Adewale (8/5): A nice place to stay when on vacation - The location is excellent. A very quiet neighborhood. Building is very much superb. Breakfast was good and did enjoyed it. The fact that the air conditioner was not cool enough.
Balqis (10/5): Exceptional - Adis Hotel, situated in an excellent location with top-notch security, boasts a friendly staff. I highly endorse this hotel, particularly the Adis Hotel Prime, to anyone. My stay was so enjoyable that I opted to extend it, eventually transitioning to the Adis Hotel Prime. The owner is also incredibly pleasant. Adis Hotel Prime truly feels like a home away from home, and I'll certainly be booking here again, especially the Prime Hotel.

Adesola (10/5): The hotel is a valuable choice. - The hotel has accommodating staff. The room is spacious. They have a comfortable mattress that allows their guests to sleep well. The hotel gives a variety of complementary breakfasts and well-prepared meals. In my view, the hotel is decent and meets one's expectations, where the hotel ensures your needs are met. I will surely recommend this hotel to other guests. Moreover the hotel is situated in a quiet urban area.
Adebayo (8/5): Memorable. My kids wanted to stay longer - Breakfast was really nice, especially the American breakfast and the rooms very clean Nothing really just the bed was soft. Thats personal though.

Louis (9/5): Great Staff, Tasty Meals, but make sure it’s Adis Prime. - I eventually stayed at Adis Prime and I loved the experience. The room was very nice and spacious with good facilities in the room. Also, the food was so delicious and well prepared, however, you MUST place your order well in advance as it takes them time to deliver. The owner literally warned us saying “Don’t get hungry before you order your food”. Three major things I loved about this hotel is that the Owner is a very kind man, the staff are very respectful, and they give you all the information you need to help you make informed decisions about your stay. I wish the internet was faster though, but yeah, it happens. I didn’t like the confusion caused by the (I think) old Adis and the (newer) Adis Prime. I took a taxi to Adis Prime and was redirected, so I had to walk over and then back again because it was not a nice place and they turn off the light for several hours daily. But the Owner/Manager was very nice to get us an upgraded room at the Adis Prime. This, sort of, compensated for the stress.

Richard (2/5): - Not a good experience at Adis. A young man asked if he could clean the room one morning. After a couple of minutes I realised I'd left my backpack with a lot of cash in it in the room. He'd left the door open as you do for hotel cleaning and as I approached the young man had his hand about a foot inside my backpack. I told another member of staff and all she said was that the hotel had 'never' had a complaint of theft. The experience just left me feeling nervous and unsafe. Rooms have no safety boxes and the older building I was in had no general safety box. In general, the older of two buildings at the hotel is pretty worn.

Segun (8/5): - It was a pleasant surprise to find a hotel in my country that is focused on function over form and delivering quality service to clients. Small but functional with staff who know how to respond to issues promptly for an overall impressive stay. When there was problem with the bathroom they quickly gave us another room to shower in the morning. When one of us realised he forgot his toothbrush, they promptly gave us another. Very smooth stay and we look forward to staying there again when we visit Ibadan

Patricia (10/5): - The property was as expected and exactly as described. Although it was pricier than some other hotels in the area, it was worth it for the comfort. I stayed in the executive suite. It was spacious enough for two people and includes free breakfast. The king bed has a memory foam topper and memory foam pillows. There was also 24 hour electricity and hot water with lots of pressure. They don’t cut the A/C or water pressure off mid-day (trust me, it matters!). Furthermore, the entire hotel was clean.
Olufemi (8/5): simple and sweet - this was my second stay at the hotel and I was not disappointed. The hotel is located in a serene part of Ibadan which makes your stay a relaxing one. The rooms are clean and there was no smell of damp which is my pet peeve in most hotels. The food is also good though I would have liked my fish grilled a little browner. The staff are helpful and courteous. It is a good short stay hotel that has the basics that you need.
