- Paul Tung (9/5): A hotel to enjoy a city that's full of history and culture. - The hotel is conveniently located at the JR station where there are plently of shops and restaurants to enjoy. The Oita Tourist Information at the station was extremely helpful and the lady, who spoke excellent English, recommended one of the best unagi restaurant in the city. The historical bus tour around Oita was well organized and the Oita Prefecture Museum reflects a rather sophisticated and cultured city, instead of Beppu, to visit.

- Samuel (9/5): Tolle Lage, tolles Onsen - Die Lage ist gleich beim Bahnhof. Im obersten Stock gibt es ein öffentliches Bad mit Sicht über die ganze Stadt. Als Gast kann man einen kleinen Aufpreis bezahlen und jederzeit ins Bad fahren. Das Zimmer für zwei Personen könnte grösser sein.

- Hwee Ching (8/5): Overall good for a night stay but maybe not for triple sharing - Location is very good for drivers. They have detailed guide to access the hotel on their website and overnight parking is only 1000 yen. We booked a triple sharing room and the room is very cramped because there are lots of unnecessary walls and dead space between the door and the wall. The wardrobe door should be removed as its so diffcult to access the clothes.

- Susan (10/5): Great location and service with English well spoken. - Located above AMU Plaza, it was very convenient for my early morning train. Having the Spa on 19 Floor was super convenient as well. They gave me a room exactly as I had requested which I appreciated. A little tricky to find the entrance on a very cold night but that’s more about me than the hotel. Once inside the hotel, everything was perfect.

- AYUMI (8/5): 快適でした - 温泉がとてもよくてお湯もトロトロ、景色も最高でした。スパのお掃除も行き届いていて、ここは…と思うところは全くありませんでした。 連泊でエコでシーツの交換等がないことは分かっていましたが、せめてベットシーツを少し整えたりしてもらえるともっと良かったかなと思います。 ホテルにはよく滞在しますが、エコ滞在でもシーツ交換がなくても大抵はピシッとベットを整えてもらっています それと、カップの交換もしてもらいたかったです
