I had a lovely view of the foothills from my third floor room overlooking the pool. The setting was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was just a short walk from a market with a fabulous deli.

- Ann (6/5): Broken thermostat, and nobody cared. Miserable night. - Breakfast was average. My daughter’s room had a broken thermostat. She reported it, and the front desk just said, “Ok.” She was there with her two little daughters, in a sweltering hot room all night. They didn’t even offer a different room, or even a discount!

It made for easy loading & unloading from the room. The complementary breakfast was very basic with the majority of options heavy carb's, low quality foods. No fresh fruit, no yogurt options.... Bedding was okay, not great. The beds were overly soft.

Helpful front desk staff. Clean and modern. Well kept property. Rooms are so/so. Overall very nice but you can tell lots of people stay in them.

- Paula (6/5): Basic, easy to access, a little over priced for what you’re getting - Good location, easy to travel through the valley, quiet, free coffee and tea at all hours. The pool and jacuzzi were great during the freezing cold days we stayed. Basic easy to access, quiet location for the area. Rooms are too expensive for what you’re getting. Absolutely terrible breakfast. All carbs and sugar and zero protein. I wouldn’t even try the omelette bar as the eggs looked like they were watered down fake eggs. We had one waffle total the entire 5 days we stayed and didn’t really enjoy that either because of the fake maple syrup. The breakfast could easily be better for little expense and the price of the rooms should cover a much better selection. The beds are pretty uncomfortable accented by the even worse pillows. We went to family general and bought pillows and that was a game changer for comfort. Our room even though it was supposed to be a pet free room smelt like wet dogs. I got a candle and cracked the windows and that helped.

We felt the cost of the omelet was a bit excessive and the woman doing the cooking was very slow. She also was very unfriendly or accommodating.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and the front desk easily accessed. I found the room to be dark, particularly the bathroom where I needed more light to get ready in the morning. Bed was squeaky but comfortable enough. I could hear the road traffic all night.

Most decent hotels/motels have an easy chair in the room or some place to sit other than the desk chair; this place did not. Complimentary breakfast was primarily cold food options unless you wanted to pat an extra $10 for an omelet. For the price of the room, the omelet should have been included. Staff were friendly and helpful.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible experience for overpriced room rate - The free included breakfast does not have egg, sausages or bacon, they charged $10 for a omelette, the small yugort cup ran out quickly and the staff never refilled them. Terrible breakfast, we ended buying breakfast from nearby grocery store. The furnitures in the room are all very small, tiny microwave, tiny fridge, small desks etc. The towels are very old and worn. Overall terrible experience for overpriced room rate.
