse mistake. Never ..never never use cool white led lighting anywhere in an hotel. Not in the rooms ..not in your restaurant or dining rooms. Only warm yellow light. We have asked to change light bulbs in our suite. It is always amazing me how managements can spend Thousands of dollars on design and kill totally the atmosphere with a two dollar cool white bulb.

Gayet temiz, düzgün, sessiz sakin, her türlü imkan da mevcuttu. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, çok nazik, hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi, sipariş edebileceğimiz ekstra yumurta seçenekleri de dahildi, kısacası çok güzeldi. Sadece tuvalet kapısının buzlu cam ve aralıklı olması, bizim için pek uygun gelmedi.

The hotel is old style fashioned, which is nice for who love the old style. The overall bathroom was cleaned every day, however, the bath itself had mold stains which maybe could be removed.
