• Soufiane Dbk (3/5): Noisy - Cold - Dusty - Expensive - I'm so grateful the hotel I booked before gave me earplugs because they saved me The water pipes above the room are very noisy, the AC makes noise even when off and, the balcony door doesn't close properly so it felt like I was sleeping outside Room 604 was cold, noisy and not very clean Staff is just there for checkin, otherwise useless Amenities unexistant I paid 125.000WON/night for the Deluxe Room expecting something decent I don't recommend the establishment
• Nhlayiseko (10/5): I had a great stay. The service was great. The staff who checked us in was kind and helpful. I also loved the fact that - I liked the bidet, restroom and beds. The room was quite spacious for 2 people. The beds were very comfortable. Many shops and restaurants within a walking distance and the Busan tower within a walking distance. There were stains on the walls.

• TOMOKO (10/5): 最高の宿泊体験でした！ - 駅からも徒歩圏内、近くにコンビニやオシャレなカフェもあるし、韓国ならではの市場感のある通りも、南浦の観光エリアも近くてとても便利でした。 部屋もオシャレでよかったです。 フロントの方もとても優しくて韓国語が上手くなくても、温かく迎えてくださいました。 また釜山に行くときは必ず泊まりたいです。 ネガティブに感じたことはなかったです。 強いていえば坂道の上なので、荷物が多いと大変かも？

• Eun (10/5): Look UP! - Amenities were great quality, especially the bed was extremely comfortable. Shower and toilet were spacious and I had everything I asked for. Good size window that let in enough sunlight into the room and both the blinder and curtain were great to keep privacy. Fantastic reception Had to call ahead to ask few things and the receptionist couldnt be more accomodating and so friendly. Arrival was quite late and the room was perfectly ready for me to get a good night’s sleep for the next day’s exploration. I had to check out an hour late and the fee was very reasonable 10,000won as opposed to some other venue around the area asking for 22,000won. It was actually a hassle-free parking with the help of the receptionist too Id stay again when Im in Busan! Oh, look up right outside the hotel entrance and you will see the famous Busan tower💙 Id suggest adjusting the door closer or installing some kind of door filters to prevent the door from slamming shut. It was quite loud.

NO LO RECOMIENDO. - Las fotos que muestran respecto a la habitacion rentada son viejas y no corresponden a la actualidad, nos toco una habitacion sucia, deteriorada y solo una toalla de baño por persona, nos vimos obligados a dejar el hotel 1 dia antes por la incomodidad, ademas no tenia blackout en la ventana y la luz entraba toda la noche, teniamos dificultad para dormir. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA.

• sungjin (6/5): 애매하네요 - 가격대비 썩 좋은 느낌의 호텔은 아닙니다 지리적으로 좋은편이긴 한데 언덕이 있어서 약간 힘드네요 사실상 소음, 더러움, 하나도 없었는데 뭔가 부족한 느낌입니다
• Gabriel (4/5): Hotel con mucho polvo, a mejorar la limpieza - Al llegar a la habitación reservada (con balcón), la misma se encontraba con mucho polvo, tanto en el habiente como en cortinas etc, la limpieza no era óptima, principalmente en el baño, no daba aspecto de limpio. Lo hablamos con la recepción, y nos ofrecieron cambiar a otra habitación (sin balcón), ya que el comentario fue que al tener balcón y a donde daban las ventanas, era una habitación con polvo. La nueva habitación era similar, sin balcón y otra orientación, si bien la limpieza no es lo destacable, y tenia algo de polvo, era mucho menos que en la primera habitación. Al encender el aire acondicionado, notamos que los filtros de este.c no habían sido limpiados por mucho tiempo, y tuvimos que limpiarlos nosotros. La comunicación con el personal del hotel, es bastante complicado ya que casi no hablan ni entienden inglés, y el otro detalle es que dejan una sola toalla grande por más que en la habitación sean dos personas, lo cual es raro, todos los días debíamos reclamar una toalla más
• BL (8/5): - Hotel has a fairly modern design and was situated just outside the main areas. Was situated uphill so took estimated 10-15 mins to the subway station. Room design was nice and simple and the toilet and shower area was separated which is really nice. Basic amenities are provided and there are daily housekeeping. For the price, I think it’s a pretty good deal. Minus points are the uphill location and the cleanliness can be improved. Please add hooks to the bathroom.
• Jinyoung (8/5): 위치 컨디션 모두 만족 - 전반적으로 깔끔했고 데스크 직원분도 친절하셨어요. 바로 뒤로 산책로도 아름답고 시장 쪽도 가깝구요. 룸 바닥 타일이 금간게 있던데 그건 고쳐주시는게 안전상 좋을듯합니다. 다음에 부산 가면 또 묵을 것 같아요.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 부산 어디로든지 이동하기 좋은 위치였어요 특히 깡통야시장에서 힘들게 먹지 읺고 호텔로 가져와서 먹을 수 있어서 더 좋았습니다! 주변이 공원이라 조용하기도 했고 붐비는 곳이 아니라서 좋았어요 다만, 샤워실에서 바깥으로 물이 너무 많이 새는건 고쳐주셔야 할 것 같아요 그리고 새벽시간에 너무 호텔이 오픈되어 있는 것 같습니다 최소한 엘레베이터나 정문정도에서는 카드키로 찍어야만 들어올 수 있도록 보안조치를 해주셨으면 좋겠어요

