- Julianne (8/5): Location location location - Location is so handy. Signage at the airport is very poor. Be good for the hotels to get better signage at the carpark as it is very confusing. ( there is a YouTube video on how to get there that I recommend). The online check in doesn’t allow you to select an arrival time after 12:30 pm. On arrival they have self checking station and 2 staff to assist as no one knows how to work it. They could just use these staff to man the counter and do normal check-ins and not annoy everyone.

- MITCHELL (6/5): Left us wanting to explore alternatives. - Location is good. The mandatory use of a touch screen to check in. We were greeted at the door at midnight by an employee who must have been close to finishing up because he was in sneakers. Then we had to use a touchscreen with his assistance. It seemed to defeat the purpose of having said touchscreen and made the experience feel cheaper and less personal overall. Some of the fruit in the breakfast buffet was old and left us wondering if we would get sick - thankfully we didn't. We will go with the Pullman next year - hopefully it's a safer bet.

Alternatively book the shuttle service for $9pp which takes you to the domestic airport, then the international airport. Shuttle bus times start at 4am which is great for early flights. It's a 'no frills' room targeting overnight travellers.

- Karen (4/5): Location is convenient but hotel facilities are very disappointing for the price you pay. - The hotel was clean and the location was good for a late check in Rooms were very small and not reflective of the price, staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming.
No room service, after getting off a late night flight so there was no opportunity to get food.
The self service check in systems were located too high off the desk I had to stretch my neck to complete the required information

Information and signs to walk to the hotel, I got lost and had to get a taxi. At night everything is different and I don’t live in a city, so I found it terribly confusing. You don’t realise how much anxiety it adds to a flight when you land. The taxi driver wasn’t happy he had such a short trip!

We have always enjoyed staying at this property. My only observation on this trip was some of the food on sale in the cafe was not of their usual high standard.

- David (4/5): Get rid of the AI until it works!!! - Close to the airport. I was terrorised with messages to use their online checkin. I tried to use it without success and called multiple times with zero success. Finally managed to use the online check in with an unsolicited link sent via WhatsApp. The time would not allow me to check in at 4pm only 4am. Then when I arrived at the property the AI check in told me there were no rooms available. How about you get ride of AI until it works.
