• anthonyo71 (8/5): Great Views - The Springhill Suites Great Falls is a newer hotel with great views. The hotel is outside of the city, so a car of Uber will be necessary, but the location is beautiful along the river and several rooms have views of the river. This particular Springhill did not fill like typical Springhill suites and felt more like a full service hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are very spacious. The free breakfast was average and representative of a typical Springhill.

• Prince (6/5): So, I would try the facility again because of the history of me staying there, bugs changed me - First I want to thank you all for allowing me to elaborate on my scores. The staff was exceptional for the majority of the stay. I happen to love this particular facility. I have stayed there many times. and I have never ever had a bad day there. I liked pretty much everything. People are helpful, and knowledgeable. What put a damper on my entire stay is that there was a roach in my room on the wall crawling toward the curtain area. It made me very uncomfortable in my room. I did not say anything about the roach to my guests, because I did not want them to have a bad experience, because I had talked so wonderfully about the stay at that facility on the way there. I did tell the desk staff about it, after all I paid 206.00 for one night to stay there. Honestly no one expects to see any bugs at a hotel that charges that type of money per night. I thought they might try to compensate they did not.

This is my second time staying, price is a little higher than my usual budget. But worth the extra bit. Would highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay. Front desk staff are amazing, honest, and helpful.
• Brady (4/5): - the AC unit blows directly in your face all night long. It is right beside the beds, and there is no way to change the angle of the air flow. Very poor design in the rooms. It is a shame, becuase the reset of the hotel is beautiful... but if you are looking for a good nights rest... this hotel won't give it to you.

Our room & the hotel in general were immaculately clean. Everything in room was up to date and functional, bed/bedding comfortable & we didn't have any issues. The indoor hot tub was in order, which I hope will be the case during our future stays. Pool was freezing cold though. We noticed through the years of traveling that some hotels keep their pools warm, some somewhat heated & some cold. It's just the way it is. Hot tub being hot is an absolute must for us, which was the case during our stay. Breakfast was really good, just like what you expect from the brand & was very well managed.

• argusarms (10/5): Amazing Service! - This is a very nice hotel with an outstanding staff. After my stay, I received a call from them saying I had forgotten my iPhone charger. They offered to send it back to me if I paid the postage. They charged me less than $5 and shipped it to me. I can tell you this is very unusual. In the past, I've realized I left items behind at hotels, and nobody has ever offered to return anything to me, even when I asked. I am very grateful for their good service and cannot recommend staying here enough.

For being pet friendly the sprinklers are on at 7am and over water making it a muddy mess. For the price? RIDICULOUS

Cleanliness: vey clean Sleep Quality: very comfortable mattresses and pillows Amenities: all you need for a suite. Staff/Service: friendly and helpful front desk staff. Late check out for elite members was honored. Property/Facilities: a riverside suite with balcony is amazing. Worth the upgrade. Hotel and rooms are clean, fresh, and modern. A seven year old building that looks like brand new. Well kept and updated. Free hot breakfast is good, but not exceptional. Very good cheese omelet and biscuit and gravy. On other days different omelet and ham and egg croissant sandwich which are extremely tasty. But the sausage patty is extremely salty, so inedible. Apples and bananas for fruits. Waffle maker and bagels for carbs only on the weekends. Location: centrally located by the River Value: fairly priced (lower than most sister hotels of same class) Overall rating! 5 out of 5 all the way Recommendations: oh, definitely highly recommended. You will be pleased and surprised as we did.

• charlottet867 (10/5): Great place to stay - This is the best Spring Hill Suites we have ever stayed . Both my self and my husband are Marriotts members. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially liked the seperate room for the toilet and sink. They put a lot attention on the outdoor patio area with a waterfall and view of the river. The location was geat.

It was super clean and smelled clean. It was quiet through out the night and we loved that it had a seperate room for the bathroom and shower/tub. We will definitely be back.
