• Choi (6/5): We encountered noisy at midnight fm Friday to Sunday since the location is nearly the pubs. - Location is very convenient! We think the cooking utensils are rusty and some of them aren't clean enough. Besides, the water from the shower is very easy to split out which makes inconvenience to us. The lighting in the living room aren't enough and more lighting would be recommended.

• The (10/5): Great place and location. - Apartment 303 was spot on. Clean, good size and everything we needed. Someone had parked in our carpark space on arrival but I was given a full refund for the parking and an alternative place to park. Excellent customer service.

• Robert (8/5): Very good - Was very well equipped and furnished. Lovely decor and very well soundproofed. Appreciated the secure parking. Wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Infestation of various small insects kept emerging from behind the bath panel which was a little off putting..

Suggestions are that a black out blind in the main bedroom would have helped with the light from the stairwell in the next door building. The shower screen in the main bathroom needs a new seal as a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor when showering.

Good communication from Drew when asked questions about our stay. Kitchen hob: when turned on at wall, bottom left hob came on without us turning the dial to turn it on. Bit of a faff to get the keys but they do communicate this well and is necessary because there is no reception area.

• Shireena (8/5): Pleasant stay in Sheffield - Apartment was perfect for the weekend. Had all amenities and was close to the wedding we went to on Saturday. We were unable to change the room to twin beds it would have been great if the sofa was a sofa bed.
• Leon (10/5): Absolutely amazed!!! - Can't rate this property high enough. It was perfect. We stayed at the property as a pair of couples and I couldn't of picked a better property. The pictures do not do it justice, the apartment is very big which you can't really see from the pics. The master bedroom has an onsuite which was a good surprise. So each couple had their own bathroom which was good. The balcony another good surprise that isn't pictured is amazing. It's huge and goes around the property. It is a perfect social space for us to chill outside drink and eat in the sun and at night.. The location is perfect, look off the balcony and you can see a few bars nearby and a food court which a good choice of restaurants. There's nothing I didn't like.. Exceeded my expectations.

We appreciated having space to eat breakfast and hang out. We'd love to have had a cafetiere or coffee machine (we'd brought our own coffee). Also, there were no grab rails for the bath, which didn't feel safe.

• Mark (8/5): Great location to visit the city of Sheffield. - Great Central location without a noise penalty. My wife was briefly woken one of 3 nights by singers in an inner courtyard. Apparently they were quite good. Would be tricky to find somewhere as central and have no disturbances. Covered secure car park on site was great. Whilst not unusual to pay extra for parking it did not feel very up front that this was going to be the case.

The lift wasn’t working so we had about 6 flights of stairs to climb from the car park , which was a bit tricky with heavy suitcases.

It left a stale fat smell in the vicinity. The lifts were faulty, but had been informed of this in advance, and we were only on the first floor so wasn’t too inconvenient.

• Beth (7/5): Overall, ok but probably wouldn’t book again - Spacious Comfortable The smell throughout the property, I believe it’s coming from the restaurant across the road but could do with air fresheners/diffusers I noticed their was also a hole in the wall in the master bedroom (behind door) Mould in the bathroom where the sealant is. Also needs sealant around the bath where the bath tub meets the tiles. Also noticed a few hairs around the bath that had been missed when cleaning.

The Wi-Fi was very slow., to the extent I often had to use my phone's hotspot. It had an early model flatscreen TV which was too high up on the wall, so it was like peering at an airport monitor. it was not the flat shown in the picture.

• Simone (7/5): Central but Peacefull Good Value Apartment - The apartment is spacious, modern and well located in the center of Sheffield. Once you are inside it is so quiet and peaceful you could easily forget that you are in a central location. The host tried to make things easy by providing access instructions and other helpful information. What we got was great for the price! Although the host gave comprehensive check in instructions, it is a bit overwhelming having three different postcodes for key collection, parking and apartment, it means that the check in experience isn’t so easy. We were disappointed that we were unable to access the balcony as no keys were provided. There is only a tiny make up mirror in the bedroom so it’s not great for getting ready!
