Guest Reviews
- Bruce (10/5): Exactly what we were looking for in this town rich with history. - Friendly hosts, historic property, comfortable bed that was properly made.
- Kandulski (10/5): - Exceptional stay with emazing history of the place. The hosts were phenomenal .
We will be back.
- Julie (9/5): What a fun experience to stay at this unique place! - This was a unique property to stay at! The building is the only one on the National Register of Historic Places that was once a slave quarters. The rooms have been updated (obviously) but retain much historic charm. The bed was super-comfortable. Some rooms may have a private bathroom, but others have a shared bathroom. Ours was a room with a shared bath but no one was staying in the other room so the bath was private to us. We loved the rocking chairs out on the balcony, especially with coffee in the morning! Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed sharing the meal with the one other couple staying there at the same time. Debbie and Gregory are wonderful hosts! We appreciated their tips on where to have dinner and to watch the sunset over the Mississippi River.

- MikeArrondo (10/5): Excellent stay in Natchez. I would come back here every time I visit the city - Breakfast was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Debby and Gregory are the perfect hosts Nothing
Rien
- Stephan (9/5): Stay here for a personal, comfortable, friendly stay that comes with a deep historical story. - This was such an authentic place, that quietly told the historical story of its slavery era roots in a respectful manner. The facilities are not fancy like many other ante-bellum homes in Natchez, but instead honest and comfortable. Hosts Debbie and Gregory were wonderful and full of smiles and laughs. Breakfast was a simple blueberry muffin and yogurt ... but a wonderful muffin it was. Nothing comes to mind.
- Mark WNY (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - Quiet area, close to downtown. Very comfortable, very clean room. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the birds in the live oak. . Breakfast was amazing. Owners were lovely attentive and flexible when needed. Great 4 night stay! Enjoyed it all!
- Anke (9/5): Haus mit Geschichte. Sehr nette Gastgeber. - Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Tolles, frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber. Nichts
- Fiona (10/5): If you stay in Nachez, you MUST stay with Greogory and Debbie, they have an incredible property with so much charm. But - Beautiful property and beautiful people. Lot of history, very clean and most importantly incredible hosts.
- Roberta (10/5): -

- Heather (10/5): Only one night but could have stayed longer - It had a lot of history and was full of character. I loved sitting out on the balcony on a rocking chair in the morning .
Breakfast was delicious and the owners were a lovely couple . Nothing
- David (10/5): We will return. - pleasant, ample and tasty I have no suggestions for improvement, but I greatly appreciated the videos that informed us of the history and restoration of these original slave quarters.
- Klaudius (10/5): Authentic, true Southern Charm and Warm Hospitality, spotless clean, breakfast beyond amazing! - We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is full of Southern charm — you can really feel the history in every corner, everything is spotless and beautifully kept. The hosts, Debbie and Gregory were just fantastic: so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast in the morning was out of this world — fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. You can tell they truly love what they do. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Mississippi!

