- Harjit (2/5): - Water for the entire hotel was shut off for a whole night. Very poor and unprofessional communication from all staff who were dishonest and apathetic. No working showers, toilets etc. We left a day early because of this, but getting a refund for the unused night was a nightmare and took weeks. Would never stay here again.

- Chloe (4/5): Bad service and terrible sleep - The staff were unfriendly. The fire also went off three times within the night at 2am, 5am and again at 7am. General sense of disorganisation as how to tackle this. Apparently due to people smoking inside rooms and proceeded to continue doing so regardless. Terrible nights sleep before early commitments and a long haul flight.