• Hsiulan lan (6/5): 除了地點尚可，其他均不佳 - 地點還可以，但要爬坡（我們是坐計程車如果沒有搭計程車的旅客會非常的痛苦，因為離地鐵站很遠然後還要推著大行李爬坡），另外房間牆壁及地面都有泛黃及生鏽的痕跡實在看不出來是2017年的飯店，飯店人員可能是英文能力不佳所以服務態度冷淡，以3000元一個晚上的價位有更好的選擇，下次不會再入住。
• JINGYEOM (8/5): 침대 안쪽, 베개 청결은 살짝 아쉬움. - 전체적으로는 청결했으나 베개 뒷쪽에 치워지지 않은 머리카락으로 인해 재숙박은 고민할 것 같습니다. 옆방 화장실 사용 시 소리가 들렸고 그 외에는 괜찮았네요.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - 施設はシンプルなデザインで居心地がよかったです。深夜に到着しましたが名前を言うだけですぐチェックインできました。スーペリアルームに泊まりましたが二人でも十分な広さがありました。シャワーの水圧、温度調節も問題なかったです。昼前に屋上のRoof&というカフェでお茶しましたが、ドリンクメニューが豊富で景色がよく、空いていて最高でした。スタッフの皆さんは英語があまり話せないようでした。私も韓国語が話せないのでコミュニケーションがとりにくく感じましたが、対応は感じがよかったです。駅から少し離れているのと坂の上にあるのでタクシーが便利と思いますが、もし歩く場合は光復美化街の釜山タワーに上がるエスカレーターを使って龍頭山公園の歩道を歩いていくと道も舗装されているし緑もあって気持ちよいです。夜は街灯もついていました。 気になった点は、ソファーの汚れが少し。シーツの下に髪の毛が1本あった（シーツ自体はぱりっとして清潔感があったので気にしないようにした）。ベッドルームや洗面台の電気の操作方法がいまいちわからなかった。人の動作にセンサーが反応するのか、メインライトをオフにしたのにすぐ点いたりした。深夜だったのと1泊なので特にスタッフに確認しませんでした。

• Wonsun (6/5): 예쁘고 쾌적한 곳에서 머무르기 괜찮습니다만 가격대비는 의문. - 우선 건물의 외관이나 내부 인테리어 같은 부분은 아주 예쁩니다. 그런 점이 중요한 분들에게는 큰 메리트가 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. 그리고 주변이 시끄럽지 않아, 밤에 편안히 잘 수 있고 부산역에서도 버스로 여섯 정거장에 15분 정도밖에 걸리지 않아 접근성도 괜찮은 편입니다. 조식 룸-딜리버리 서비스도 가능하여 그 부분도 아주 편리하였습니다. 룸의 바닥에도 난방이 되는지 따뜻해서 지내기 좋았고, 샤워부스와 화장실이 분리되어 있어 좋았습니다. 그러나, 체크인 할 시 와이파이 연결 방법/체크인-체크아웃 타임/ 조식 식당 위치 등에 대한 아무런 안내를 받지 못했습니다. 전반적인 응대는 친절하였지만 이런 정보 전달이 많이 부족했습니다. 또한, 방에 까만 점들이 있어서 뭔가 하고 자세히 보니 모기를 잡고 그대로 방치한 것이더라구요. 룸 내에 5-6개 이상의 모기+모기피가 굳은 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다. 구멍이 뚫린 건가하고 휴지로 막으려고 가까이 다가갔다가 아주 불쾌한 경험을 하였습니다. 조식 딜리버리가 되는 점은 아주 편리했지만, 신청한 시간보다 기본 10~30분 정도는 늦게 받았던 것 같습니다. 그리고 룸이 아주 건조하니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

• Julie (10/5): Enjoyed my stay - Fantastic room with ideal location! The only downside was I prefer sleeping in a cold room. The building's AC was turned off for the season so the room would not cool below 76 degrees. Mgmt provided a fan which helped. Since the room temp is a personal preference and mgmt tried to accommodate my needs, I would definitely stay here again.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Fabulous place to stay, but not a full-scale hotel - It's a very good place to say, but not really a hotel.
• sukmin shin (8/5): everything's good - i felt great at hotel !! so manything did i possible whetn i stayed and also it just possible(shopping, tour etc) just walked around anyway if u want stay and sleep like for business trip? i recommend this hotel !!
