Highly recommend. - Great location for visiting World Trade Center or 9-11 Museum & Memorial which is just 2 blocks away. Also has good restaurants nearby including Bills Bar & Grill, which we loved. Pay garage is almost next door so it’s easy to unload luggage to get to your room (good luck getting curbside).

• Antonello70 (8/5): Settimana spensierata a New York - Camera quadrupla al 23° piano con 2 matrimoniali alla francese, non eccessivamente grande ma comunque confortevole. Buona la pulizia delle camere con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Posizione ottima per girare l’area del WTC, Liberty e Staten Island, wall street, etc. e a circa 20 min di metro da midtown. Stazione metro proprio di fronte all'ingresso (ingresso sul lato opposto alla strada per direzione uptown). Nelle vicinanze diverse opzioni dove fare colazione e a 200 metri l’ottima catena Whoole Food Market dove si può pranzare a buffet con tavoli ed a prezzi contenuti. Assenza ripiani nell’armadio dove poter appoggiare i vestiti, difficili da sistemare.

We all felt safe and cannot wait to visit NY Financial District Courtyard in the near future! Bonus, we loved our view from the 23rd floor.

• Valeria (9/5): Overall, for a holiday/end of the year trip, our stay here was elevated by our hotel! - Staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating! They also remembered us by name when we would come back to the hotel. The location is also steps away from the subway, which was super convenient. The neighborhood was safe and close to many attractions. The price of the room was definitely more than I would've wanted to pay. Ultimately, you are paying for the location of the hotel and the really great staff, not necessarily the actual room.

Stanza matrimoniale comoda. Amici e Figli che erano in stanze vendute per 3 e 4 persone invece erano pù stratti con 2 letti alla francese e una vasca da bagno con tenda al posto della doccia, nel loro caso l'abitabiltià della stanza era più complicata Gestione del riscaldamento in stanza o troppo caldo o troppo freddo impossibile trovare una regolazione corretta, nella nostra stanza matrimoniale, mentre in quella dei figli la temperatura era più costante, quanto si spegneva il riscaldamento, non sappiamo se erano "spifferi" o un sistema di ricamio aria tipo ventilazione meccanica, essendo inverno, entrava in stanza aria fredda

• Ghrairi (9/5): - Un hôtel que je te recommande si tu veux passer un agréable séjour à New York vraiment tout était parfait: le lit hyper confortable le ménage était fait tous les jours avec des nouvelles serviettes de bain et bouteilles d’eau. On a pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour après le Check out. Le lieu se situe en plein world trade center et à 2 pas du mémorial du 11/9 ainsi que la station de métro et à 10min du pont de brookling à pied. Mention spéciale pour le personnel adorable de l’hôtel ! Anthony thank you for everything Peut être le chauffage qui faisait un petit peu de bruits mais c’était largement supportable

• Adrianus (8/5): Prima hotel om de stad te verkennen - Centraal gelegen, nabij Wall Street. Gezellige bars in de buurt. Voldoende mogelijkheden om te ontbijten bij het hotel. Kamers zijn New York-grootte, dus klein. Prima als je veel op pad bent. Ik zou er niet ontbijten, was echt heel beperkt en niet sfeervol.

• Audrey (6/5): - Convient location. I requested in advance to have a room next to my family. They put us on different floors although they said they would honor my request. They denied my check-in despite the fact that my payment was paid on booking.com. Both situations weren't customer oriented. They only gave us 3 bath towels for a 4 person stay. They elevator to the 25th room had horrendous waiting times and the hold the key to access rm function often didn't work effectively.
• Calvin (8/5): Good hotel - Good location with subway stations and the world trade center right below it. The room was tidy and the staff was very helpful. The room was super small for a fairly expensive hotel. There was not really any reasonable place to extend my luggage.
