• Lisa (8/5): My regular Montreal stop; pricey but has all you need. - Good pool area, good bed, convenient location , not too many kids or party people, friendly & helpful staff (all staff) Price is high; this was also the least attractive room I’ve been in here. Amenities like lotion, slippers, Qtips are disappearing, though I understand the eco argument. Drop the price accordingly & would be ok.

• Laia (10/5): - Both the location and the facilities were perfect, but the staff was even better. We were lucky enough to be welcomed by Adam, and he was exceptional. He explained everything to us perfectly and even gave us a list of places to visit and where to eat in Montreal. The service was unbeatable. Nothing related directly to the hotel. We had noisy neighbours and unpolite people in the pool.

• Sandrine (8/5): Bien. Staff génial. Proximité A1. - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnel : tout se fait facilement à pied, ce qui est un énorme avantage. Le personnel est A1, toujours accueillant et professionnel. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé le petit restaurant sur place, très chouette, avec d’excellents cocktails. Les lits étaient confortables, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Le système de ventilation était bruyant et la température devait être réajustée chaque jour, puisqu’elle semblait être modifiée après le passage du ménage. La configuration de la salle de bain (douche accessible directement depuis la chambre, pas de salle de bain) est, selon moi, moins pratique. Finalement, certains petits détails manquaient, comme des Q-tips ou d’autres accessoires que je considère de base pour un hôtel de ce calibre. De plus, les produits offerts dans la douche avaient une odeur plutôt masculine, ce qui rend l’expérience un peu moins inclusive pour la clientèle féminine.

I didn’t like the setup of the toilet and the shower how you can hear what the other person is doing in there. Not too much privacy. Other than that it was good.

• Caroline (10/5): Hotel bien situé, propre et agréable, j'y retournerai sans hésiter! - Belle chambre propre et hôtel près du centre de convention (possible d'y aller à pied). Le restaurant était très bon avec un excellent service. Le stationnement est un peu serré pour circuler mais au moins il est sécurisé.

Would stay there again. - We had wonderful suggestions for places to eat by Hotel AC Montreat Centre-ville concierge and we ate at two of the places he recommended and he was spot-on for what we told him we were looking for. The hotel was closer to Chinatown and Rue Jacques-Cartier than we thought, pleasant surprise.

• Simon (9/5): We needed a comfortable place close to downtown and all attractions and this hotel certainly delivered. - Location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. The pool and spa area was an added bonus and a welcome relaxation. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bathroom was awesome. The parking area is difficult to navigate due to tight turns and spaces but we managed.

Le prix du stationnement, les équipements dans la chambre, l état du sol dans la chambre. Il nous manquait un peignoir, après demande à l accueil, nous avons retrouvé le nouveau peignoir jeté sur le lit.

• Olena (9/5): A wonderful Montreal week-end escape. - The pool is amazing with all-around view of the city. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating and gave us a complimentary upgrade with a better view. We felt very welcomed. The restaurant is very cozy and the food was very good for both breakfast and dinner. Nothing, we liked everything. Note: some rooms face the side with another building right in front, a big difference in the view from rooms facing the city. (if this matters, otherwise all rooms are great in terms of comfort)

• Xavier (8/5): Emplacement idéal, personnel accueillant - L’emplacement car situé proche du centre et d’un food court. Le personnel très accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La salle de bain qui est ouverte sur la chambre et la douche dans un placard pour les chambres standard. Nous avions une deuxième chambre qui était premium et pour celle ci nous avions une vrai salle de bain.

• Kaci (10/5): Incredible! I’m coming back. - The room was nice and big. I liked the decor style. Bed felt comfy and clean. Service was fast when I called for stuff from the front desk. Pool and sauna and spa were awesome with incredible views. The initial room we were given. There wasn’t a separate full bathroom. Shower was in the hallway. But the staff was so nice and changed us to a room with full bathroom!

J’y suis allé pour l’anniversaire de mon copain le 13 février et le réceptionniste ce soir là m’a offert un service exceptionnel, notamment en m’aidant à réussir la surprise à mon copain. Dommage que j’ai oublié son nom. Un jeune homme très gentil, patient et serviable. L’emplacement se trouve en plain centre-ville de Montréal donc il faut être très attentif pour ne pas se perdre parmi les nombreux immeubles qui se ressemblent. Le parking aussi est un autre problème, surtout si tu ne choisis pas celui de l’hôtel.

• neilsX4537MR (8/5): A good downtown choice - The location is excellent. Walkable to the city center and old montreal in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is what you would expect of a first class hotel and service and accomodation met expetations. One small drawback is the front enterance is difficult with snow and ice and traffic. There is egress at the back but you are left to discover that. With the AC Brand one looked for something special but in a world where hotels are so similar in offerings thiis was fine but not exceptional. The La Palma in the lobby was the bar and resraunt. Good quality but very slow service and a might expensive with a lot of choice all around.

• Alexandra (8/5): Great Hotel, Awkward Bathroom Layout - Great location, wonderful amenities, and beautiful views. The bathroom layout works for couples but isn’t ideal for friends. There’s no fully enclosed bathroom — just a shower stall and a separate toilet stall, with the sink and vanity open to the room, which results in very little privacy.
