• Duncan (1/5): - The location The rip off of the owner. I booked a double room but by error I chose one person. When I sent the passports for the check in, I was charged an extra €75 for the second person after paying €350 for 3 nights! When you try to book on different dates between one person and two persons booking for 3 nights there is only €15 of difference! The price of €425 for 3 nights in a room in a flat is too expensive since no amenities are present in the building!

• Dominika (9/5): We had a really great time in Naples and would definitely recommend this accommodation. - The location was excellent and fully met my expectations, offering great value for money. I communicated with the host via WhatsApp, and he responded promptly every time. The shower was leaking, but it was still usable without any issues. Despite that, the place still offered good value for money.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, ideale per visitare il centro storico e muoversi comodamente anche a piedi. La camera era pulita e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Nonostante la posizione centrale, l’ambiente è risultato tranquillo e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale a Paolo che è stato estremamente gentile e attento: ha cercato di anticipare ogni nostra esigenza, rendendosi sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno e facendoci sentire davvero ben accolti. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se dovessimo tornare a Napoli, la sceglieremmo senza esitazioni. Consigliatissima!

• Zeljka (9/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre zentrale Lage, alles Wichtige ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und absolut ausreichend. Sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-out verliefen unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer über WhatsApp war hervorragend, stets freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Besonders geschätzt habe ich das beruhigende Gefühl, mich bei Bedarf jederzeit an Paolo wenden zu können. Herzlichen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Dusche könnte sauberer sein.

• SARAH (10/5): Perfect base for touring the Bay of Naples! - The apartment exceeded my expectations! It was beautifully curated, stylish and conveniently located a few blocks from the ferry port so one could visit Capri and surrounding Islands. The metro and Shuttle buses to the airport were all nearby. Great street, abundant facilities -shops, restaurants etc but not too busy at night. Appartment has sound proofing! There was nothing I did not like...loved this appartment and would happily stay again!

Non ho usato né Wifi né macchine per caffè o tè, ma mi sembra funzionasse tutto bene. Nulla; si sente un po' di rumore da Corso Umberto, inevitabilmente, ma le finiestre sono ottime e isolano molto bene, e io ho dormito senza problemi (e sono MOLTO sensibile ai rumori). In estate forse a finestre aperte può essere rumoroso.
• Roberto (8/5): - Cosa dire, la Signora Tonia è come una di famiglia; oltre ad essere la mamma della gentilezza e del garbo (ho trovato anche una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo a mio nome, oltre a caffè e tisane varie :-), per qualsiasi difficoltà, suggerimento o consiglio, non ti lascia mai da solo. Personalmente valuto queste condizioni essenziali atteso che la struttura è centrale, pulita e ristrutturata. Parcheggio auto a 2 minuti a piedi convenzionato (per una Yaris Cross, nuova di pochi mesi, mi ha fatto pagare 25€ g.). Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, alla prima occasione ci tornerò sicuramente :-) Nulla

• Robin (10/5): Wonderful, would stay again. - Staying at Dimora Partenopea during our visit to Naples made the trip so much easier. Its proximity to the historic centre, the ocean, and transit stops made travelling around Naples a breeze. I even found myself calling it home when talking about it in conversation. My girlfriend and I felt safe there, and the check-in/out process was easy. The room was clean, A/C worked well, and the wifi was fast. Our hosts were also very accommodating to us as we had a late flight, and allowed us to have a late check out. Overall, we highly recommend it and would definitely stay again. A bit more soundproofing of walls

• Romina (10/5): Wonderful - The room is clean and safe. We had everything we needed. It is in a central location. It is close to the ferries, the markets and restaurants. We stayed as two people for 6 nights and had no problems. The hotel staff's communication is very high. We were always in touch. I recommend it to those who will come to Naples. The building is a bit noisy(cars) as it is on a busy street but it does not bother me too much.

Infine, e non di poca importanza, il terzo letto aggiunto è risultato essere molto scomodo. Letto matrimoniale impeccabile, materassi e cuscini in Memory davvero eccezionali. Nonostante questi limiti, consigliamo a una "coppia" questo B&B per la sua accoglienza e la gentilezza della Signora TONIA, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Tuttavia, abbiamo riscontrato alcuni limiti strutturali. Purtroppo, le barriere architettoniche rendono difficile l'accesso per persone diversamente abili, come l'antico portone d'ingresso in legno con gradino invalicabile, 4 gradini prima di raggiungere l'ascensore che, per altro, non ha le dimensioni giuste per l'accesso ad una carrozzina. Comunque, erano cose che già ci erano state spiegate gentilmente dalla Signora Tonia, la proprietaria. Inoltre, la camera "*Partanope*"è più una doppia che una tripla. L'aggiunta del terzo lettino limita molto gli spazi interni.
• Trudi (8/5): - The property was easy to find, was smaller than it looks but it had everything necessary. They are private rooms with shared kitchens kitted out with fridge, microwave and a range of cutlery and plates ect. We didn't actually see anyone so it was like having our own kitchen area. The owner could not have been more helpful and sent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We found the pillows were hard memory foam and I asked if there were any soft ones in any of the other rooms. By the time we got back that evening, we had new pillows which made a huge difference to the rest of our week. The property is on a main road which meant it was noisy early in the morning. This didn't bother us too much as we had early plans most days but it may bother some people.

Muito seguro também (parece confuso com tantas portas mas acaba por ser simples e seguro). Boa insonorizacao também (mesmo sendo em frente a uma rua muito movimentada, fechando a janela nao se ouve nada). O Paolo é muito simpático e prestável. Fizemos self check in mas ele deu todas as indicações e esteve sempre disponível para ajudar. Também nos deu recomendações de restaurantes e reservou nos um taxi, como pedimos. O pequeno-almoço também foi ok, próximo do alojamento e pratico.

• Elzbieta (1/5): Central location but very low quality of customer service - location in the center of Naples we could check in at 1 p.m. After many years of using booking.com I am writing a negative review for the first time. On the first night of our stay in this apartment, we went to bed around midnight and it turned out that the bed was broken, it creaked really loudly at each slightest movement. this caused us to wake up every now and then. in addition, the neighbors in the next room were talking very loudly until late at night, which was also annoying because the wall did not have sound insulation. As a result, in the morning we were sleepy, frustrated and very disappointed with this place. the broken bed was repaired the next day. But the owner not only did not compensate us in any way for the terrible first night's stay due to the broken bed, but he also blamed us for breaking the bed, he wrote to us: ‘I believe this happened when you used the bed’. we were really surprised and disappointed of such terrible customer service. the apartment has also other drawbacks that reduce the comfort of your stay: especially poor ventilation and mold in the bathroom (see pictures) and not very clean bathroom (dust), location on a very noisy street. If you want to sleep well when traveling and have the feeling that you will be treated fairly in case of any problem, we suggest to look for other accommodation - there is a really wide selection of nice places in the center of Naples.

Location is great if you plan to make trips to Amalfi coast or even capri as it’s near the port. Most importantly, facilities are very safe (3 doors before entering your room) and room was so so clean. Haven’t seen again such a clean room and believe me, I’ve stayed at many hotels / rooms in my life.

Location was excellent, safe and very closed to metro station, port of Naples and many attractions. The price ratio was excellent comparing with what they offered. We highly recommend this accommodation ! -
