- Cristian (10/5): Great! - Everything was great. I particularly enjoyed the gym. Didn't try the breakfast nor visit the rooftop bar though. My key stopped working in the elevator and had to be rekeyed at the front desk.
- Nicholas (1/5): THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. - N/A Staff stole all our holiday money, credit and debit cards from the in room safe. Extremely poor response from the staff when made aware. Manager was going to meet us at the front desk after we confirmed a time. Manager had left for the day when we arrived at the desk, leaving one member of staff to look after all duties. Absolutely no help whatsoever from any staff over the phone or on the front desk. No reassurance that cctv is being reviewed, key card access being tracked etc. We had to contact the police ourselves, the staff did not prompt us to engage in this process. I’ve honestly never encountered staff who wanted to help less than the staff at this hotel. Absolutely ruined what was meant to be the holiday of a lifetime. Service of this level is embarrassing, completely self centred and self preserving, not one minute piece of kindness, empathy or understanding was shown. City of brotherly love, I think not.

I dont know if I missed it but they ask for a $150 security deposit upon checking in. I got refunded but kinda of a sour note when arriving.

- Ifat (9/5): Overall great stay! - The rooms are very spacious and even have a microwave, which was actually useful. The location is right at the center, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants/bars. Bed was super comfy! Two days out of our three-day stay, one of the elevators was occupied all day by guests of the rooftop restaurant - we weren't told about it in advance, and it took a LONG time to be able to get an elevator to go up or down to the point where we had to use the stairs (and we stayed on the 8th floor!)

- Curiosity663290 (8/5): Great Location - Stayed in a double queen room on 11th floor, city view, with my family of 4. Room was spacious, with a microwave and mini-fridge (no freezer). Was awakened the first night at 1-2am by slamming doors, but other than that the hotel was relatively quiet. I'd give the room a 6/10 for cleanliness, as the Keurig was disgusting, there were stains on the sheets, and most surfaces were dusty which I think was mostly lint from the dusting cloths. It wasn't so bad that I complained, though. We didn't partake in the restaurant, but did enjoy the free morning coffee in the lobby and snacks in the (pricey) grab-and-go area. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and Uber rides to the Independence Hall area were surprisingly inexpensive. We parked our car in the Bellevue lot across the street, which was convenient and much cheaper than the hotel valet. Front desk staff were very accommodating when we asked for minor items such as paper plates.

The rate was - Great staff, the friendly environment, beautiful design and the location was perfect to get around the City. The elevator wait was somewhat time consuming. Location has three elevators but only two was operating. The rooftop bar also made the Foyer congested because at a certain time one elevator was dedicated to the rooftop bar.

There was a parking lot fairly close. We found the room to be a generous size, beds and pillows were super comfortable. We didn't hear any noise in the hallway - surprising, considering it was a Saturday evening. The area at the entrance of the building was small and crowded with a few people waiting for the elevator to go up. Check in was on the 2nd floor. We decided to carry our luggage upstairs to check-in. It was OK, at least we had that option. In the elevator, it took some time to get used the key card/floor selection. We accidentally went up to the top floor trying to figure it out, though it was fun to get a quick look at the rooftop bar (very nice!).

- Jereese (3/5): Uncomfortable - nothing Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown Center City from April 10th to April 12th. I chose this establishment based on its high ratings and reputation in Center City; however, the building services during my stay were entirely unacceptable. The primary issue stems from the management of the elevators, specifically regarding the operation of the rooftop club. I understand that one elevator is dedicated to club attendees; however, with the hotel operating at only partial elevator capacity this weekend, hotel guests were left with only a single functioning elevator to service over 12 floors. This resulted in an experience that was both frustrating and inconvenient: • Excessive Wait Times: My family and I frequently encountered long lines in the lobby and on our floor. • Missed Transportation: We missed multiple Uber rides because the elevator delay made it impossible to reach the ground level in a reasonable timeframe. • Safety Concerns: Operating a high-rise building with such limited elevator access for guests is more than an inconvenience; it feels like a significant safety oversight. In the event of an emergency, the lack of accessible exits for guests on upper floors is deeply concerning. While I initially expected a high-quality experience, this logistical failure overshadowed our visit. Paying for a premium stay in the city should guarantee basic functional convenience, which was not provided. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure future guests do not face these same hazards and delays. I look forward to hearing how you intend to address these service lapses. Best regards,

- brianamQ5386LE (10/5): To infinity and beyond - Great experience and excellent staff they were accommodating and friendly they provided recommendations on food and activities all around Philly! They really elevated the experience being able to connect to guests like A’nazarey and Shane did was an amazing part of our stay for that we thank them and the cambria staff for providing a smooth stay the room was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway! If you’re in the area cambria is the place to stay with a modern atmosphere right in the center of the city! And don’t forget the rooftop and restaurant located within the hotel as well!

- Gianluca (6/5): Philadelphia da visitare - Sicuramente la posizione dell'albergo è perfetta per visitare la città. E' a 200 mt dalla City hall su una strada principale. Ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici (siamo arrivati in treno e con la metro siamo scesi proprio alla fermata City hall). le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi così come diversi buoni ristoranti. All'arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera, consegnate le chiavi ma quando siamo andati ad aprire la porta abbiamo constatato che la stanza era occupata. Abbiamo richiuso la porta, segnalato alla receptionist l'errore e chiesto ovviamente una stanza diversa che ci è stata subito assegnata ma è molto grave a mio avviso che abbiano dato le chiavi di una stanza occupata ad un altro cliente. La colazione: nonostante la prenotazione prevedesse "colazione inclusa" è possibile scegliere un piatto dal menù alla carta. Qualità del cibo bassa e servizio lentissimo (la seconda mattina abbiamo atteso più di 30 minuti per ricevere il nostro unico piatto).
