- Eugenia (8/5): Very good - I’ve been in this hotel for two nights. They upgraded my deluxe double room in a Junior auite with direct access to the swimming pool, I appreciated so much. A special thanks to Shriyansh at the reception for his kindness and his precious help to organize my travel to chitwan national park. And Diya with her smile and kindness the restaurant is a better place, she permit me to try new dishes I didn’t try before. Restaurant prices are really crazy if you compare that sith the rate of the room and the rest of the cost.

- Ryan (10/5): The best luxury and service I’ve ever had while traveling! - Everything about the resort exceeded my expectations, from the massage and spa to the incredible dining to the gorgeous views in your room and every corner, you will find everything you could ever want for a luxurious getaway in Nepal. I came to visit Lumbini and the management arranged the perfect car ride for a day tour around and was incredibly accommodating and flexible with my schedule from my spa appointment to all my transportation. I couldn’t have dreamed up a better experience!

- Jody (10/5): Wow, what a retreat! - This was a much needed retreat from a month of traveling around Nepal. The service at Tiger Palace was outstanding and the breakfast buffet delicious. The hotel was a bit further than Lumbini than We anticipated (one hour) but since we only went there one day it was manageable. We really enjoyed the well manicured pool.

They had chairs but intent on Customer delight is generally missing at all levels and places including casino. They would direct redirect instead of teaching casino games.The restaurant has limited food choices and napkins have to be of cloth in fine dining since they refer themselves to be 5 star. The package inclusions/ discounts like gym steam spa casino card etc are not told while checking in. Nice developing property.

- Ankush (6/5): Worst casino service - If you are going for resort experience then it is good as it has most of the amenities that a resort has to offer and service is good, but if you are going for Casino experience then it's services are very very bad..they only respect high rollers who has more than 10lac or so to gamble. Waiters outrightly refuse to serve you even a simple drink unless and until you are playing on a big table. They will humiliate you on every order. Even lunch and dinner are served based on your turnover in gambling. In my opinion Casinos in Kathmandu is much much better than this.
