- Bernadette (2/5): Sweet staff, good breakfast, clean, but lumpy pillows, cold room, loud, inadequate heater. - The staff were absolutely wonderful and the breakfast met our expectations for a motel. The water pressure and hot water in the shower was amazing. It was very clean. The pillows were horrible. It was -35 C outside that night. We had the heat cranked to 85 F and the room was never warm. The heater was extremely loud and dried out my sinuses. I had to put all of my clothes on and pile our jackets on top of me to fall asleep. Slept 2 hours total.

The rooms were a little cold, but they warm up quickly. The breakfast area is cozy and has everything needed. It was a quiet stay as its on the edge of town. I think it's the best deal in drayton valley.

I could imagine how hard it would be in this area of the country in winter. There were no real deal breakers. The parking lot was dirt, but a lot of the parking lots in this area seemed to be gravel.

- Rhonda (10/5): A Diamond in the Rough - Very clean, quiet, affordable room with basic amenities. Nice continental breakfast. The woman that runs it is very friendly & accommodating. When we requested a late check-out she was very understanding & generous. My only criticism would be the need for an additional mirror in the room outside of the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Drayton Valley.

Tv HDMI was unplugged and required staff to come reboot the system. Super attentive. Borrowed a hair dryer from office before showering as had read a prior review about lack of in room dryers. Super rooms for the price point especially compared to other hotels in the town.

AC worked perfectly They have some building issues and we heard what sounded like dripping water (loud) at 530 am. Staff knows about it, but will cost a lot of money to fix as is it water flowing through the building?? The outside flooring didn’t looked like it had been vacuumed in a looong time.
