• dixon (9/5): Stay at Sinclair Buildings in Central Sheffield in April 2026 - Everything was sparkling clean. Enough crockery, cutlery to make it worthwhile putting on dishwasher every 2 days. Smelled really fresh. Stayed there before and was really happy to find we had inadvertently booked same place as my sister booked 2 years previously! Good value. I'm a bit useless at showers and would probably have benefitted from some instructions! My brother had no problems whatsoever though! Salt and pepper/tea bags, instant coffee, sugar and dishwasher tabs were supplied but nothing else. You will need your own oil etc. Probably worth knowing that it's a busy area at weekend nights. My brother and I always have to book double rooms for just the one of us but seemed good value nevertheless. Will definitely stay there again.

• andrew (9/5): Great location and clean spacious apartment - Great location, comfy bed, not as much street noise as I expected, really clear instructions from host Extraction in bathrooms seemed to be not working so quickly became steamy and smells from toilet lingered. Couldn’t get the heating to work despite clear instructions left by host but a sunny weekend so no harm done

Convenient for seeing city. Maybe just me, and just a small point to improve, but breathable bedding could increase bed comfort.

• Susan (10/5): Lovely apartment-we will be back! - The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Loads of storage space and plenty of places to hang clothes. The availability of covered parking and a lift mean that it may be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs. The entry details and directions were excellent, and the staff on the contact telephone number were friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing. We really like the apartment and will return! But it is worth stating that this is a city centre apartment, and the area around the building can get very lively on a Friday/Saturday night! It was not an issue for us, but potential renters should be aware.
• Else (9/5): Will book again when revisiting Sheffield! - Building is in the middle of university buildings, restaurants and a supermarket, all just a few minutes walking distance. Apartment is spacious and light. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. The parking also worked out really well.

• Dr Annette Nicolle (8/5): Handy for the University - A spacious, comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Not disturbed by street noise even though it was busy outside on the Saturday. Restaurants and grocery shops within a couple of minutes walk. Handy for the University. Check in was straightforward and communication from the company was great. Car parking is challenging - under the building, quite tight spaces and reverse parking only, but I did expect that.

• Michelle (9/5): The next time we visit Sheffield, we will surely stay here again. - the bed was very comfortable and the location is strategic. There are restaurants and shops around. We really appreciate the living area space. The Kitchen facility is also very much appreciated - we used the microwave, fridge, plates/glass/cutleries. We were not able to open the balcony, the key was not working. It's okay though. It's our first time to stay in a hotel wherein we need to throw the trash ourselves. Probably because it is really not a hotel, but more of an apartment.

Kitchen and lounge area huge space for socialising and eating meals. Very quiet street so no noise at night. it was mentioned toiletries were provided however between 6 people we had 2 sachets of shampoo and conditioner . Luckily we brought our own. There is also a boots across the road if you did forget anything. more places to hang up coats and towels would be good.

• Takayuki (9/5): Felt very much at home for my family - What I liked about this place was its fantastic access, both to the city center and the suburbs, which was great for getting around Sheffield. In addition to the facilities, like the underground parking, and the operational aspects, such as the quality of the room cleaning, the reservation team's response to my questions was excellent. Based on past guest feedback, I felt that a point for improvement would be the slight musty smell in the bathroom, particularly with the amenities and the bath itself.

• Susannah (9/5): Clean, spacious central apartment - The apartment was very spacious, particularly the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Everywhere was clean, including communal areas, and it was great to have the parking option. Nicely decorated, it was perfect for our needs as somewhere to relax and be able to cook at home. Communication with the hosts was great, and they were very helpful and accommodating. The check-in instructions were very clear, and easy to follow. The only minor issue was that the bedroom curtains were very light - a bit darker would help in summer months. It was noisier on the Friday night, but I wasn't bothered by that, and felt it was a fair trade for being so close to amenities, which was helpful.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Well presented flat, with everything you need. Photos were representative of what we found. Straightforward instructions on how to enter/leave the premises. We would have been really happy, if it wasn’t for the noise - having windows open during the day, was very noisey and shut at nighttime, made rooms a little stuffy and didn’t completely shut out the noise. Whilst rooms are soundproofed, they could not cushion the noise from the trams, tram repair works or closing time at the numerous late night clubs and bars nearby. A restless night. A couple of minor maintenance issues - handle on kitchen draw, noisy air extraction, sliding door to bedroom not fully shutting that need attention.

• Wanda (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was clean and tidy with easy access to town. We were up early each morning as the curtains don't block out the light, so wide awake as soon as the sun rise occurred. Quite noisy on Saturday night in the early hours with folk out drinking
• Susan (10/5): Large 2bedroomed apartment - Large airy apartment. Noise from the street could be heard, but we were tired from site seeing so it hardly disturbed our sleep. Lively part of town, lots of places to eat and drink . We walked to everything and left the car in Cavendish Road carpark 3 minutes away for £6 per 24 hours.