- SG (10/5): - Sehr nettes Gastgeberehepaar, ein wunderbares Haus, ein außergewöhnliches Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles in bester Ordnung.
- Braslav (9/5): -
- Merilee (10/5): - Such a lovely place. The couple who owns the home were absolutely wonderful hosts! Our room was beautiful, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was yummy. The homes history is very interesting. Book a stay. You won't be disappointed. Nothing
Ras
- Connie (9/5): Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again! - Very beautiful place - awesome history - kind and respectful hosts. Lots of history here - a real treat! Was a bit cold in the evening and couldn't adjust the thermostat.
- Lorenzo (10/5): -
- MARK (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): Historical Beauty - Beautiful bed & breakfast! We were welcomed by the sweet owners, given a brief tour, and shown to our beautiful room. The historical aspect of the home was fascinating. Breakfast was served in a beautifully set dining room. Our stay was brief but enjoyed .
Nada
- Maarten (10/5): Een absolute aanrader!
- Tracy (10/5): - I had an amazing stay at The Concord Quarters. The hosts are warm and hospitable people that instantly make you feel welcome. It is a beautifully renovated property steeped in local history. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. I wish I could have stayed longer. The perfect place to stay in Natchez.
- Delbert (10/5): - I loved the people and the beauty of the place.
- gabrielle (10/5): Fabulous - This is a hidden gem! Deborah & Gregory greeted us and quickly we felt like home. It’s a historic building, everything is original and very well maintained, the bathroom is super clean, we were the only guests and we felt very special being served breakfast in the dining room. All delicious & healthy breakfast. You want to experience how it was in the old times? This is the place to go. And we will be back!
- richard (10/5): - The owners of the property are wonderful people and managed an inn with a fascinating history. The inn was well maintained and in the early 19th century the second floor was the quarters for slaves that supported the main house, which has since been destroyed by fire. The house is full of displays, photographs, books, and furniture from days gone by. An interesting and educational visit.
- David (10/5): Hosts Debbie and Gregory Cozey are amazing! I felt right at home every moment of my stay! I’ll be back, and longer than - All the comforts of home… Actually BETTER than home! Very relaxing, cozy, historical, convenient!
- Deborah (10/5): Perfect, relaxing place to stay - Loved everything about this property, all the history made it come alive. Beautiful and clean. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Our breakfast was lovely. Would love to return on day Nothing to complain about it was perfect for our trip.
- Katherine (10/5): Fun experience in a very old town and historic home. Beautifully decorated with lot's of love! - The breakfast was a real treat! I loved meeting a couple there and talking during our breakfast and learning about each other's lives. The home is beautiful with beautiful grounds and old old trees. Close to the DT area and the River!
- Lynton (8/5): Beautiful B&B. Would definitely stay again. - Lovely room and property oozed character and history Check-in times were a little restrictive.
- Kerry (9/5): Beautiful accommodation provided by exceptional hosts and a yummy breakfast -
- Graham (10/5): Exceptional - We loved to property and furnishings but most of all the breakfast it was delicious. The hosts are delightful and so welcoming.
- Clémence (10/5): Great B&B - Everything, the hosts were fantastic Nothing
- Jo (8/5): lovely historic building - Loved the historic building, the rocking chairs on the Verandah, garden swing. Perhaps we looked forward to coming here too much, but we didn’t find it as comfortable as we had hoped, and didn’t find the ‘big breakfast’ filling. Overall very glad we came though.
- Nicholas (10/5): Something really different! - What a place. We haven’t even left yet. Charming owners. Period property so accept the odd creaking floorboard, but you’ll get to stay in 200 year old property. Nanchez is lovely too. A nice change after chain motels.
- Hardy (10/5): Most amazing stay - An amazing place of history and heritage coming back to live thanks to the wonderful Debbie and Gregory. This is vibrant and truly a place to stay and indulge in.
- Jessica (10/5): Would have loved to have stayed longer! - Extremely friendly owners who made you feel very comfortable in their home. Very comfortable room with all the essentials and a lovely breakfast (the muffin was amazing!). Nothing!
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (6/5): Disappointed and underwhelmed - Lovely place but needed lots of improvement , Gregory did his best but we felt a little bit as though we were an inconvenience and not very welcome
- Henrik (10/5): Excellent accommodations - Excellent historic charming accommodations with super friendly hosts. We will definitely consider staying here again.
- Hartmut (7/5): Special experience, but rather expensive … - Special atmosphere of an ante bellum house.
Very friendly hosts.
Breakfast in museum-style room. Narrow and steep stairways, only suitable for people who can lift heavy suitcases.
Rather small bed for two.
- Christel (10/5): Loved it - We absolutely loved it here. House with a very interesting story renovated beautifully and with respect for its history by Gregory and Debbie. They also serve a great breakfast.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic stay. Excellent breakfast. Gregory and Debby have done an amazing job of highlighting the building's history.
- Carol (10/5): So peaceful and wonderful. - Atmosphere, felt very comfortable and welcoming. Debbie and Greg make you feel as if you are right at home with old friends. That is what will happen, when you leave you will have made friends not jusf acquaintances. By the way Debbie sang Happy Birthday to me that put tears in my eyes. We will never forget their kindness. You can't improve on perfection. Would not change a thing at all.
- Stephen (10/5): We'll be back. - The original purpose of the facility was as living and working quarters for enslaved people and have been updated for modern safety and convenances, while maintaining the historical importance. For those who appreciate history this house has been beautifully and lovingly renovated. Be prepared to learn how to use a skeleton key (that has been backed up with a modern alarm system). Ms. Deborah and Gregory are friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable, not only about the history of the house but the history of Natchez as well. We had long discussions with Ms. Deborah while we were there, and she was always friendly and helpful, and I would count them among the highlights of our visit to Natchez. Breakfast was always delicious and ready when we got to the dining room and there was something comforting/nostalgic about the smell of cooked bacon wafting through the house. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Natchez. All the streets downtown are one way and there are random (unmarked) speed bumps around town.
- Nicholas (10/5): - This is a magnificent, historic property. The Coseys have transformed a wonderful property into one of the best B&Bs we have ever been to. We not only plan to return but will go out of our way to do so.
- Joerg (10/5): - Great place. Thanks!
- Dale (10/5): - Very nice
- Holly (10/5): - This is a gem! We experienced amazing and warm hospitality, a beautiful historic home with very comfortable accommodations, and a wonderful stay. We hope to come back again!! We also loved the breakfast!

- Darin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shlomit (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely historical place, and the hosts were nice and helpful. Great breakfast, big room with a big balcony Nothing
- Fiona (10/5): Beautiful restored historic slave quarters. - Lovely couple that made us very welcomed. Great breakfast. Clean and great accommodation. The only issue we felt was that the air conditioning was quite loud .
- Joan (10/5): Wonderful host. Fabulous breakfasts - Historic fantastic decor old difficult steps
- Chris (10/5): - This was my first stay in a bed and breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. My host couple were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. Well done!!
- Hans (10/5): - Wonderfully old-fashioned, great staff. No adjustable air condition
- Gail (10/5): Our stay was perfect in every way. - We loved everything about our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and the room was well equipped for a relaxing stay in Natchez. Breakfast was spectacular! It was nice to wake up to a fresh homemade breakfast. I highly recommend staying here. The hosts are truly

The large patio . Nothing to dislike
- Albert (10/5): - You cant Control the ac.
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional - Debbie and Gregory were the best hosts we ever met. An historical mansion in which we felt like at home. A delightful building, a delightful room and a delightful breakfast. We just regret that we've spent only one night there. It's a place worth at least a couple of nights! We'll surely miss Debbie and Gregory. Thank you again! Nothing!
- Ramon (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (10/5): - Property owners are very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay again with Mrs. Debra and Mr. Gregory, amazing folks.

- Aronae (10/5): Beautiful, historical home in a quiet neighborhood! Yummy breakfast and warm hosts! - What a beautiful place to stay - with so much history and excellent, warm hosts! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Natchez. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is very peaceful to hang out on the porch. Excellent breakfast... One of our favorite stays on our trip!! Thank you, Gregory and Deborah!
- Zuleania (10/5): I truly enjoyed my stay. Mrs. Debbie and her husband is amazing and I truly felt at home when I stayed here. I will defi - It was very cozy, comfortable and quiet. I loved everything about this property.
- Paula (8/5): Great breakfast - It was the first time i have stayed in a b&b. Deborah and Gregory were very welcoming. The rooms were great, the floors creaked a bit, because it is a historical landmark, which made it so interesting. It was like a museum downstairs, so much information about the Natchez and Concord Quarters. Great breakfast
- John (10/5): - Debbie and Greg were super
- Debra (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Breakfast was wonderful. The hostess was very helpful and cheerful. As we were checking in my shoe broke and she was nice enough to take it to the cobbler the next morning and have it repaired. Doesn’t get much better than that. We were helped upstairs with our bags by the gentleman, again very unusual. She gave us lots of information about the town the house and the sights. Really enjoyed our stay Not a thing
- Kevin (10/5): - Comfortable accommodations. Outstanding hosts. Great breakfast.
- Nancy (10/5): Concord stay - Lovely couple who purchased the Concord Quarters in 2012 and renovated it. Greg met us when we pulled in and showed us around. Lots of history. Debbie was super and breakfast fantastic.
- Tamgau (9/5): Nice place for a day or two. - The hosts were really nice and the breakfast was very good.
- James (10/5): Great finish to our ride on the Natchez Trace Parkway!! - Very beautiful property and building which once housed enslaved people, that has been beautifully restored and improved!! Debbie and her husband have filled the rooms with historic and contemporary items that detail the history of the building.
Archeological digs have been conducted on the grounds, and there are plaques which explain more about the site’s history.
Our second floor suite was nicely decorated and included a modernized bathroom. We also enjoyed the veranda, easily accessed with a door in the room. The bed was very comfortable and we awoke rested and refreshed.
Breakfast was VERY GOOD, and allowed us to start our day well fortified. We highly recommend a stay here!!
- Maxim (9/5): Cosy and warm! - Lovely hosts and great breakfast! Such an interesting property and we regretted only staying for one night (we were passing through). -
- Amaterasu98 (10/5): Lovely house with lots of history - The house is beautiful with lots of history and information in the garden. Deborah and Gregory welcomed us with open arms and we wished we would've had more time with them. Sitting on the porch at night was lovely, observing the birds and the squirrels in the garden and listening to the wind in the trees. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night and didn't get to chat with Deborah and Gregory a lot.
- Vesna (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (9/5): Gracious hosts of beautiful property. - Beautiful historic home with old world charm. The owners were delightful and welcoming. The room was spacious. The bed is very squeaky. That’s all that could be improved in my opinion. It was a great stay.
- davide (10/5): - Beautiful B&B in a lovely part of Natchez, just a quick drive from the riverwalk, Debbie, the landlady is an emazing person, full of energy and with a contagious smile. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the garden in the evening was very relaxing.
- Robert (7/5): Overall a plesent stay, a breakfast would have taken it up a notch - I enjoyed the quiet and tranquillity of the B&B. It was very clean, bed and pillows exceptional, parking is convenient. The hosts are very nice. and they are close to downtown Natchez. The bathroom could have used a shelf, there was no place to put toiletries. Could use a new shower head for shower, uneven spray. Was disappointed with the breakfast, was expecting a hot breakfast, only thing offered was a cold blueberry muffin. The muffin was good, but staying at a B&B, was looking for a little more.
- Beckie (10/5): Definitely would stay again - Very cool old home and the couple running it were so very friendly. Breakfast was beautifully put on our plate and was delicious. Would highly recommend.
- Margaret (10/5): Historic home in a quiet location - So pleased we found this accommodation. Set in a quiet part of town, with a large bedroom and access to a balcony. The bathroom was compact, but more than adequate. The toiletries provided were so nice! Greg was very welcoming, and Deborah provided a great breakfast. The history of the home was really interesting.
